狗宝（一两，生用，癞狗腹中得之） 蟾酥（
黄 砂 轻粉 麝香 铅白霜 粉霜（别研。以上各
脚足炙黄色，研如泥） 乌金石（即石炭，袁州萍乡县有之
用之，去皮，腊月者尤佳） 狗胆（一个，干者用之，去皮，黑
儿乳（一合） 黄蜡（三钱）
上先将头胎儿乳，黄蜡，放在铫内，文武火化开，用前药末和成剂，放在瓷器内，要用，

腰以下病食前服，腰以上食后服，如人行三里，用热葱白粥投之，即以衣被盖定，汗出为度
。以后只吃瓜齑白粥，常服十奇散，留头四边，以乌龙膏贴之。
治一切痈疽肿毒，收赤晕。
木鳖子（去壳） 半夏（各一两） 小粉（四两） 草乌（半两）
上于铁铫内，慢火炒，令转焦，为细末，出火毒，再研细，以冷水调敷，一日一换。
去热肿，收赤晕。
寒水石（二两） 龙骨（半两） 黄连（去须） 黄柏（各一两） 轻粉（一钱）
上为细末，和鸡子清调，以鸡羽扫疮上。若是热疮，加黄丹半两。
木鳖子（去壳，细锉） 当归（各一两） 柳枝（二八寸，锉之）
上同以麻油四两，慢
共研细，入油煎化，用绵滤之）
上再事治之，炼药铁铫令极净，再倾前药油蜡在内，候温，入黄丹一两半，以两柳枝搅
