可言。因惊败血上冲，心痛、头痛欲死，大效。
当归 五灵脂 川芎 良姜 熟地黄（各一两）
上细锉，以沙合盛，赤石脂泯缝，纸筋盐泥固济，炭火十斤， 令通赤，去火候冷，取
开，
百草霜（五两） 硫黄 乳香（各一钱半） 花蕊石 琥珀（各一钱）
上细研，与前药再研，和匀，米醋煮面为丸如弹子大。每服一丸，炭火烧令通赤，投于
生姜
治产后败血冲心，胸满上喘，命在须臾。宜服。
真血竭（如无，以紫矿代） 没药
上等分。轻手研细，频筛再研，取尽为度。每服二钱，用童便合酒半盏，煎一沸，温调
下。
治产后血气冲心，不记人事。
芸苔子 生地黄（各等分）
上同研，入生姜七片，酒水各半盏，童便少许，煎五分服。
治产后血上心，已死。
上用真郁金烧存性，为末，酽醋一合调，灌之立活。
治产前胸中宿有痰饮，产后多致眩晕。

治产后血晕，闷绝野狼狈。若噤，挑开灌之，必效。

上锉散。每服五钱，水三盏，煎至一盏半，芒硝再煎，分二服。欲产时，先煎下，以备
缓急
治疗产后各种血证、难产、胎衣不下。对于危急重症濒临死亡的患者，只要灌服药物能够咽下，没有不能救活的，其神效难以言表。因受惊导致败血上冲，引起心痛、头痛欲死，此方效果显著。

以上药材切碎，放入沙罐中，用赤石脂涂抹缝隙，以纸筋盐泥密封加固，用十斤炭火煅烧至通红，去火后待冷却，取出打开，加入百草霜（五两）、硫黄、乳香（各一钱半）、花蕊石、琥珀（各一钱）。
以上药材细细研磨，与前药再次共同研磨，混合均匀，用米醋煮面糊制成如弹子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用炭火烧至通红，投入生姜汁中化开服用。
治疗产后败血冲心，胸部胀满、气逆喘息，生命垂危。适宜服用此方。
真血竭（如果没有，可用紫矿代替）、没药
以上药材等分。轻轻研磨成细粉，多次过筛并继续研磨，直到取尽为止。每次服用二钱，用童子尿和酒半盏，煮沸一次，温服调下。
治疗产后血气冲心，意识丧失，不省人事。
芸苔子、生地黄（各等分）
以上药材共同研磨，加入生姜七片，酒水各半盏，少许童便，煎煮至五分量时服用。
治疗产后血气上冲于心，假死状态。
以上使用真郁金烧至存性，研为粉末，用浓醋一合调和，灌服后立即苏醒。
治疗产前胸中素有痰饮，产后多导致眩晕。

牡丹皮、大黄（蒸制）、芒硝（各一两）、冬瓜子、桃仁（三七粒，去皮尖）
以上药材锉散。每次服用五钱，加水三盏，煎煮至一盏半，加入芒硝再煎，分两次服用。临产时，先煎好备用，以备缓急之需。
Treats all blood disorders postpartum, difficult labor, and retention of the placenta. For critical conditions where death is imminent, as long as the medicine can be administered orally, recovery is assured; its miraculous efficacy is beyond words. It is highly effective for heartache and severe headache caused by shock-induced stagnant blood rushing upward.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Liangjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Shengjiangis), Shudihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) (each 1 liang).
The above herbs are finely chopped, placed in a clay pot, sealed with litharge paste and salt-mud reinforced with paper fibers, and calcined over charcoal fire until red-hot. After removing from heat and cooling, open the pot. Add Baicaoshuang (Soot from Hundred Herbs), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Ruxiang (Resina Frankincense) (each 1 qian 5 fen), Huarui Shi (Ochre Stone), Hupo (Amber) (each 1 qian).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix thoroughly with the previously prepared herbs, and form pills the size of bullet seeds using rice vinegar and wheat flour dough. Take one pill at a time, heat it red-hot over charcoal, and dissolve it in fresh ginger juice before administration.
Treats postpartum stagnant blood rushing to the heart, causing chest fullness and dyspnea, with life hanging in the balance. This formula is suitable.
Xuejie (Dragon's Blood), Moyao (Resina Olibani).
Equal parts. Grind lightly into fine powder, sieve repeatedly, and continue grinding until fully processed. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with half a cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy and wine, boiled once, and taken warm.
Treats postpartum blood and qi rushing to the heart, resulting in loss of consciousness and amnesia.
Yuntaizi (Semen Brassicae Pekinensis), Shengdihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Recens).
Equal parts. Grind together, add seven slices of fresh ginger, half a cup of water, half a cup of wine, and a small amount of urine from an uncircumcised boy. Decoct until reduced to one-fifth volume, then administer.
Treats postpartum blood rushing to the heart, leading to apparent death.
Use real Yujin (Radix Curcumae Longae) calcined to retain its properties, grind into powder, mix with one he of strong vinegar, and administer orally to restore life immediately.
Treats dizziness occurring postpartum due to pre-existing phlegm-fluid retention in the chest prior to delivery.
Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata, washed with boiling water), Baifuling (Poria), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, peeled), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) (each 1 liang), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Suosha (Fructus Amomi Rotundus) (each 5 qian), Fangcao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis) (3 liang).
Chop into coarse pieces. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with three slices of fresh ginger and one dark plum, and take warm before meals.
Treats postpartum blood vertigo, characterized by fainting and distress. If the jaw is clenched, pry it open and administer the medicine; it will be effective.
Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, steamed), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas) (each 1 liang), Dongguazi (Semen Cucurbitae), Taoren (Semen Persicae) (7-3 seeds, skin and tips removed).
Chop into coarse pieces. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with three cups of water until reduced to one and a half cups. Add Mangxiao and boil again. Divide into two doses. Before delivery, prepare this decoction in advance for emergency use.
