治心腹诸疾，猝暴百病。大黄、巴豆、干姜各一两，捣筛蜜和为丸，如小豆大。每服三
丸。凡客中恶心，腹胀满痛如错刀，气急口噤猝死，以暖水或酒服之，或灌之。不愈再服三
丸，腹中自然鸣转，但吐即愈。若口已噤者，灌之即愈。

专治风寒暑湿香港脚，不问远年近日，一切走注，疼痛不可忍，临发时空心服一丸；赶到
足面上赤肿痛不散，再服一丸；赶至脚心中，出黑汗乃除根。如痛在上，食后卧时，酒送下，

牙关不开，研一丸，酒调灌下，亦验。白胶香（研）、草乌（去皮脐）、五灵脂、土龙（去土）、
木鳖子（去油）各一两五钱，乳香、没药、当归各七钱五分，麝香二钱二分，京墨（烧酒浸）
一钱五分，共为末，和匀，糯米粉为丸，如芡实大，温酒研化一丸，神效。
辟瘴明目。升麻、犀角、黄芩、朴硝、栀子、大黄各二两，豉二升，微熬同捣末，蜜丸
如梧子大。觉四肢大热，大便闭结，即服三十丸，取微利为度；四肢小热，食后三十丸，非
但辟瘴，甚能明目。
韩飞霞制。通利水道。
按方内需用人参，如无，以高丽参代之，或真潞党参亦可。灯芯一斤（米粉浆染晒干研
末，入水澄去粉，取浮者晒干，二两五钱），赤白茯苓（去皮）五两，滑石（水飞）五两，
猪苓二两，泽泻三两，人参一斤（切片熬膏）。和药丸如龙眼核大，朱砂为衣。每服一丸，
随症用引调服，本天一生水之妙，故治病以水道通利为快捷方式也，亦治难产不下者。

专门治疗风寒暑湿引起的香港脚（足部肿痛），无论是多年旧疾还是近期新发，一切游走性疼痛，疼痛难以忍受时，空腹服用一丸；若疼痛蔓延至足面且红肿不退，再服一丸；若疼痛移至脚心，排出黑汗则能除根。如果疼痛部位在上方，可在饭后或睡前用酒送服。即使牙关紧闭，将一丸研碎，用酒调匀灌下，也有效。配方：白胶香（研细）、草乌（去皮和脐）、五灵脂、土龙（去泥土）、木鳖子（去油）各一两五钱，乳香、没药、当归各七钱五分，麝香二钱二分，京墨（用烧酒浸泡）一钱五分，共研为细末，混合均匀，用糯米粉制成丸药，大小如芡实。温酒化开一丸服用，效果神奇。
辟除瘴气，明目。使用升麻、犀角、黄芩、朴硝、栀子、大黄各二两，豆豉二升，轻微炒制后共同捣碎成末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。感觉四肢大热、大便闭结时，立即服用三十丸，以轻微腹泻为度；四肢微热者，饭后服用三十丸，不仅能辟除瘴气，还能很好地明目。
由韩飞霞配制。通利水道。
按语：方中需要用人参，如果没有，可以用高丽参代替，或者使用真正的潞党参也可以。灯芯草一斤（用米粉浆染色晒干后研末，入水澄清去掉淀粉，取浮起的部分晒干，用量为二两五钱），赤茯苓和白茯苓（去皮）五两，滑石（水飞法处理）五两，猪苓二两，泽泻三两，人参一斤（切片熬成膏）。将药物混合制成丸药，大小如龙眼核，用朱砂作为包衣。每次服用一丸，根据症状配合引经药调服。本方体现了“天一生水”的妙理，因此治疗疾病以通利水道为快捷途径，也能治疗难产胎儿不下者。
Treats various diseases of the heart and abdomen, as well as sudden onset of numerous acute conditions. Use Rhizoma et Radix Notoginseng (Dahuang), Semen Crotonis (Badou), and Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum (Ganjiang), each 1 liang. Pound and sieve them, then mix with honey to form pills, sized like small beans. Take 3 pills per dose. For cases where pathogenic factors invade causing nausea, abdominal distension and pain like knife twisting, shortness of breath, locked jaw, and sudden collapse, administer with warm water or wine, or force-feed. If not cured, take another 3 pills; natural rumbling in the abdomen will occur, and recovery follows vomiting. If the jaw is locked, force-feeding still works.
(This formula is also known as Yili Jin Dan, or Zhuo Hu Dan.)
Specially treats Hong Kong Foot (podagra/foot swelling and pain) caused by wind-cold, summer-heat, and dampness, regardless of whether it is a chronic old ailment or a recent onset, covering all migratory pains that are unbearable. Take one pill on an empty stomach when the attack begins; if redness and swelling spread to the dorsum of the foot and do not subside, take another pill; if the pain moves to the sole of the foot and black sweat is excreted, the root cause is eliminated. If the pain is located upwards, take with wine after meals or before lying down. Even if the jaw is locked, grind one pill, mix with wine, and force-feed; this is also effective. Ingredients: Resina Elemmi (Baijiaoxiang, ground), Rhizoma Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Caowu, peeled and navel removed), Resina Trogopterori (Wulingzhi), Draco (Tulong, cleaned of soil), Fructus Momordicae (Mubiezi, oil removed), each 1.5 liang; Resina Olibani (Ruxiang), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao), and Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), each 0.75 liang; Moschus (Shexiang) 0.22 liang; Jingmo (soaked in strong liquor) 0.15 liang. Grind all into powder, mix evenly, and bind with glutinous rice flour to form pills sized like Euphorbia seeds. Dissolve one pill in warm wine and take; the effect is miraculous.
Expels miasma and brightens the eyes. Use Radix Cimicifugae (Shengma), Cornu Rhinocerotis (Xijiao), Cortex Scutellariae (Huangqin), Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao), Flos Gardeniae (Zhizi), and Rhizoma et Radix Rhei (Dahuang), each 2 liang; Folium Sojae Preparatum (Chi) 2 sheng. Lightly roast and pound together into powder, bind with honey to form pills sized like Sophora seeds. When feeling intense heat in the four limbs and constipation, take 30 pills immediately, aiming for mild diarrhea as the limit; for mild heat in the four limbs, take 30 pills after meals. This not only expels miasma but also greatly benefits vision.

Note: The formula requires Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen). If unavailable, Korean Ginseng (Gaolishen) can be used as a substitute, or authentic Dangshen from Lu (Ludangshen) is also acceptable. Radix Junci (Dengxin), 1 jin (dyed with rice flour paste, dried, ground into powder, suspended in water to clarify and remove starch, take the floating part, dry it, use 2.5 qian); Radix Poria Cum Ligno (Chibai Fuling, peeled), 5 liang; Talcum (Huashi, water-floated), 5 liang; Polyporus (Zhu Ling), 2 liang; Radix Alismatis (Zexie), 3 liang; Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), 1 jin (sliced and decocted into paste). Mix medicines and form pills sized like longan seeds, coated with Cinnabar (Zhusha). Take one pill per dose, adjusted with guiding herbs according to symptoms. This formula embodies the wonder of "Heaven generates One Water," thus treating diseases by promoting the free flow of water passages as a rapid method; it also treats difficult labor where the fetus does not descend.
