外症已愈，小溲仍然不爽，脉象亦未柔软，大补不宜（阴囊溃烂。）
生洋参 丹皮 萆 龟板 甘草梢 制首乌 赤苓 米仁 莲须
命门气亏，兼之中虚气陷，清气不升，小便溺塞，诊得六脉沉弱，所以凉剂不宜多服。
西党参 升麻 菟丝子 萆 琥珀屑 制于术 赤苓 甘草梢 泽泻
湿火下注，小便溺痛，六脉弦紧。须用厘清导下法，方许奏效。
锦纹 莲须 萆 牛膝 甘草梢 川连 归须 泽泻 赤苓 冬瓜子
频解溺痛，左脉细软，乃少阴亏而膀胱挟热也。以滋肾法。

钱五分） 柏子霜（一钱五分） 丹皮（一钱五分） 琥珀屑（三分，研冲）

命门之火气亏损，同时兼有脾胃中虚导致的气机下陷，清阳之气不能上升，导致小便闭塞不通，诊察发现六脉沉弱，所以不宜多服用寒凉药物。

湿热火邪向下注注，导致小便溺痛，六脉呈现弦紧之象。必须采用厘清导下的治法，才能见效。
锦纹大黄、莲须、萆薢、牛膝、甘草梢、川黄连、当归须、泽泻、赤茯苓、冬瓜子。
频繁排尿且疼痛，左脉细软，这是少阴肾精亏虚而膀胱挟带热邪所致。采用滋补肾阴的方法治疗。
熟地黄（四钱）、升麻（四分，炙烤）、赤茯苓（二钱）、川黄柏（一钱）、生甘草（四分）、肉桂（四分）、萆薢（一钱五分）、柏子霜（一钱五分）、牡丹皮（一钱五分）、琥珀屑（三分，研碎冲服）。
The external symptoms have resolved, but urination remains difficult, and the pulse has not yet become soft; large-tonic prescriptions are inappropriate (accompanied by scrotal ulceration).
Sheng Yangshen (Raw American Ginseng), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), Bibi (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome), Guiban (Tartar Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), Gancao Shao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma tip), Zhi Shouwu (Prepared Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Chi Ling (Poria Cocos with red wood), Yiren (Coicis Semen), Lianxu (Nelumbinis Plumula).
Mingmen Qi deficiency, combined with Middle Jiao Qi deficiency leading to Qi sinking, prevents Clear Yang from ascending, resulting in urinary obstruction. The six pulses are deep and weak; therefore, cold-natured remedies should not be taken excessively.
Xi Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Bibi (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome), Hupo Xie (Succinum), Zhi Baizhu (Prepared Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Chi Ling (Poria Cocos with red wood), Gancao Shao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma tip), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma).
Damp-heat and fire pouring downward cause painful urination; the six pulses are wiry and tight. The method of clarifying and guiding downward must be employed for efficacy.
Jinwen Dahuang (Rheum Palmatum Rhizoma with brocade-like texture), Lianxu (Nelumbinis Plumula), Bibi (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Gancao Shao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma tip), Chuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Guixu (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tip), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Chi Ling (Poria Cocos with red wood), Dongguazi (Benincasae Semen).
Frequent urination with pain, left pulse is fine and soft; this indicates Shaoyin deficiency with Bladder heat. Treat using the Kidney-nourishing method.
