KT（痔），以弱（溺）孰（熟）煮一牡鼠，以气熨（二六四）。
（治疗）异物进入肛门内一寸，形状像牛膝一样三寸长，随后溃破出血，如果不向上方生长的方子：取尿液五斗，用来煮青蒿两大把、像手大小的鲋鱼七条，捣碎桂枝六寸。干姜二颗，煮沸十次，取出放入容器中，埋在席子下面，做成孔洞，用蒸汽熏治痔疮，药凉后停止。每天熏三次。如果咽部不适，喝药浆，不要喝其他东西。制作药浆的方子：取署蓣茎干捣碎成二升，取署蓣汁二斗浸泡它，制成药浆，饮用它，病好了就停止。青蒿，在荆地叫做【 】。署蓣，在荆地叫做卢茹，它的叶子可以煮熟吃且味道酸。
其一，牝痔（女性痔疮或指肛门外侧突出的痔）有空孔且卷曲，出血的方子：取女子的布，烧成灰，放在容器中，用烟熏治痔疮，三天后停止。
其一，牝痔有多个孔洞，有白色蛲虫爬出的方子：先用滑夏铤（一种润滑导便工具）进行导引，让血流出。在地上挖深一尺半、长一尺、宽三寸的坑，在其中烧红炭块，倒入骆阮（即署蓣）少半斗，铺在炭上，用布四周覆盖，坐着熏蒸下部孔窍。烟灭后，取肥肉放在火中，时常打开孔窍，烧焦关节处直到火熄灭。每天熏一次，下部排出……五六日后……清洁……。骆阮一名日白苦、苦浸。
其一，患痔的人，用酱灌喂黄雌鸡，让它自己死掉，用菅草包裹，涂上泥土，在火上烤熟。涂干后，吃鸡肉，并用鸡毛熏治肛门。
其一，将蘼芜根、防风、乌头、桂枝等量混合，用纯酒浸泡并煎煮，制成大小如黑豆的药丸，吞服它。开始吃一粒，不知道是否增加一粒，以……为极限。如果有可治疗的，以此统领伤痛。通常先吃饭再服用它。

(For treating) a foreign object entering the anal orifice one cun deep, resembling a cow's knee joint (Oxytropis) three cun in length, subsequently ulcerating and bleeding. If it does not grow upwards: Take five dou of urine, boil with two large handfuls of Qinghao (Artemisia annua), seven crucian carp (Carassius auratus) the size of a hand, and six cun of crushed Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus). Add two pieces of dried Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), boil ten times, remove, place in a container, bury under a mat, create an opening, and fumigate the hemorrhoids with the steam. Stop when the medicine cools. Fumigate three times daily. If there is discomfort in the throat, drink the medicinal syrup; do not drink anything else. Formula for making the syrup: Take two sheng of dried stems of Shuyu (Dioscorea opposita), crush them; take two dou of juice from Shuyu to soak them, make into syrup, drink it, and stop when the disease is cured. One method for Pinzhi (female-type hemorrhoids or external protruding hemorrhoids) with empty holes and curling, accompanied by bleeding: Burn cloth belonging to a woman, place the ash in a vessel, and fumigate the hemorrhoids with the smoke. Stop after three days.
One method for Pinzhi with multiple holes where white Ascaris lumbricoides (pinworms) emerge: First use a lubricated guide (Huaxia Ting) to induce evacuation, allowing blood to flow. Dig a pit one chi half deep, one chi long, and three cun wide. Place burning charcoal inside, pour half a dou of Luoru (Shuyu/Dioscorea) onto the charcoal, cover the surroundings with cloth, sit over it to fumigate the lower orifices. When the smoke extinguishes, place fatty meat into the fire, frequently open the orifice, burn until the joints are charred and the fire goes out. Fumigate once daily. The lower part will discharge... After five or six days... clean... Luoru is also known as Ribai Ku and Ku Jin.
One method for patients with hemorrhoids: Feed yellow hen chickens with sauce until they die naturally. Wrap them in Jians grass, coat with mud, and roast over fire. Once dry, eat the chicken meat, and fumigate the anus with chicken feathers.
One method: Equal parts of Miwu root (Chuanxiong rhizome variant or similar aromatic root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Wutou (Aconiti Radix), and Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) are soaked in pure wine and decocted. Form pills the size of black soybeans (Shu) and swallow them. Start with one pill; if unsure, increase by one pill, taking ... as the maximum limit. For treatable conditions, use this to manage injuries/pain. Usually, take it after eating.
One method for cases where no prolapse (nest) has formed yet: Boil one dou of dates and one dou of animal fat to make four dou of liquid. Place in a basin and sit over it (sitz bath); the parasites/worms will emerge.
One method for rectal obstruction: Kill a dog, take its bladder, insert it into the rectum through the anus, inflate it by blowing, then withdraw it slowly. Use a knife to carefully remove the obstructing mass (nest). Crush Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) and apply it repeatedly. If tissue protrudes and cannot be reduced, apply ointment to the protruding part, suspend the person upside down, and splash cold water on their heart and abdomen to facilitate reduction.
For bloody hemorrhoids: Boil one male rat in urine, and apply heat compression (wen) using the steam/heat.
