治真气虚损，下焦伤竭，脐腹强急，腰脚疼痛，亡血盗汗，遗泄白浊，大便自
利，小便滑数；或三消渴疾，饮食倍常，肌肉消瘦，阳事不举，颜色枯槁。久服补五脏，行
荣卫，益精髓，进饮食。

上为末，酒糊丸，如梧子大。温酒、盐汤任下。
治心肾气不足，惊悸健忘，梦寐不安，遗精，面少色，足胫酸疼。
远志(去心炒) 山药(炒) 熟地黄 天门冬(去心) 龙齿(水飞，各六两） 麦门冬(去心)
五味子 车前子(炒) 白茯苓 茯神(去木) 地骨皮 桂心（各五两）
上为末，蜜丸，梧子大。每服三十丸至五十丸，空心温服，酒、米汤任下。
治房室过度，或用意思维，精泄自出，腰背酸弱，不能屈伸，食不生
肌，两脚 痛，不能步履。
草乌头(或用川乌) 牡蛎粉（炒乌头，一两，令裂，去皮脐、牡蛎不用） 五倍子（半两）
上为末，糯米糊丸，如梧子大。空腹盐汤下三五十丸。
治真气虚惫，口苦舌干，心常惨戚，夜多异梦，昼少精神，或梦鬼交通，遗泄
白浊，小便余沥，阳事不举，目暗耳鸣，面色黧黑。
新莲肉（四两，去心皮) 白龙骨（一两，醋煮) 甘草（一分）
上为末，车前草汁入面少许煮面糊丸，如绿豆大。每服三五十丸，盐汤、酒任下。
家韭子丸 方证见遗尿门
治疗真气虚损，下焦损伤枯竭，脐腹部僵硬拘急，腰部和脚部疼痛，失血及盗汗，遗精滑泄、白浊，大便自利（腹泻），小便频数滑脱；或者患有三消渴疾，饮食量加倍，肌肉消瘦，性功能减退或勃起障碍，面色枯槁无华。长期服用可补益五脏，运行营卫之气，增益精髓，增进食欲。
附子（炮制，去皮去脐）、干姜（炮制）、桂心、菟丝子（酒浸软后单独研磨）、浓朴（去皮炒制，姜汁制）、巴戟天（去心）、远志（去心，姜汁浸炒）、破故纸（即补骨脂，炒制）、赤石脂（各一两）、川椒（炒至出汗，去籽及闭合者，二两）。
以上药物研为细末，用酒调糊制作丸剂，如梧桐子大小。温酒或淡盐汤送服均可。
治疗心肾气不足，惊悸健忘，睡眠不安多梦，遗精，面色少华，足胫酸疼。
远志（去心炒制）、山药（炒制）、熟地黄、天门冬（去心）、龙齿（水飞法处理，各六两）、麦门冬（去心）、五味子、车前子（炒制）、白茯苓、茯神（去木心）、地骨皮、桂心（各五两）。
以上药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制作丸剂，如梧桐子大小。每次服用三十至五十丸，空腹时温服，可用酒或米汤送服。
治疗房事过度，或思虑过度，导致精气自行外泄，腰背酸软无力，不能屈伸，饮食无法转化为肌肉营养，双脚疼痛，无法行走。
草乌头（或用川乌）、牡蛎粉（将乌头炒裂，取一两，去皮去脐，不用牡蛎）、五倍子（半两）。
以上药物研为细末，用糯米糊制作丸剂，如梧桐子大小。空腹时用淡盐汤送服三五十丸。
治疗真气极度虚弱疲惫，口苦舌干，心中常感凄惨悲戚，夜间多怪异梦境，白天精神萎靡，或者梦见鬼怪交合，遗精滑泄、白浊，小便余沥不尽，性功能减退或勃起障碍，视力昏暗耳鸣，面色黧黑。
新莲肉（四两，去心皮）、白龙骨（一两，醋煮）、甘草（一分）。
以上药物研为细末，用车前草汁加入少许面粉煮成面糊制作丸剂，如绿豆大小。每次服用三五十丸，可用淡盐汤或酒送服。
Treats deficiency and exhaustion of true Qi, depletion of the lower Jiao (Lower Burner), stiffness and tension in the umbilical and abdominal regions, pain in the waist and legs, blood loss and night sweats, seminal emission with white turbidity, spontaneous diarrhea, and frequent, slippery urination; or treats the three Xiao (Three Wasting-Thirst) diseases characterized by excessive food intake, emaciation, impotence, and sallow complexion. Long-term administration tonifies the five Zang organs, promotes the circulation of Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) Qi, benefits essence and marrow, and improves appetite.
Prepared Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Prepared Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine and ground separately), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, peeled, stir-fried, processed with ginger juice), Bajitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix, heart removed), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed, soaked in ginger juice and stir-fried), Poguozhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubra, each 1 liang), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper, stir-fried until sweat appears, seeds and closed pods removed, 2 liang).
Grind the above into powder, mix with wine paste to make pills the size of a wutong seed. Take with warm wine or salted water as desired.
Treats insufficiency of Heart and Kidney Qi, palpitations, forgetfulness, restless sleep with dreams, seminal emission, pallor, and soreness and pain in the shins.
Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed and stir-fried), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix, heart removed), Longchi (Draconis Os, water-ground, each 6 liang), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, stir-fried), Baifuling (Poria, peeled), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood, wood removed), Digupi (Lycii Cortex), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, each 5 liang).
Grind the above into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of a wutong seed. Take 30 to 50 pills each time, warm on an empty stomach, with wine or rice soup as desired.
Treats excess in sexual activity or overthinking, leading to spontaneous seminal emission, soreness and weakness of the waist and back, inability to bend and stretch, failure of food to nourish muscles, pain in both feet, and inability to walk.
Caowutou (Aconiti Radix, or Chuanchuanwu), Muli Fen (Ostreae Concha Powder, stir-fry the Aconite root until cracked, take 1 liang, remove skin and navel, do not use Oyster Shell), Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis, 0.5 liang).
Grind the above into powder, mix with glutinous rice paste to make pills the size of a wutong seed. Take 30 to 50 pills on an empty stomach with salted water.
Treats extreme deficiency and exhaustion of true Qi, bitter taste in the mouth and dry tongue, constant mental distress, strange dreams at night, lack of spirit during the day, or dreams of intercourse with ghosts, seminal emission with white turbidity, dribbling after urination, impotence, dim vision and tinnitus, and dark complexion.
Xinlianrou (Nelumbinis Plumula, 4 liang, remove heart and skin), Bailonggu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, 1 liang, boiled in vinegar), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 1 fen).
Grind the above into powder, mix with juice of Qiancaicao (Plantaginis Herba) and a little flour to make dough for pills the size of a mung bean. Take 30 to 50 pills each time, with salted water or wine as desired.
