常者，不妨。肠突出膜外者不治。如肠未出，而膜已穿，血向内流者不治。桑根皮搓线尤妙
。骨碎如粟米者，轻轻箝去其碎骨，封金疮药，服生血补髓丹。如骨脱臼，捏平其骨合笋，
贴损伤膏，服壮筋续骨丹。
从高坠跌骨碎者，或骨脱骱者，以手轻轻捏骨与骱平伏，敷定痛散，外护金疮药，投疏
风理气汤，次以补中益气汤。如颈项跌入腔内，尚活动，掉于左右，治以提法。头低不起，
治以正法。头顶歪斜，治以整法。面仰头不能低，或筋长骨错，或筋聚筋强，治以推正接整
法。能起坐行动者轻，昏迷不语，痛极硬肿者重。
登高坠断肋骨者，以手拿骨平伏，贴损伤膏，加布扎好，服接骨散。如食饱坠伤肠断者
捏破阴囊，卵子拖出者，浴以温汤，轻轻拈进，贴以活鸡皮，先掺金疮药，投吉利散。
卵子碎者不治。
捏伤阳物，小便不通者，急投琥珀丸。小便通者，进吉利散。踢伤肛门肿胀者，投通肠
活血汤。大便不通者，以大黄汤。有紫血者，与吉利散。有鲜血者，进槐花散。火烧汤烫炮
一般情况，无需特殊处理。若肠管突出于膜外者，属不治之症。如果肠管未脱出，但腹膜已破裂，血液向内流注者，亦属不治。桑根皮搓成的线缝合效果极佳。
若骨骼碎裂如粟米大小，应轻轻钳除碎骨，外敷金疮药，内服生血补髓丹。若发生关节脱位，需将骨骼捏平，使骨榫（骨端）吻合，贴敷损伤膏，内服壮筋续骨丹。
从高处坠落导致骨骼碎裂或关节脱位者，用手轻轻将骨骼与关节捏平伏贴，外敷定痛散，外用金疮药保护，内服疏风理气汤，随后服用补中益气汤。若颈部跌入胸腔内，尚能活动，左右摇摆不定，采用提法治疗。头部无法抬起，采用正法治疗。头顶歪斜，采用整法治疗。面部仰起、头部不能低下，或因筋长骨错、筋聚筋强所致者，采用推正接整法治疗。能够坐立行走者病情较轻；昏迷不语、疼痛剧烈且局部硬肿者病情较重。
从高处坠落折断肋骨者，用手将肋骨抚平伏贴，贴敷损伤膏，加布包扎固定，内服接骨散。若在饱食后坠落导致肠断，阴囊破裂、睾丸脱出者，用温水清洗，轻轻将其纳入，贴敷活鸡皮，先撒金疮药粉，内服吉利散。睾丸碎裂者，属不治之症。
捏伤阴茎，导致小便不通者，急服琥珀丸。小便通畅者，服用吉利散。踢伤肛门致肿胀者，内服通肠活血汤。大便不通者，服用大黄汤。若有紫黑色瘀血者，给予吉利散。若有鲜血流出者，服用槐花散。火烧、烫伤、炮烙……
In general cases, no special intervention is required. If the intestines protrude outside the peritoneum, it is incurable. If the intestines have not prolapsed but the peritoneum has ruptured with blood flowing inward, it is also incurable. Threads made from mulberry root bark are particularly excellent for suturing.
If bones are shattered like millet grains, gently clamp and remove the bone fragments, apply external Jin Chuang Yao (Golden Wound Medicine), and administer internally Sheng Xue Bu Sui Dan (Blood-Generating and Marrow-Nourishing Pill). In case of joint dislocation, flatten the bone with manual manipulation to align the bone tenon (condyle/articular end), apply Shang Sun Gao (Trauma Plaster), and take Zhuang Jin Xu Gu Dan (Tendon-Strengthening and Bone-Continuing Pill).
For fractures or dislocations resulting from falls from heights, gently manipulate the bone and joint to align them flatly, apply Ding Tong San (Pain-Calming Powder) externally, protect with Jin Chuang Yao (Golden Wound Medicine), and administer internally Shu Feng Li Qi Tang (Wind-Dispersing and Qi-Regulating Decoction), followed by Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction). If the neck has fallen into the thoracic cavity yet remains mobile and sways left and right, treat using the lifting method. If the head cannot be raised, treat using the straightening method. If the crown of the head is tilted, treat using the realignment method. If the face is upward with an inability to lower the head, due to elongated tendons and misaligned bones, or contracted and stiffened tendons, treat using the pushing and realigning method. Cases where the patient can sit up and walk are mild; those who are comatose, unable to speak, with severe pain and hard swelling are severe.
For rib fractures caused by falling from heights, manually flatten the ribs, apply Shang Sun Gao (Trauma Plaster), secure with cloth bandages, and administer Jie Gu San (Bone-Fixing Powder). If intestinal rupture occurs after a fall while full, and the scrotum is ruptured with testicles extruded, wash with warm water, gently reduce the testicles back into place, apply live chicken skin, sprinkle Jin Chuang Yao (Golden Wound Medicine) powder first, and administer Ji Li San (Auspicious Success Powder). Testicular fragmentation is incurable.
For crushing injuries to the penis resulting in urinary retention, urgently administer Hu Po Wan (Amber Pill). If urination is patent, administer Ji Li San (Auspicious Success Powder). For anal swelling caused by kicking, administer Tong Chang Huo Xue Tang (Intestine-Unblocking and Blood-Activating Decoction). For constipation, administer Da Huang Tang (Rhubarb Decoction). For dark purple blood (old blood), provide Ji Li San (Auspicious Success Powder). For fresh bright red blood, administer Huai Hua San (Sophora Flower Powder). Burns, scalds, cauterization...
