正川椒（色红大者，去子并合口，以黄秆纸二重托于炉上，炒出汗，取顿地上，用沙盆

上为末，老酒浸白糕为糊丸，梧桐子大。每服三四十丸。食前，盐汤下。治痹，辣桂煎

上用新水二升，于瓷瓶内浸药，密封七日后取出，逐日侵晨面东，以浸药水吞蓖麻仁一

上用三年酽醋五升，热煎三五沸，切葱白三升，煮一沸漉出，布帛热裹，当病处熨之。
又方 鸡子揩患处，咒三遍愿送粪堆头，盖白虎粪神，爱吃鸡子，患者下饭用黄脚鸡为
妙，
又方 用芥菜子为末，鸡子白敷之。
治白虎历节风，及诸般风湿，流注四肢，大风鹤膝，一切风疾，四肢拘挛，不能坐

治疗白虎历节风疼痛剧烈，肌肉纹理枯槁虚弱而生虫，游走不定且伴有瘙痒疼痛，同时治疗痹症，半身麻木，杀灭传尸瘵虫。
取正川椒（颜色红大者，去掉椒籽和闭合的口，用两层黄秆纸垫在炉上，炒出汗水，取出后立即顿放在地上，用沙盆盖住），研为细末，用老酒浸泡白糕做成糊状丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三四十丸。饭前，用盐汤送服。若治疗痹症，用辣桂煎汤送服。
治疗手足拘挛弯曲，骨节间疼痛剧烈。
取蓖麻子（去皮，二两）黄连（去掉须根，锉碎如豆子大小，一两）。
以上药物用新水二升，放入瓷瓶内浸泡药物，密封七日后取出，每天清晨面向东方，用浸泡过药物的药水吞服一粒蓖麻仁。
以上药物用三年陈浓醋五升，加热煮沸三五次，切葱白三升，煮一沸后捞出，用布帛包裹趁热熨烫患处。
另一个方子：用鸡蛋擦拭患处，念咒语三遍，愿将病气送到粪堆头，因为白虎粪神爱吃鸡蛋，患者吃饭时用黄脚鸡为宜。
又一个方子：用芥菜子研为细末，用鸡蛋清敷在患处。
治疗白虎历节风，以及各类风湿，流注于四肢，大风鹤膝风，一切风疾，四肢拘挛，不能坐立。凡是骨节所在之处，都完全浮肿，夜间疼痛号哭，其他药物无效，重症者服用至两料即可痊愈。

以上二十四味药材锉碎，用无灰酒一坛，将药物装入布袋内放入酒坛中，用油纸封缚牢固，仍将坛子盛在锅中，加入水……（原文此处中断）
Treats severe pain of Baihu Lijie Feng (White Tiger Joint Pain), where muscle and tissue are withered and deficient, generating parasites that wander causing itching and pain; also treats Bi syndrome (obstruction syndrome) with numbness of half the body, and kills Chuan Shi Zhai worms (parasitic diseases).
Take Zheng Chuanjiao (Sichuan peppercorn, red and large ones), remove seeds and closed ends, place on two layers of yellow straw paper over a stove, stir-fry until sweat appears, take out and immediately place on the ground, cover with a sand basin. Grind into fine powder. Soak in aged wine with white steamed cake to form a paste for pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30-40 pills per dose. Before meals, swallow with salt water. For treating Bi syndrome, swallow with decoction of Lagopus Cinnamon Twig (Lagopus Ramulus).
Treats contracture and curvature of hands and feet, severe pain between bone joints.
Take Ricinus Seed (Castor Bean, peeled, 2 liang) and Coptis Rhizome (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove roots, crushed like bean size, 1 liang).
Soak the above medicines in 2 sheng of fresh water in a porcelain bottle, seal tightly for seven days, then take out. Every morning at dawn, facing east, swallow one Ricinus Seed using the infused water.
Take five sheng of three-year-old strong vinegar, heat and boil for three to five boils. Add three sheng of cut green onion white parts, boil once, then strain out. Wrap in cloth and apply hot compress to the affected area.
Another prescription: Rub the affected area with chicken egg, recite incantation three times wishing to send the illness to the top of the manure pile, as the White Tiger Feces God loves eggs. It is advisable for patients to eat yellow-legged chicken with their meals.
Another prescription: Use mustard seed powder applied with egg white to the affected area.
Treats Baihu Lijie Feng (White Tiger Joint Pain), various types of wind-dampness flowing into the four limbs, Da Feng He Xi (Great Wind Crane Knee), all wind diseases, limb contracture, inability to sit. All joint areas are completely swollen, crying in pain at night, other medicines ineffective. Severe cases may require up to two doses to cure.
Xunfeng Teng (Uncaria rhynchophylla vine or similar climbing vine, 1 liang), Wu Jia Pi (Acanthopanax Bark, 1.5 liang), Hu Jing Gu (Tiger Tibia Bone), Wu Yao (Lindera Root), Shi Nan Ye (Pyrrosia Leaf), Cang Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome, each 5 qian), San Jiao Jian (Triangular尖的 root, 1 liang, preferably from rocks), Gu Sui Bu (Drynaria Rhizome, 7.5 qian), Qing Mu Xiang (Vladimiria Root), Wei Ling Xian (Clematis Root), Chuan Xu Duan (Teasel Root), Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis), Ru Xiang (Frankincense), Chuan Qiang Huo (Notopterygium Rhizome), Bei Xi Xin (Asarum, each 2.5 qian), Qing Teng Gen (Green Vine Root, 1 liang), Chuan Niu Xi (Cyathula Root, 4 qian), Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Root, 5 qian), Nan Mu Xiang (Costus Root, 2.5 qian), Shi Bi Li (Ficus pumila, 1 liang, preferably from rocks), Su Mu (Sappan Wood), Gan Cao Jie (Licorice Knots, 5 qian), Sheng Jiang (Fresh Ginger, 1.5 liang), Da Chuan Wu (Aconitum Carmichaelii, one pair, divided into four parts, use only one part raw).
