血风疮生于两颐后之间，痛痒不一，脓水常流，盖由产后受风而然也。内宜防风胜湿汤（方见上），外用螵
硝散可愈，万灵膏亦可。
五味螵蛸散（敷方）
石脂、儿茶、血竭、枯矾、螵蛸。
共研末，敷毒上。
隔纸膏
黄丹、黄蜡五钱，白蜡、陀参、水粉各五钱，以桐油一钟，清油一钟，将前药加头发入油内熬成膏，用伞纸
刺眼先贴皮肉上，又将药膏贴之，甚效。
阴蚀生于阴户之内，人门之中，一痒则酸麻彻骨，一痛则痛苦酸心，皆由产后保护不慎，以致风寒内逼，或
月经调治失宜，遂延湿热中生，或产日未满而交合，或月经未住而行房，或惹男子疳毒，内生热症，种种不一。
宜清热流气饮、川楝祛毒汤服之，鸡肝散插之，草麻汤洗之，艾烟熏之，外此而不知求医，则子宫散而阴户亦脱，
逐致不起者多矣。
十八味清热流气饮
紫苏、牛膝、木通、猪苓、黄柏、知母、车前子、二花、牛子、连翘、赤芍、羌活、蛇床子、甘草、当归、
木鳖、红花、生地。灯草引。
空心服。
十七味川楝祛毒汤
川楝子、车前子、蛇床子、栝蒌子、白芷、木通、大腹皮、地骨皮、五加皮、紫苏、黄柏、当归、羌活、连
翘、麦冬、红花、葵花。
空心服。
九味鸡肝散
臭芜荑、蛇床子、硫黄、朝脑、花椒、枯矾、雄黄、螵蛸、黄连。
共为末，取新鸡肝搽上药末，乘痒时插入阴户之中，亦可愈。
十味草麻汤
蓖麻子、柏叶、槐叶、柳叶、桃叶、白芨、白芷、升麻、防风、麝香。
煎水入盆中熏洗，不然晒干为末，燃着入秽桶内，令坐其上，勿通气燃熏，一、七个时辰方住。

以上药物共同研磨成粉末，敷于患处。
隔纸膏
黄丹、黄蜡五钱，白蜡、陀参、水粉各五钱，用桐油一钟，清油一钟，将上述药物加入头发放入油中熬制成膏药。先用刺有孔眼的伞纸贴在皮肤肌肉上，再将药膏贴在上面，效果显著。
阴蚀生长在阴户内部，人门之中，一旦发痒则酸麻感深入骨髓，一旦疼痛则痛苦令人心酸，这都是因为产后保护不当，导致风寒侵入体内，或者月经调理失当，致使湿热内生；或者是生产未满月就进行房事，或者月经未净而行房，或者是感染男子的疳毒，体内产生热症，情况种种不一。适宜服用清热流气饮、川楝祛毒汤，使用鸡肝散纳入阴道，草麻汤清洗，艾烟熏蒸。除此之外若不知求医，则会导致子宫下垂及阴户脱出，最终导致死亡的情况很多。
十八味清热流气饮
紫苏、牛膝、木通、猪苓、黄柏、知母、车前子、金银花、牛蒡子、连翘、赤芍、羌活、蛇床子、甘草、当归、木鳖子、红花、生地黄。以灯心草为引。
空腹服用。
十七味川楝祛毒汤
川楝子、车前子、蛇床子、瓜蒌子、白芷、木通、大腹皮、地骨皮、五加皮、紫苏、黄柏、当归、羌活、连翘、麦冬、红花、葵花。
空腹服用。
九味鸡肝散
臭芜荑、蛇床子、硫黄、樟脑、花椒、枯矾、雄黄、海螵蛸、黄连。
共同研成粉末，取新鲜鸡肝涂抹药末，在发痒时插入阴户之中，也可以治愈。
十味草麻汤
蓖麻子、柏叶、槐叶、柳叶、桃叶、白芨、白芷、升麻、防风、麝香。
煎水倒入盆中熏洗，或者晒干研成粉末，点燃后放入便桶内，让人坐在上面，不要通气燃烧熏蒸，一至七个时辰后停止。
Bloodwind Sores arise between the posterior aspects of both cheeks, with varying degrees of pain and itching, and constant discharge of pus and exudate. This is generally caused by wind invasion following childbirth. Internally, Fangfeng Shengshi Decoction (see formula above) is suitable; externally, Piaoxiao Powder can cure it, and Wanling Ointment may also be used.
Five-Ingredient Sepia Powder (External Application Formula)
Halloysitum Rubrum (Shizhi), Myrrha (Ercha), Dragon's Blood (Xuejie), Calcined Alum (Kufan), Cuttlebone (Piaoxiao).
Grind all ingredients into powder and apply to the affected area.
Paper-Separated Ointment
Lead Monoxide (Huandan), Yellow Beeswax (Huangla) 5 qian, White Beeswax (Baila), Tuoshen, Lead Carbonate (Shuifen) each 5 qian. Using one zhong of Tung Oil and one zhong of Clear Oil, add the aforementioned herbs and human hair into the oil and boil until an ointment forms. First, apply umbrella paper pierced with holes onto the skin and muscle, then apply the ointment on top. It is highly effective.
Yin Erosion arises within the vaginal opening and the introitus. When itching occurs, a sour and numb sensation penetrates to the bone; when pain occurs, the suffering is heart-wrenching. All these are due to improper care after childbirth, allowing wind-cold to invade internally, or improper regulation of menstruation leading to internal generation of damp-heat. Alternatively, intercourse before the postpartum period has fully elapsed, or sexual activity while menstruation has not ceased, or contracting chancre toxins from a male partner, causing internal heat syndromes. The situations vary. It is advisable to take Qingre Liuqi Yin and Chuanlian Qudu Tang orally, insert Jigan San vaginally, wash with Caoma Tang, and fumigate with mugwort smoke. If medical help is not sought otherwise, uterine prolapse and vaginal eversion will occur, often leading to death.

Perilla Leaf (Zisu), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Akebia Stem (Mutong), Polyporus (Zhuling), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Lonicera Flower (Erhua), Arctium Seed (Niuzi), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo), Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi), Licorice Root (Gancao), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Momordica Seed (Mubie), Safflower (Honghua), Rehmannia Root (Shengdi). Use Juncus Effusus (Dengcao) as a guide.
Take on an empty stomach.
Seventeen-Ingredient Chuanlian Qudu Tang
Toosendan Fruit (Chuanlianzi), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi), Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualouzi), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Akebia Stem (Mutong), Areca Peel (Dafupi), Cortex Lycii (Digupi), Acanthopanax Bark (Wujiaopi), Perilla Leaf (Zisu), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maidong), Safflower (Honghua), Sunflower Head (Kuihua).
Take on an empty stomach.
Nine-Ingredient Chicken Liver Powder
Fagara Fructus (Chou Wutao - *Note: likely referring to a specific preparation or variant, literal translation preserved*), Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi), Sulfur (Liuhuang), Camphor (Chaonao), Sichuan Pepper (Huajiao), Calcined Alum (Kufan), Realgar (Xionghuang), Cuttlebone (Piaoxiao), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian).
Grind together into powder. Take a fresh chicken liver, apply the powder to it, and insert it into the vagina during times of itching. It can also cure the condition.
Ten-Ingredient Caoma Tang
Castor Bean (Bimazi), Biota Leaf (Baiye), Sophora Leaf (Huaiye), Willow Leaf (Liuye), Peach Leaf (Taoye), Bletilla Tuber (Baiji), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Musk (Shexiang).
Decoct in water for fumigation and washing in a basin. Alternatively, dry and grind into powder, ignite, and place in a chamber pot. Sit on top and inhale the smoke without ventilation. Stop after one to seven shichen (2-14 hours).
