入心则谬妄，呕吐食不入，眠不安，左寸乍大乍小乍无者死。
入肾则腰脚俱肿，小便不通，呻吟目额皆黑，冲胸而呕，左尺脉绝者死
蚀阴肛，脉虚小者生。紧急者死。尺脉沉滑寸白虫。盖因湿热之生，脏腑虚则侵蚀。
集效丸

将附为末，用醋一升煮膏入药，和匀，丸绿豆大，荆芥、茶清下二十丸。
秘方 治吐虫。
黑铅（炒成灰） 槟榔为末，米饮下。
又鸡子炒蜡尘（治寸白虫） 又川椒（治虫）
上并酒糊丸。
皆因风热燥，归于大肠也。

秦艽（去芦） 皂角仁（烧存性去皮，各一两） 归尾（酒洗） 桃仁 大黄（各一两）
白术 泽泻（五钱，渗湿） 枳实（麸炒，泄胃，五钱） 地榆（三钱止血）
上面糊丸，梧子大，空心汤下百丸，以饭压之。
气滞加槟榔木香；湿热胜加黄柏。
又云∶以苍术、防风为君，甘草、芍药为佐。
苍术泽泻丸
苍术（四两） 泽泻 枳子（二两） 皂角仁（烧） 地榆（一两） 饭丸。
脉痔血 自肛门，另作窍出。
乌头（炮去皮尖） 连（各一两） 丸服。
又 荆芥 槐花 石菖蒲（各一两） 丸服。
酒痔 黄连（酒浸酒煮） 酒丸饮下。
痔血不止 检KT 根（灰空心下）。又干丝瓜一枚，连皮子烧存性，酒下二钱。
又方 耳接 川归（一两） 黄柏（二两） 乌龟（一个酒煮干为度，日干为末，）蜜丸皂子大。
皂角散 治痔漏脱肛。
黄牛角腮（不切） 蛇蜕（一条） 穿山甲（七片） 皂角（一枚）
上并切，瓷瓶泥固候干，先以小火烧烟出，方以大火 红，出冷，研细。胡
桃酒下，临睡分出虫五更却以酒下二钱。
洗 五倍子 朴硝 桑寄生 莲房 先熏后洗。
又 天仙子 荆芥 蔓荆子 小椒 煎洗。
敷 木鳖子 五倍子 末敷肿处。
又 麝香 脑子 朱砂 研入生田螺内，待成水抹头不拍遍以干收为度。
又 好蜡茶细末，入脑子同研，津调纸花粘贴除根，后方贴之∶白矾（枯二钱、
生二钱） 乳香（三钱） 真香 俱同研为膏纸花贴。如便秘，当归枳壳汤下三黄丸。
又 木槿花（阴干或叶） 专封痔口能干。
腐痔核（化为水） 硼砂（火 ） 轻粉 芦干石（ ） 或加信石（ ） 以朴硝洗净，
辰砂敷外四围，点核上。
肠风塞药 芦干石（ 便淬） 牡蛎粉
脱肛洗方 理省藤 桑白皮 白矾 煎汤洗。
若虫邪侵入心脏，则会出现神志错乱、胡言乱语，呕吐且无法进食，睡眠不安稳，左手寸口脉搏忽大忽小或摸不到的，主死证。
若虫邪侵入肾脏，则腰部和双脚都肿胀，小便不通畅，痛苦呻吟，眼眶和额头发黑，气逆冲胸而呕吐，左手尺部脉搏断绝的，主死证。
侵蚀阴部和肛门，脉象虚小的可以生还，脉象紧急的会死亡。尺部脉沉滑、寸部脉白者，为寸白虫（绦虫）。这大多是因为湿热内生，脏腑虚弱导致被侵蚀。
集效丸：木香、鹤虱、诃子（煨制）、芜荑（炒制）、乌梅、附子（炮制，去皮去脐）、干姜（一两）、槟榔（一钱）、大黄（二钱），或者加黄柏、黄连。用蜂蜜制成丸药，服用时可用陈皮醋汤送服，不拘泥于固定时间。
化虫丸：虫子遇到此药就会化为水。硫黄（一两）、木香（五钱）、密陀僧（三钱）、附子（一个，炮制去皮去脐）。将附子研成粉末，用一升醋煮成膏状，加入药物混合均匀，制成绿豆大小的丸药，服用时用荆芥、茶清送服二十丸。
秘方：治疗吐虫。黑铅（炒成灰）、槟榔研成粉末，用米饮送服。
另外，鸡蛋炒蜡尘（治疗寸白虫）；还有川椒（杀虫）。以上药物都用酒糊制成丸药。
痔疮皆因风热燥邪，归于大肠所致。
秘方：以凉血为主。四物汤（凉血）、黄芩（清肠热）、枳壳（宽肠理气）、槐角（凉血生血）、升麻、秦艽。
白术丸：秦艽（去芦头）、皂角仁（烧至存性，去皮，各一两）、当归尾（酒洗）、桃仁、大黄（各一两）、白术、泽泻（五钱，渗湿利水）、枳实（麸炒，泄胃气，五钱）、地榆（三钱，止血）。上面药物研末，用面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药，空腹时汤水送服一百丸，服药后吃饭压住药力。气滞加上槟榔、木香；湿热盛加上黄柏。

痔血不止：检KT根（烧灰，空腹送服）。另外取干丝瓜一枚，连皮和籽烧至存性，用酒送服二钱。
又一方：耳接（疑为“儿茶”之误或地方异名）、当归（一两）、黄柏（二两）、乌龟（一个，酒煮至干，晒干研末），蜜丸如皂子大小。
皂角散：治疗痔疮漏管、脱肛。黄牛角腮（不切）、蛇蜕（一条）、穿山甲（七片）、皂角（一枚）。以上药物切碎，用瓷瓶封泥固候干，先用小火烧出烟，再用大火烧红，取出冷却，研细。用胡桃酒送服，临睡前服用，五更时分再酒送服二钱以排出虫体。
熏洗方：五倍子、朴硝、桑寄生、莲房，先熏后洗。
另外，天仙子、荆芥、蔓荆子、小椒，煎汤清洗。
外敷：木鳖子、五倍子研末，敷在肿处。
另外，麝香、冰片、朱砂，研入活田螺内，待化成水后涂抹头部，不要拍打，以干燥收敛为度。
另外，好腊茶细末，加入冰片同研，用唾液调和成纸花粘贴，可除根，后方贴之：白矾（枯矾二钱、生矾二钱）、乳香（三钱）、真香，俱同研为膏，做成纸花贴敷。如果便秘，用当归枳壳汤送服三黄丸。
另外，木槿花（阴干或用叶），专门封闭痔口，能使伤口干燥。
腐痔核（使其化为水）：硼砂（火煅）、轻粉、芦干石（煅）、或者加信石（砒霜，煅），用朴硝洗净，辰砂敷在外围，点涂在痔核上。
肠风塞药：芦干石（便淬处理）、牡蛎粉。
脱肛洗方：理省藤、桑白皮、白矾，煎汤清洗。
If the parasites invade the Heart, there will be delirium and妄言 (delusional speech), vomiting with inability to eat, restless sleep, and if the Cun position of the left radial pulse is intermittently large, small, or absent, it indicates a fatal prognosis.
If the parasites invade the Kidney, both the waist and legs will swell, urination will be obstructed, there will be groaning in pain, blackening of the eyes and forehead, Qi rebelling upward to the chest causing vomiting, and if the Chi position of the left radial pulse is absent, it indicates a fatal prognosis.
Erosion of the yin and anus: if the pulse is deficient and small, survival is possible; if the pulse is tight/tense, death ensues. A Chi pulse that is deep and slippery, and a Cun pulse associated with "white worms" (Taenia solium) indicate intestinal parasites. This arises primarily from damp-heat generation internally; when the Zang-Fu organs are deficient, erosion occurs.
Jixiao Wan (Collective Efficacy Pill): Mugwort root (Muxiang), Naphtha seed (Heshi), Chebula fruit (Hezi, roasted), Chrysanthemum seed (Wuyi, fried), Smoked plum (Wumei), Prepared Aconite (Fuzi, processed, skin and hilum removed), Dried ginger (Ganjiang, 1 liang), Areca nut (Binglang, 1 qian), Rhubarb (Dahuang, 2 qian). Optionally add Phellodendron bark (Huangbai) and Coptis rhizome (Chuanlian). Form into honey pills. Take as desired with Chenpi vinegar decoction.
Huachong Wan (Parasite Dissolving Pill): Parasites dissolve into water upon ingestion. Sulfur (1 liang), Mugwort root (Muxiang, 5 qian), Lead monoxide (Miduoseng, 3 qian), Prepared Aconite (Fuzi, 1 piece, processed, skin and hilum removed). Grind Fuzi into powder, boil with 1 sheng of vinegar to form a paste, mix uniformly with other drugs, and form pills the size of mung beans. Take 20 pills with Schizonepeta tea infusion.
Secret Recipe for Vomiting Parasites: Black lead (stir-fried to ash), Areca nut (Binglang) ground into powder. Take with rice drink.
Also: Fried egg with wax dust (treats Taenia solium); Sichuan pepper (Chuanjiao, treats parasites). All above are formed into pills using wine paste.
All arise from wind-heat and dryness accumulating in the Large Intestine.
Secret Recipe: Primarily focuses on cooling blood. Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction, cools blood), Scutellaria root (Huangqin, clears intestinal heat), Bitter orange fruit (Zhiqiao, expands intestines), Sophora flower bud (Huaijiao, cools blood and generates blood), Cimicifuga rhizome (Shengma), Gentian macrophylla root (Qinjiao).
Baizhu Wan (Atractylodes Macrocephala Pill): Gentian macrophylla root (Qinjiao, remove rhizome), Gleditsia sinensis thorn kernel (Zaojiaoren, burned to retain efficacy, skin removed, 1 liang each), Angelica sinensis tail (Guiwei, wine-washed), Peach kernel (Taoren), Rhubarb (Dahuang, 1 liang each), Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome (Baizhu), Alisma rhizome (Zexie, 5 qian, promotes dampness drainage), Immature bitter orange (Zhishi, bran-fried, drains Stomach Qi, 5 qian), Sanguisorba root (Diyu, 3 qian, stops bleeding). Grind into powder, bind with flour paste, form pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 100 pills with warm water on an empty stomach, followed by food to settle the medicine. Add Areca nut (Binglang) and Mugwort root (Muxiang) for Qi stagnation; add Phellodendron bark (Huangbai) if damp-heat is severe.
It is also said: Use Cyperus rotundus (Cangzhu) and Saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng) as sovereign drugs, Licorice root (Gancao) and Peony root (Shaoyao) as assistant drugs.
Cangzhu Zexie Wan (Cyperus-Alisma Pill): Cyperus rotundus (Cangzhu, 4 liang), Alisma rhizome (Zexie), Ziziphus jujuba seed (Zizi, 2 liang), Gleditsia sinensis thorn kernel (Zaojiaoren, burned), Sanguisorba root (Diyu, 1 liang). Form into rice pills.
Mai Zhi (Pulse Hemorrhoids): Blood flows from another opening besides the anus.
Prepared Aconite (Wutou, processed, tip and skin removed), Coptis rhizome (Lian, 1 liang each). Form into pills and take.
Also: Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Sophora flower (Huaihua), Acorus rhizome (Shichangpu, 1 liang each). Form into pills and take.
Jiu Zhi (Alcohol Hemorrhoids): Coptis rhizome (Huanglian, soaked and boiled in wine). Form into wine pills, take with alcohol.
Zhi Xue Bu Zhi (Unceasing Hemorrhoidal Bleeding): Genus KT root (Jian KT gen, burned to ash, take on empty stomach). Also, one dried loofah, including skin and seeds, burned to retain efficacy, take 2 qian with wine.
Another Prescription: Er Jie (Ear connective tissue/Child's ear cartilage - likely typo for Er Cha/Catechu), Angelica sinensis (Guibei, 1 liang), Phellodendron bark (Huangbai, 2 liang), Turtle shell (Wugui, 1 piece, boiled in wine until dry, sun-dried and powdered). Form into honey pills the size of soap pods.
Zaojiao San (Gleditsia Powder): Treats hemorrhoids, fistulas, and rectal prolapse. Yellow cattle horn cheek bone (Niu Jiao Sai, uncut), Snake slough (She Tui, 1 strip), Pangolin scales (Chuanshanjia, 7 slices), Gleditsia sinensis fruit (Zaojiao, 1 pod). Cut all ingredients, seal in a porcelain bottle with mud, let dry. First burn with low fire until smoke appears, then high fire until red hot. Remove, cool, and grind fine. Take with walnut wine. Take before sleep; at dawn (Wu Geng), take 2 qian with wine to expel parasites.
Wash/Fumigation: Chinese gallnut (Wubeizi), Mirabilite (Puxiao), Mulberry mistletoe (Sangjisheng), Lotus calyx (Lianfang). Fumigate first, then wash.
Also: Henbane seed (Tianxianzi), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Vitex fruit (Manjingzi), Small pepper (Xiao jiao). Decoct and wash.
Application: Momordica charantia seed (Mubiezi), Chinese gallnut (Wubeizi). Grind into powder and apply to swollen areas.
Also: Musk (Shexiang), Borneol (Naozhi), Cinnabar (Zhusha). Grind into living apple snail flesh, wait until it becomes liquid, apply to the head (anus), do not pat, until dry and healed.
Also: Fine powder of good aged tea (Laicha), mixed with Borneol (Naozhi), ground together. Mix with saliva to form paper flowers for pasting, which can eradicate the root. Later prescription for pasting: Alum (Bai Fan, calcined 2 qian, raw 2 qian), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 3 qian), Genuine Agarwood/Zhenxiang. Grind all together into a paste, form into paper flowers for application. If constipated, take Sanhuang Wan (Three Yellows Pill) with Danggui Zhike Tang (Angelica and Bitter Orange Decoction).
Also: Hibiscus mutabilis flower (Mujinhua, shade-dried or leaves). Specifically seals the hemorrhoid orifice and keeps it dry.
Fu Zhi He (Rotting Hemorrhoidal Nodule - dissolves into water): Borax (Pengsha, calcined), Calomel (Qingfen), Arsenolite/Lu Gan Shi (calcined), optionally add Realgar/Xinshi (calcined). Wash with Mirabilite (Puxiao), apply Cinnabar (Chensha) around the periphery, and dot onto the nodule.
Chang Feng Sa Yao (Wind-Intestinal Occlusion Medicine): Lu Gan Shi (processed with urine), Oyster shell powder (Muli Fen).
Tuo Gang Xi Fang (Rectal Prolapse Wash Formula): Li Sheng Teng, Mulberry root bark (Sangbaipi), Alum (Bai Fan). Decoct and wash.
