）地骨皮（浓大者，一两） 菟丝子（煮出丝焙燥，一两） 连翘（七钱） 附子
（脐中者，二钱，生用） 赤桂（二钱，桂附能导命门火毒外出，从治法也） 大生
地黄（一斤，洗净，捣取自然汁，调和前药为丸） 上为极细末，入犀
角、发灰和均，用生地黄汁和杵为丸，如龙眼核大，以上好朱砂飞过为衣。天泉煎汤，空心调服一丸，儿
小者半丸，大者可服二三丸。如见其形证不顺，预服此丹，若十分中有三分成脓者，即有生气矣。如险
证透发不起者，服之即起。如毒盛而起发不快，日可服二三次。如患逆证，而儿能饮酒者，服药一服时，
饮以甜酒一盏，或少少频饮几次亦可。盖酒随卫气先
行皮肤，先充络脉。前方乃通经络，清热毒，心肾血分之药，使在内之余毒，仍走于经络而出于皮肤，复
饮以酒浆，使在外皮肤之毒，复与络脉相通，此血气出入之妙用也。
龟板（选用大乌龟的腹甲，用酒炙烤处理，用量一两） 鹿茸（选用大茄鹿的鹿茸，用酥油炙烤处理，用量九钱） 犀角（选用乌鱼尖部位的犀角，刮成薄片，以人气研磨一万次，用量九钱） 地龙（去除泥土，焙干至燥，用量一两） 穿山甲（炒制，用量三钱） 落花生（选用像芋头大小的品种，切片后焙干至燥，用量三两） 血余（选用童男童女的头发，放入新罐内填满，用盐泥封口，在炭火上煅烧成块状灰，研成细粉，用量一两） 天花粉（用量一两一钱） 银柴胡（用量一两一钱） 当归（选用大的当归头，用酒清洗，切片后焙干至燥，用量一两） 川芎（选用真品四川产且个头大的，用量五钱） 牡丹皮（用酒浸泡一夜，切片后焙干至燥，用量一两一钱） 茜草（用酒洗净，用量一两） 玄参（焙干至燥，用量一两） 地骨皮（选用粗壮厚实的，用量一两） 菟丝子（煮出丝线后焙干至燥，用量一两） 连翘（用量七钱） 附子（选用脐中部位者，用量二钱，生用） 赤桂（用量二钱，桂枝和附子能引导命门之火毒向外排出，这是从治法） 大生地（用量一斤，洗净，捣碎取自然汁液，用来调和前面的药物制成丸剂） 以上药物研成极细粉末，加入犀角粉、发灰混合均匀，用生地黄汁调和捣杵制成丸剂，大小如龙眼核，用上好的朱砂飞处理后作为包衣。用天泉煎汤，空腹时调服一丸，幼儿减半丸，成人可服用二三丸。如果见到症状表现不顺畅，预先服用此丹，如果十分中有三分化脓，就说明有了生机。如果是险证透发不出来的，服用后即能透发出来。如果毒气旺盛而起发不快，每天可以服用两三次。如果遇到逆证，而患儿能饮酒的，服药一段时间后，饮一盏甜酒，或者少量多次频饮也可以。因为酒随着卫气先行于皮肤，先充盈络脉。前方是通经络、清热毒、调理心肾血分的药物，使体内的余毒，仍然走于经络而出于皮肤，再饮用酒浆，使在外的皮肤之毒，再次与络脉相通，这是气血出入的妙用。

If severe conditions fail to erupt, taking this will cause eruption. If the toxin is abundant but eruption is slow, take two or three times daily. If suffering from adverse conditions, and the infant can drink alcohol, after taking the medicine, drink a cup of sweet wine, or drink small amounts frequently several times. This is because wine travels with Wei Qi (Defensive Qi) first through the skin, first filling the Luo Collaterals. The previous formula is a medication that unblocks collaterals, clears heat toxins, and regulates the blood aspect of the Heart and Kidney, causing residual toxins inside to still travel through collaterals and exit through the skin. Drinking wine afterwards causes external skin toxins to reconnect with the collaterals. This is the wonderful application of the entry and exit of Blood and Qi.
