防风通圣散 治癞头疮，用本方为末，酒浸焙干凡三次，食后白汤调服，日三服，至头有汗效。

陀僧散
鹁鸽粪（一两，炒，研末用五钱） 密陀僧（五钱） 硫黄（一钱） 花椒（五钱） 人言（半分）
上为细末，香油渣调搽患处，晚间洗去。
治男妇小儿头生白秃疮 （胡前溪传。）
公鸡屎（晒干半升，能去病根） 人言（一钱，火 过杀虫） 塘中黑泥（晒干筛过二两，杀虫）
蛇床子（五钱，杀虫） 白矾（ 三钱，止痒） 硫黄（五钱，杀虫） 五倍子（炒五钱）
上为细末，先用鸡子二个，香油煎饼热贴在头上，引出虫去尽，用白矾、倍子煎水洗一次，后用香油调
前药搽头上。一日搽一次，搽过六七日即愈。
扫雪膏 治小儿秃疮。
松树浓皮（烧灰三两） 黄丹（水飞一两） 寒水石（细研一两） 枯矾 黄连 大黄（各五钱）
白胶香（熬飞顽石上二两） 轻粉（一分）
上为细末，熟熬油调敷疮上。须先洗净疮痂后敷药。
治秃疮、清水疮、薄皮疮、羊须子疮。槐枝不拘多少，截四指长，用真香油放锅内，浸过槐枝为止熬
数沸，将槐枝拿出一根掐两截，看内渣黑色，通去槐枝，加黄些须入油搽之。
治秃疮 用花椒、艾熬滚汤放深盆内，将秃疮倒放熬汤泡浸。如汤冷再换。将疮甲洗净，用枯矾、
黄丹、葱汁、蜂蜜调搽包住，不许见风。
防风通圣散：治疗癞头疮（头部化脓性脱发病），将本方制成粉末，用酒浸泡后焙干，重复此过程三次。饭后用白开水调服，每日服用三次，直到头部出汗即见效。

以上药物研成细末，用香油渣调和后涂抹于患处，晚间洗净。
治疗男女及小儿头部生有的白色秃疮（由胡前溪传授）。
公鸡屎（晒干半升，能去除病根） 人言（一钱，火煅以杀虫） 塘中黑泥（晒干筛过二两，杀虫）
蛇床子（五钱，杀虫） 白矾（三钱，止痒） 硫黄（五钱，杀虫） 五倍子（炒制五钱）
以上药物研成细末。先用两个鸡蛋，混合香油煎成饼，趁热贴在头上，以引出虫体至尽。然后用白矾、五倍子煎水清洗一次，最后用香油调和上述药物涂抹头部。每日涂抹一次，连续涂抹六七日即可痊愈。
扫雪膏：治疗小儿秃疮。

白胶香（在熬炼时飞入顽石上处理二两） 轻粉（一分）
以上药物研成细末，用熟油调和后敷于疮口。必须先洗净疮痂后再敷药。
治疗秃疮、清水疮（渗出清液的疮疡）、薄皮疮、羊须子疮（指发生于胡须部位的疮疡）。槐枝不拘多少，截成四指长，放入真香油中，油量需没过槐枝。熬煮数沸后，取出一根槐枝掐断，若内部残渣呈黑色，则去掉所有槐枝，加入少许黄丹入油中涂抹。
治疗秃疮：用花椒、艾叶熬煮滚汤，倒入深盆内，将患秃疮的部位倒置浸入汤中浸泡。如汤变冷则更换新汤。将疮甲洗净，用枯矾、黄丹、葱汁、蜂蜜调和涂抹并包扎，禁止见风。
Fangfeng Tongsheng San (Saposhnikovia and Gardenia Decoction): Treats tinea capitis with suppuration (head abscessing alopecia). Process the decoction into powder, soak in wine, bake dry, and repeat this process three times. Take orally mixed with warm water after meals, three times daily, until sweating from the head indicates efficacy.

Tuoseng San:
Bubonis Excrement (1 liang, stir-fried, powdered; use 5 qian) Lithargy (5 qian) Sulfur (1 qian) Zanthoxyli Fructus (5 qian) Arsenic Trioxide (0.5 fen)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with sesame oil residue and apply to the affected area. Wash off at night.
Treatment for white tinea capitis on the heads of men, women, and children (Transmitted by Hu Qianxi).
Galli Stercus (Dried, 0.5 sheng; removes the root cause) Arsenic Trioxide (1 qian, calcined to kill parasites) Black Mud from Ponds (Dried and sieved, 2 liang; kills parasites) Cnidii Fructus (5 qian; kills parasites) Alumen (3 qian; relieves itching) Sulfur (5 qian; kills parasites) Myrobalan (Stir-fried, 5 qian)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. First, take two eggs, mix with sesame oil, fry into a pancake, and apply hot to the head to draw out parasites completely. Then wash once with a decoction of Alumen and Myrobalan. Finally, mix the aforementioned drugs with sesame oil and apply to the scalp. Apply once daily; continuous application for six to seven days leads to recovery.
Saoxue Gao (Snow-Sweeping Ointment): Treats pediatric tinea capitis.
Pini Cortex (Burned to ash, 3 liang) Minium (Water-triturated, 1 liang) Halysitum (Finely ground, 1 liang) Calcined Alumen Coptidis Rhizoma Rheum Radix et Rhizoma (Each 5 qian) Colophony (Refined over flintstone, 2 liang) Calomelas (1 fen)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined oil and apply to the sores. The crust must be cleaned thoroughly before application.
Treatment for tinea capitis, serous dermatitis (sores exuding clear fluid), superficial dermatitis, and sycosis barbae (sores in the beard area). Use an unspecified amount of Sophora branch, cut into segments four fingers long. Place in genuine sesame oil until the branches are submerged. Boil several times. Remove one branch, break it; if the interior residue is black, remove all branches. Add a small amount of Minium to the oil and apply.
Treatment for tinea capitis: Boil Zanthoxyli Fructus and Artemisiae Argyi Folium in water. Pour the boiling liquid into a deep basin. Immerse the affected bald area in the liquid. Replace the liquid when it cools. Clean the scabs thoroughly. Mix Calcined Alumen, Minium, Allii Cepae Juice, and Honey to form a paste for application and bandaging. Keep the area protected from wind.
