肚便痈生于小腹之侧，乃肝肾二经之所司也。缘饮酒贪色，肾水不足，相火内动，郁热不伸，下流小腹，故
壅结而成也。初起，用神仙失笑饼，溃后，用万灵膏，脓尽，上生肌散，内多服清热追毒饮，滋肾消毒汤。
十五味清热追毒饮
羌活、干葛、黄芩、白芍、当归、赤芍、花粉、生地、连翘、紫苏、黄柏、知母、甘草、二花、车前草。
空心服。
二十味滋肾消毒饮
人参、黄 、当归、柴胡、青皮、前胡、黄柏、知母、黄连、栀子、连翘、骨皮、腹皮、五味子、二花、干
葛、生地、白芍、枳壳、陈皮。
空心服。
手心毒生于两手掌心，乃厥阴心经之所司也。治之不善，去死不远，盖由心经燥甚，血热妄行，肝风鼓舞，
毒长四肢，加以忧思，酒色过度，遂使毒流骨髓，侵入劳宫。治宜定痛消毒饮、内托流气饮、千金追毒饮，乳香
反魂汤。外敷以万灵膏，后用生肌散收功，不然见筋骨断而毙矣。
十三味定痛消毒饮
紫苏、白芍药、川芎、甘草、桔根、乌药、白芷、防风、羌活、独活、茯苓、连翘、桂枝。姜枣引。
食后服。
十八味内托流气饮
人参、木香、当归、川芎、黄 、芍药、防风、甘草、浓朴、枳壳、桔根、白芨、乌药、连翘、黄芩、槟榔、
紫苏、腹皮。姜枣引。
食远服。
八味千金追毒饮
人参、黄 、桂枝、干葛、连翘、黄连、升麻、二花。每剂重二、三两。
食后服。
十五味乳香返魂汤
乳香、雄黄、干葛、首乌、当归、木通、赤芍、白芷、茴香、没药、甘草、枳壳、木香、黄 、二花。姜枣
引。
食后服。
六味敷方
龙泉粉、白芷、螵蛸、石脂、熊胆、麝香。
用皮树汁煎药成膏，调匀，以油纸摊膏贴之。

手心毒生长在两手手掌心，这是由厥阴心包经所主管的。治疗不当，离死亡就不远了，这是因为心包经燥热严重，血热妄行，肝风鼓动，毒素蔓延至四肢，再加上忧思过度、酒色无度，致使毒素流入骨髓，侵入劳宫穴。治疗适宜用定痛消毒饮、内托流气饮、千金追毒饮、乳香反魂汤。外敷使用万灵膏，之后用生肌散收口，否则会导致筋骨断裂而死。
十三味定痛消毒饮
紫苏、白芍药、川芎、甘草、桔根、乌药、白芷、防风、羌活、独活、茯苓、连翘、桂枝。以生姜、大枣为引。
饭后服用。
十八味内托流气饮
人参、木香、当归、川芎、黄芪、芍药、防风、甘草、厚朴、枳壳、桔根、白芨、乌药、连翘、黄芩、槟榔、紫苏、大腹皮。以生姜、大枣为引。
饭后很久服用。
八味千金追毒饮
人参、黄芪、桂枝、干葛、连翘、黄连、升麻、金银花（二花）。每剂重量为二两或三两。
饭后服用。
十五味乳香返魂汤
乳香、雄黄、干葛、首乌、当归、木通、赤芍、白芷、茴香、没药、甘草、枳壳、木香、黄芪、金银花（二花）。以生姜、大枣为引。

Du Bian Yong (Abscess in the Lower Abdomen) arises on the side of the lower abdomen, governed by the Liver Meridian and Kidney Meridian. It is caused by excessive drinking and sexual indulgence, leading to insufficiency of Kidney Water, internal stirring of Ministerial Fire, stagnation of heat that fails to diffuse, and downward flow into the lower abdomen, resulting in congestion and knotting. At the initial stage, Shenxian Shixiao Bing (Immortal's Laughing Cake) is applied; after ulceration, Wanling Gao (Myriad Spirits Ointment) is used; once pus is exhausted, Shengji San (Flesh-Generating Powder) is applied externally; internally, Qingre Zuidu Yin (Heat-Clearing and Toxin-Chasing Decoction) and Zishen Xiaodu Tang (Kidney-Nourishing and Toxin-Detoxifying Decoction) are taken frequently.

Shouxin Du (Toxic Abscess in the Palm) arises in the centers of both palms, governed by the Jueyin Pericardium Meridian. If treated improperly, death is near, due to severe dryness-heat in the Pericardium Meridian, reckless bleeding from blood-heat, stirring of Liver Wind, toxin spreading to the four limbs, compounded by excessive worry, alcohol, and sexual indulgence, causing toxin to flow into the bone marrow and invade Laogong (PC 8).
