黄柏（蜜炙） 细辛（洗去土叶）
上等分，为细末，每用少许，掺于舌上，有涎吐出，以愈为度。
治小儿白口疮，急恶，状似木耳。
五倍子（去土垢，四两） 青黛（四钱）
上为细末，好油调，鸦羽扫口向咽喉，流入咽喉中，疮烂，次日便下。兼治痔疮亦佳。
治赤白疮疼唇破，兼治热疮。

上各等分，为细末，干贴口疮上，涂唇上。兼治诸疮较迟者。
治小儿白口疮，咽喉恶声哑。
干胭脂（一钱） 枯矾（一两）
上研匀，每用一钱，生蜜调如稀糊，扫口疮咽喉内，咽了药，来日大便，退了疮皮为验。

上件药都研令匀，蒸饼为丸，黍豆大，以新绵裹一丸，咬之，有涎即吐之。

治疗赤白口疮疼痛、嘴唇破裂，兼治热疮。

以上药材各取等份，研磨成细粉，干贴于口疮处，或涂抹于嘴唇上。兼治病程较久的各种疮疡。
治疗小儿白口疮，伴有咽喉恶声、声音嘶哑。
干胭脂（一钱） 枯矾（一两）
将上述药材研匀，每次取一钱，用生蜜调制成稀糊状，涂抹于口腔及咽喉内的疮面上。服药后，次日大便排出脱落的疮皮，即为见效标志。
