治杨梅疮未破者，疳疮肿毒便毒，四肢肿毒。服此药，其毒化为脓水，从大

白僵蚕（炒） 连翘 当归尾（各一钱半） 蜈蚣（一条，去头足尾，焙） 皂角刺（一

一方 治杨梅疳烂疮，远年近日者，极效。虚老慎之。
真轻粉（二钱） 大黄（二分） 雄黄（二分） 黄丹（二分） 陈锻石（二分） 好
朱砂
上为极细末，醋糊丸，分作九处。一日内，早中晚服三次，冷茶送下。连三日共服九次，
仰面服，勿令药在口久存。仰面卧，常常以凉茶漱口，只吃一味白粥。凡酒、酱、醋、盐、
椒、姜、腥、晕、绿豆俱忌，房劳气恼，二十一日全好。否则无益，服此药必然破口成疮，
不然疮亦不好，故忌口，虽口破无伤。
一方 杨梅疮，神秘二方，先服四贴，后服三贴，七日消。
防风 皂角刺 天门冬 黄芩 栝蒌仁 金银花（各五分） 当归 熟地 木瓜 紫花

上片分作四服，每一贴用水三钟，煎至二钟，作早中二次温服。渣，临卧煎服。后服方，
先服者效速，毒即出，易好。后三贴平和，疮自消。前方中去木瓜、木通、紫花地丁、白藓
皮加桔梗七分，减土茯苓二两五钱，照前煎。
一方 治杨梅恶疮。七日好，神效。

上水四钟，煎至三钟，一日早中晚连七日，服七贴。
一方 治鱼口疮初起肿痛。 先服大黄末五钱，血竭末二钱，酒调服，下恶物。又服∶

硝少许 临服时入。上水一钟半，煎至一钟，空心热服。
治疗杨梅疮尚未溃破的，以及疳疮、肿毒、便毒，还有四肢部位的肿毒。服用此药后，体内的毒素会化为脓水排出。

以上药材研磨成极细粉末，用醋调糊制成丸药，分为九份。在一天之内，早、中、晚各服一次，用冷茶送服。连续三天共服九次，服药时仰面吞服，不要让药丸在口中停留太久。服药期间仰卧，经常用凉茶漱口，只吃单一的白粥。凡是酒、酱、醋、盐、花椒、姜、腥膻食物、晕眩之物、绿豆都需禁忌，还要避免房事和情绪恼怒，二十一日即可痊愈。否则无效。服用此药必然会导致口腔破损形成疮疡，如果不忌口，疮疡也不会好转，所以必须严格忌口，即使嘴巴破了也无妨。
另一个方子：治疗杨梅疮的神秘两方，先服用四帖，再服用三帖，七天可消除。
防风 皂角刺 天门冬 黄芩 栝蒌仁 金银花（各五分） 当归 熟地黄 木瓜 紫花地丁
（各五分） 禁忌花椒、酒类、牛肉及房事。
上方分为四次服用，每一帖用水三钟，煎煮至二钟，分早晨和中午两次温服。药渣在临睡前煎服。后方相比前方见效更快，毒素随即排出，容易痊愈。后三帖药性平和，疮疡自然消退。后方是在前方基础上去掉木瓜、木通、紫花地丁、白鲜皮，加入桔梗七分，减少土茯苓至二两五钱，按照前面的方法煎煮。
另一个方子：治疗杨梅恶疮。七天痊愈，神效。

以上药材加水四钟，煎煮至三钟，一天内早、中、晚连续七天，共服用七帖。
另一个方子：治疗鱼口疮初起时的肿痛。先服用大黄末五钱，血竭末二钱，用酒调匀服用，以排出体内恶浊之物。接着服用：

少许硝石 在临服用时加入。以上药材加水一钟半，煎煮至一钟，空腹热服。

Another prescription: Treats chancre ulcers, whether chronic or recent, with extreme efficacy. Use with caution for those who are deficient, elderly, or frail.
Zhen Qingfen (Calomelas, Calomel) (2 qian) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Rhubarb Root) Xionghuang (Realgar, Realgar) (2 fen) Huangdan (Lithargyrum, Litharge) (2 fen) Chen Duanshi (Calcined Lime, Calcined Lime Stone) (2 fen) Hao Zhusha (Cinnabaris, Cinnabar)
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Make pills using vinegar paste, divided into nine doses. Take three times a day (morning, noon, evening) within one day, swallowing with cold tea. Continue for three days, taking a total of nine doses. Swallow while lying on your back with your head tilted up; do not let the pill remain in the mouth for long. Lie on your back during the treatment period, frequently rinse your mouth with cool tea, and consume only plain white porridge. Avoid all alcohol, sauces, vinegar, salt, Sichuan pepper, ginger, fishy/meaty foods, intoxicating substances, and mung beans. Also avoid sexual intercourse and emotional anger. Complete recovery is expected in twenty-one days. Otherwise, there will be no benefit. Taking this medicine will inevitably cause oral ulceration; if dietary restrictions are not observed, the sores will not heal. Therefore, strict dietary avoidance is necessary; even if the mouth becomes sore, it does not matter.
Another prescription: A mysterious two-part formula for treating chancre. Take four doses first, then three doses. The condition will resolve in seven days.

(each 5 fen) Avoid Sichuan pepper, alcohol, beef, and sexual intercourse.
Divide the above prescription into four doses. For each dose, use three zhong of water, decoct until two zhong remain. Take warm twice daily (morning and noon). Decoct the dregs and take before bedtime. The earlier part of the treatment acts quickly, expelling toxins and facilitating easier healing. The latter three doses are mild, allowing sores to subside naturally. The later prescription removes Mugua, Mutong, Zihua Diding, and Baixianpi from the former prescription, adds Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, Platycodon Root) 7 fen, reduces Tufuling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma, Smilax Glabra Rhizome) to 2 liang 5 qian, and decocts according to the previous method.
Another prescription: Treats malignant chancre sores. Recovery in seven days, miraculous efficacy.

Add four zhong of water to the above ingredients, decoct until three zhong remain. Take continuously for seven days, morning, noon, and evening, totaling seven doses.
Another prescription: Treats initial swelling and pain of "Fish Mouth" sores (chancre of the groin/perineum). First, take 5 qian of Dahuang powder and 2 qian of Xuexie powder, mixed with wine and taken orally, to discharge foul matter. Then take:

A small amount of Xiaoshi (Natrii Sulfas, Sodium Sulfate) Add just before taking. Use one and a half zhong of water for the above ingredients, decoct until one zhong remains. Take hot on an empty stomach.
