五疥者，干、湿、虫、砂、脓也。（五疥者，由五脏壅毒而发也。）
防风通圣散 治风热疮疥久不愈者。（方见中风。）

上各等分为细末，每二钱，食前温调服。日进二服。忌发风物。
五疥灵丹 （服此可以除根。）

当归 荆芥（各七钱）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服五十丸，滚汤下。
断根方 治未患疮疥之前，用此服之，永不生疮。或已成疮，服此可保。用田螺不拘多少，煮熟，
去肠屎取净，用好酒酒酵炒热食之，能除一身之疮疥也，神效。

枯白矾（一两） 硫黄（七钱） 五倍子（炒） 花椒（五钱） 砒（二分） 上为末，用香油煎鸡子
令熟，去鸡子不用，只用香油搽疮。
金不换 治血风疮、癣疮、疥疮、虫疮及坐板疮，疥癞等疾，立效。
蛇床子（五钱） 大枫子（去壳，五钱） 水银（二钱） 白锡（一钱） 枯白矾（一钱）
上各为末，先将锡化开，次入水银研匀不见星，再入末药、地沥青，共捣匀搽疮，宜干些。或无地沥青，
腊猪油亦可。
治疥癞瘙痒 先用药水洗，后用熏药被盖熏之。

上为末，分作筒，以熟艾、绵纸卷筒，每一晚被盖熏一筒。

银朱（一钱） 雄黄（一钱） 木鳖子（一个） 好香（一钱） 艾（三钱）
上为细末，以绵纸卷筒，被盖留头在外熏之，大小便亦要包裹。
治男妇小儿遍身生疥癣，并脚上疯块痛痒不止。硫黄（二钱） 蛇床子（二钱） 白矾（二钱）
水银渣（三钱）
上为细末，用生姜汁调，擦患处立已。
治满身生牛皮疥癞∶花椒（一钱） 大枫子（去皮，六个） 巴豆
仁（八个） 人言（一钱） 雄黄（一钱） 艾（一两。）
上共为细末，将艾槌熟入药，纸卷作二筒。每晚熏一筒，被盖头露在外。仍要包裹大小便，免伤毒瓦斯。
作瓦二片，阴阳盛药于中，放脚脘下熏。甚者，不过二次愈。
补遗方
祛热搜风饮 治疥及脓泡疮。
苦参 金银花（二味为君） 柴胡 连翘 片芩 荆芥 黄柏（炒） 黄连（炒，六味为臣） 生地黄
薄荷 独活 枳壳（麸炒） 防风（五味为佐） 甘草（蜜炙、为使）
上锉，水煎，食远热服。
疥疮分为五种：干疥、湿疥、虫疥、砂疥和脓疥。（这五种疥疮，是由于五脏毒气壅滞郁结而引发的。）
防风通圣散：治疗因风热引起的疮疥，病程长久不愈者。（该方剂详见“中风”章节。）
仙子散：治疗全身遍发疮疥，常年反复发作的患者。
药材组成：威灵仙、蔓荆子、何首乌、荆芥、苦参。
制法与用法：以上药材各取等份，研磨成细末。每次服用二钱（约6克），饭前用温水调服。每日服用两次。忌食诱发风邪的食物（如海鲜、羊肉等发物）。
五疥灵丹：（服用此方可彻底根治。）
药材组成：苦参（用糯米淘米水浸泡，一两）、白芷（一两）、白鲜皮（炒制，一两）、枳壳（麸皮炒制）、连翘、羌活、栀子、当归、荆芥（以上各七钱）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研磨成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五十丸，用滚开水送服。
断根方：在尚未患疮疥之前服用此方，可永不生疮。如果已经患上疮疥，服用此方可防止病情加重或扩散。
用法：取田螺不限数量，煮熟后，去除肠屎，只取净肉，用好酒和酒曲发酵炒热后食用，能清除全身的疮疥，效果神奇。
一扫光：
药材组成：枯白矾（一两）、硫黄（七钱）、五倍子（炒制）、花椒（五钱）、砒霜（二分）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研成粉末，用香油煎鸡蛋至熟，取出鸡蛋不用，仅用煎过的香油涂抹患处。
金不换：治疗血风疮、癣疮、疥疮、虫疮以及坐板疮、疥癞等疾病，立竿见影。
药材组成：蛇床子（五钱）、大枫子（去壳，五钱）、水银（二钱）、白锡（一钱）、枯白矾（一钱）。
制法与用法：将各药材分别研成粉末。先将白锡熔化，再加入水银研磨均匀，直至看不见汞星（即形成汞齐），然后加入药粉和地沥青，共同捣匀后涂抹患处，保持患处干燥。如果没有地沥青，用腊月猪油也可以替代。
治疗疥癞瘙痒：先用药物水洗浴，然后用熏药被覆盖进行熏蒸。
洗药组成：防风、荆芥、马鞭草、白矾、花椒、苦参、野菊花。
制法与用法：将药材切碎，加水煎煮，频繁清洗患处。
熏药组成：苦参（五钱）、苍术（一钱）、半夏、大黄、雄黄（各二钱）、熟艾叶。
制法与用法：将药材研成粉末，分成若干份，用熟艾叶和绵纸卷成筒状。每晚睡觉时用被子盖住身体，只露出头，点燃一筒药进行熏蒸。
又一方：
药材组成：银朱（一钱）、雄黄（一钱）、木鳖子（一个）、好香（一钱）、艾叶（三钱）。
制法与用法：将药材研成细末，用绵纸卷成筒状，睡觉时盖上被子熏蒸，头部露在外面。同时大小便部位也要包裹起来，以防中毒。
治疗男女小儿全身生疥癣，以及脚上生疯块疼痛瘙痒不止。
药材组成：硫黄（二钱）、蛇床子（二钱）、白矾（二钱）、水银渣（三钱）。
制法与用法：将药材研成细末，用生姜汁调和，擦拭患处，立即见效。
治疗满身生牛皮疥癞：
药材组成：花椒（一钱）、大枫子（去皮，六个）、巴豆仁（八个）、人言（即砒霜，一钱）、雄黄（一钱）、艾叶（一两）。
制法与用法：将上述药材共同研成细末，将艾叶捶软后混入药中，用纸卷成两个药筒。每晚熏蒸一个药筒，盖被熏蒸，头部露在外面。仍需包裹大小便部位，以免损伤毒气。制作两片瓦片，将阴阳盛药（此处指混合好的药）放在中间，置于脚踝下方进行熏蒸。病情严重的，不超过两次即可痊愈。
补遗方：
祛热搜风饮：治疗疥疮及脓泡疮。
药材组成：君药：苦参、金银花（这两味为君药）；臣药：柴胡、连翘、黄芩、荆芥、黄柏（炒制）、黄连（炒制）（这六味为臣药）；佐药：生地黄、薄荷、独活、枳壳（麸皮炒制）、防风（这五味为佐药）；使药：甘草（蜜炙）（一味为使药）。
制法与用法：将药材切碎，加水煎煮，饭后稍远时间趁热服用。
Scabies is categorized into five types: dry scabies, wet scabies, insect-like scabies, sand scabies, and pustular scabies. (These five types of scabies arise from the accumulation and toxicity stagnation within the five Zang organs.)
Fangfeng Tongsheng San (Saposhnikovia and Gardenia Decoction): Treats chronic sores and scabies caused by wind-heat that fail to heal over a long period. (See the "Stroke" chapter for the formula details.)
Xianzi San (Immortal Powder): Treats widespread sores and scabies covering the entire body that recur annually.
Ingredients: Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fenghuanxian), Fructus Viticis Negundo (Manjingzi), Radix Polygoni Multiflori (Heshouwu), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie), Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen).
Preparation and Administration: Grind equal parts of each ingredient into a fine powder. Take 2 qian (approx. 6g) before meals, mixed with warm water. Administer twice daily. Avoid foods that trigger wind-pathogens (fa-wu).
Wujie Lingdan (Five Scabies Spirit Elixir): (Taking this can eradicate the root cause.)
Ingredients: Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen, soaked in rice washing water, 1 liang), Rhizoma Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi, 1 liang), Cortex Dictamni (Baixianpi, stir-fried, 1 liang), Fructus Aurantii (Zhike, bran-fried), Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao), Radix Notopterygii (Qianghuo), Fructus Gardeniae (Zhizi), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie) (each 7 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with boiling water.
Duangen Fang (Root-Cutting Formula): To be taken before the onset of sores or scabies to prevent them entirely. If sores or scabies have already appeared, taking this can ensure containment.
Administration: Take an unspecified amount of river snails, boil until cooked, remove the intestines and feces, retaining only the clean meat. Stir-fry the meat with good wine and yeast starter until hot, then eat. This can eliminate sores and scabies throughout the body with miraculous efficacy.
Yisaoguang (One Sweep Light):
Ingredients: Calcined Alum (Kubai Fan, 1 liang), Sulfur (Liuhuang, 7 qian), Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, fried), Fructus Zanthoxyli (Huajiao, 5 qian), Arsenic Trioxide (Pi, 2 fen).
Preparation and Administration: Grind ingredients into powder. Fry an egg in sesame oil until cooked, remove the egg, and use only the infused sesame oil to apply to the affected areas.
Jinbuhuan (Gold Unexchangeable): Provides immediate relief for blood-wind sores, tinea, scabies, insect-bite sores, sitting-board sores, and leprosy-like conditions.
Ingredients: Radix Cnidii (Shechuangzi, 5 qian), Semen Carotae Indicae (Da Fengzi, shelled, 5 qian), Mercury (Shuiyin, 2 qian), White Tin (Bai Xi, 1 qian), Calcined Alum (Kubai Fan, 1 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind each ingredient separately into powder. First, melt the white tin, then add mercury and grind uniformly until no visible mercury droplets remain (forming an amalgam). Add the herbal powders and asphaltum, mix thoroughly, and apply to the sores. Keep the area dry. If asphaltum is unavailable, lard from the twelfth lunar month may be used as a substitute.
Treatment for Itching due to Scabies and Leprosy: First wash with medicinal water, then cover with a medicated quilt for fumigation.
Washing Medicine Ingredients: Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie), Herba Verbenae (Mabiancao), Alum (Baifan), Fructus Zanthoxyli (Huajiao), Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen), Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (Ye Juhua).
Preparation and Administration: Coarsely crush the herbs, decoct in water, and wash frequently.
Fumigation Medicine Ingredients: Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen, 5 qian), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Cangzhu, 1 qian), Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia), Radix Rhei Palmati (Dahuang), Realgar (Xionghuang, 2 qian each), Prepared Mugwort Leaf (Shu Aiye).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder, divide into portions, and roll into tubes using prepared mugwort leaves and cotton paper. Each night, cover with a quilt while fumigating one tube, leaving the head exposed.
Another Formula:
Ingredients: Vermilion (Yinzhu, 1 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang, 1 qian), Semen Momordicae (Mubiezi, 1 piece), Fragrant Herb (Haoxiang, 1 qian), Mugwort (Ai, 3 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a fine powder, roll into tubes with cotton paper. Cover with a quilt for fumigation at night, leaving the head exposed. The genital and anal areas must also be wrapped to prevent toxicity absorption.
Treatment for Widespread Tinea and Scabies in Men, Women, and Children, Including Painful and Itchy Swellings on the Feet:
Ingredients: Sulfur (Liuhuang, 2 qian), Radix Cnidii (Shechuangzi, 2 qian), Alum (Baifan, 2 qian), Mercury Residue (Shuiyin Zha, 3 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a fine powder, mix with ginger juice, and rub onto the affected area for immediate relief.
Treatment for Generalized Cow-Hide Scabies/Leprosy:
Ingredients: Fructus Zanthoxyli (Huajiao, 1 qian), Semen Carotae Indicae (Da Fengzi, peeled, 6 pieces), Semen Crotonis Tiglii (Badou Ren, 8 kernels), Arsenic Trioxide (Renyan, 1 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang, 1 qian), Mugwort (Ai, 1 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Pound the mugwort until soft and mix with the medicine. Roll into two paper tubes. Fumigate with one tube nightly under a quilt, keeping the head exposed. Wrap the genital and anal areas to avoid toxic fumes. Prepare two tiles, place the mixed medicine between them, and fumigate the ankles. For severe cases, recovery occurs in no more than two sessions.

Qureshou Feng Yin (Heat-Dispersing and Wind-Expelling Drink): Treats scabies and pustular sores.

Ministers (Chen) herbs: Radix Bupleuri (Chaihu), Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao), Radix Scutellariae (Pian Qin), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai, fried), Radix Coptidis (Huanglian, fried). Assistants (Zuo) herbs: Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Sheng Dihuang), Folium Menthae Haplocalycis (Bohe), Radix Angelicae Pubescentis (Duhuo), Fructus Aurantii (Zhike, bran-fried), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng). Guide (Shi) herb: Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Gancao, honey-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Coarsely crush, decoct in water, and take hot shortly after meals.
