真雄黄（为末水飞候干）
用生鸡剖取热肝，擂极烂，和黄五厘，温酒调服。
治雀目，大人亦有此症，并治。
石决明（洗 为末） 夜明沙（洗净为末） 公猪肝（每用一两，羊肝更妙）
以竹刀切开肝，作二片，将药各二钱，铺在肝上合定，用线缚之，入沙罐内，米泔水煮
熟，临睡时，连肝药汁俱服。
治男妇肝肾俱虚，风邪所乘，热气上攻，目翳遮睛，羞涩多泪。
牛膝（酒浸，三两） 石斛（四两） 枳壳（四两，炒） 杏仁（去皮尖，四两） 防风（四两）
生地黄（一斤） 熟地黄（一斤）
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧子大，每服三五十丸，食前盐汤下。
按∶此方可治内外二障，但体虚者及年老者，甚宜。
治肝肾气虚，两目昏暗，视物不明。
熟地黄（八两） 当归（五两） 川椒（一两） 楮实（一两） 菟丝子（八两） 五味（二两）
枸杞（三两） 车前（五两）
各制末，蜜丸梧子大，每服三五十丸，食前温酒下。
按∶此方治内障，滋养神水，目自明矣。
治目能远视不能近视，渐至近亦昏蒙。
生地黄（焙干，四两） 天门冬（去心，四两） 枳壳（二两，炒） 甘菊花（二两）
上为末，蜜丸梧子大，茶清送下百丸。
按∶阴虚不能近视，此方补阴药也，故主之。
治疗雀目（夜盲症）有显著疗效。
真雄黄（研磨成细粉，用水飞法处理至干燥）
取活鸡剖开，取出尚有余温的肝脏，捣烂至极细腻，加入五厘雄黄粉，用温酒调匀后服用。
治疗雀目，成年人也有此病症，同样适用此方。

以上药材研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三五十丸，饭前用盐汤送服。
按语：此方可治疗内障和外障眼病，但体质虚弱及年老患者尤为适宜。
治疗肝肾气虚，双眼昏暗，视物不清。

治疗眼睛能看清远处但不能看清近处，逐渐发展到看近处也昏蒙不清。

以上药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，用清茶送服一百丸。
按语：阴虚导致不能看清近处，此方为补阴药物，故主治此症。
To treat night blindness (Nyctalopia) with remarkable efficacy.
Real Realgar (Pulverized, processed by water flotation until dry)
Take a live chicken, slaughter it, and extract the hot liver. Pound it until extremely fine, mix with five li of realgar powder, blend with warm wine, and take orally.
For treating night blindness; adults also suffer from this condition, and this prescription applies to them as well.
Haliotidis Concha (Shelled abalone shell, washed and pulverized) Chiropterae Faeces (Bat guano, washed and pulverized) Male Pig Liver (Use one tael per dose; sheep liver is even better)
Cut the liver open with a bamboo knife into two halves. Spread two qian of each medicine on the liver, close it together, tie it securely with thread, place it in a clay pot, and boil thoroughly in rice washing water. Take both the liver and the medicinal juice together just before going to sleep.
For men and women suffering from deficiency of both Liver and Kidney, where Wind pathogen takes advantage of the weakness, Heat rises and attacks upward, causing pterygium or corneal opacity (Mu Yi) obscuring the pupil, photophobia, and excessive tearing.

Pulverize the above ingredients, bind with refined honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 30–50 pills per dose, administered before meals with salted water.
Note: This formula can treat both internal and external eye obstructions (Zhang), but is particularly suitable for those with weak constitutions and the elderly.
For deficiency of Qi in Liver and Kidney, resulting in dim vision in both eyes and unclear sight.

Process each herb into powder separately, bind with honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 30–50 pills per dose, administered before meals with warm wine.
Note: This formula treats internal obstructions by nourishing Shen Shui (the fluid sustaining vision), thereby restoring clear sight.
For conditions where vision is clear at a distance but blurry up close, gradually progressing to blurriness even when looking near.

Pulverize the above ingredients, bind with honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 100 pills with clear tea.
Note: Yin deficiency leads to inability to see clearly at close range; this formula consists of Yin-nourishing herbs, thus it is indicated for this condition.
