治风热毒瓦斯上攻，眼目肿痛，或卒生翳膜，或赤脉弩肉，或痒或涩，羞明多泪，
昏花，渐成内障，但是一切暴风客热，皆宜服之。
黄芩 甘菊花（去枝梗） 木贼 决
草蔓荆子 石决明（各一两）
上为细末，每服三钱，水一中盏，生姜五片，煎至六分，食后服。
治肺气壅塞，热毒上攻眼目，白睛肿胀，日夜疼痛，心胸烦闷。
玄参 桑白皮
防风（去芦） 赤芍药
上 咀，每服四钱，水一盏半，生姜三片，煎至八分，去滓，食后温服。
治一切目疾，不问得病之因，悉皆治之。
炉甘石（半斤，用黄连四两，如豆大
子（别研。二钱半）
上件和匀，每用半字，白汤泡，放温，时时洗之。
治肾气不足，眼目昏暗，瞳人不分明，渐成内障。
磁石（火 ，醋浸七次，水飞）
地黄（酒浸，焙） 枸杞子 楮实子 覆
蒸） 石斛（去根。各一两） 沉香（别研） 青盐
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服七十丸，空心，盐汤送下。
治肝血不足，眼目昏花，或生眵泪，久视无力。
当归（去芦，酒浸） 车前子（酒蒸
地黄（酒蒸，焙） 川芎 楮实子（各等分）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服七十丸，用温熟水送下，不拘时候。
治疗风热毒邪上攻，导致眼目红肿疼痛，或者突然生成翳膜，或者有赤脉和胬肉，或者发痒或干涩，畏光多泪，视物昏花，逐渐形成内障，只要是各种暴风客热证，都适宜服用。

将上述药物研成细末，每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，生姜五片，煎至六分，饭后服用。

将上述药物切碎，每次服用四钱，用水一盏半，生姜三片，煎至八分，滤去药渣，饭后温服。
治疗一切眼疾，不问得病的原因，都能治疗。
炉甘石（半斤，用黄连四两同煅，如豆大颗粒，另研细粉二钱半）。
将上述药物混合均匀，每次取半字量，用开水冲泡，待温度适宜时，经常清洗眼部。
治疗肾气不足，眼目昏暗，瞳仁不分明，逐渐形成内障。
磁石（火煅，醋浸七次，水飞处理）、熟地黄（酒浸，焙干）、枸杞子、楮实子、覆盆子（酒蒸）、石斛（去根，各一两）、沉香（另研细粉）、青盐。
将上述药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，如梧桐子大小，每次服用七十丸，空腹时，用盐汤送服。
治疗肝血不足，眼目昏花，或者产生眵泪，久视无力。
当归（去芦头，酒浸）、车前子（酒蒸）、熟地黄（酒蒸，焙干）、川芎、楮实子（各等分）。
将上述药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，如梧桐子大小，每次服用七十丸，用温熟水送服，不限时候。
治疗暴风客热，赤眼肿痛，发痒干涩，眵泪昏暗。
滑石、秦皮、黄连（各等分）。
将上述药物研成细末，每次取半钱，用沸水冲泡，澄清后温洗，不限时候。
Treats wind-heat toxic qi attacking upward, causing swelling and pain in the eyes, or sudden formation of corneal opacity (nebula), or red vessels and pterygium, or itching or dryness, photophobia with excessive tearing, blurred vision, gradually developing into internal cataract. For all kinds of epidemic wind-heat conditions, this formula is suitable.
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemi Flos, stems and pedicels removed), Muzei (Equiseti Herba), Juemingzi (Cassiae Semen), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus), Shijueming (Concha Haliotidis) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, with one zhongzhan of water and five slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to six-tenths, and take after meals.
Treats lung qi obstruction and heat-toxic qi attacking upward to the eyes, causing swelling of the sclera, pain day and night, and restlessness in the chest and heart.
Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, rhizome removed), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra).
Cut the above herbs into small pieces. Take 4 qian per dose, with one and a half zhan of water and three slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to eight-tenths, strain the dregs, and take warm after meals.
Treats all eye diseases, regardless of the cause of onset, and can cure them all.
Luganshi (Calamina), calcined with 4 liang of Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) until granules are the size of beans; separately grind 2.5 qian into fine powder.
Mix the above ingredients evenly. Use half a zi amount each time, soak in boiling water, let cool to a warm temperature, and wash the eyes frequently.
Treats kidney qi deficiency, causing dim vision, indistinct pupils, and gradual development of internal cataract.
Ci Shi (Magnetitum), calcined, soaked in vinegar seven times, and processed by water flotation; Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), soaked in wine and dried; Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus); Chushizi (Broussonetiae Fructus); Fupenzi (Rubiae Fructus), steamed with wine; Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis), roots removed (each 1 liang); Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), separately ground; Qingyan (Natrii Chloridum).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, make pills with refined honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 70 pills per dose, on an empty stomach, swallowed with salted water.
Treats liver blood deficiency, causing blurred vision, production of ocular discharge and tears, and weakness after prolonged viewing.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), rhizome removed, soaked in wine; Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), steamed with wine; Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), steamed with wine and dried; Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma); Chushizi (Broussonetiae Fructus) (equal parts).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, make pills with refined honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 70 pills per dose, swallowed with warm boiled water, at any time.
Treats epidemic wind-heat, causing red, swollen, and painful eyes, itching, dryness, ocular discharge, tears, and blurred vision.
Huashi (Talcum), Qinpi (Fraxini Cortex), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Use half a qian each time, steep in boiling water, let settle, and wash with the warm clarified liquid, at any time.
