由膀胱积热，房事损伤者，多患血尿。当大忌房室，戒酒荤，薄滋味，庶可治疗而得痊
也。不守禁者，十不救一也。
小蓟汤、地肤汁并治尿血。（方见本门。）
车前汁饮 治尿血不止。
车前草（大叶者洗净晾干，捣烂绞汁一盏） 蜜（一合）
上二味和匀，重汤温，空心连服三朝愈。
干生地黄散 治妇人尿血不止。
干生地黄（二钱） 柏叶 黄芩（各一钱） 阿胶（炒，八分。）
上水盏半，姜三片，煎七分温服。
当归散 治前证。
当归 羚羊角屑 赤芍药（各一钱） 生地黄（一钱） 刺苏叶（三分）
水盏半，煎七分，空心服。
当归鹿茸散 治妇人劳损，虚弱尿血。
当归 鹿茸 熟地黄 葵子 蒲黄 续断（各等分）
上为末，酒调二钱，日三服。
肾与膀胱二经俱虚，而有热乘之，则小便涩，虚则小便数也。
桑螵蛸散 治妇人虚冷，小便数。
桑螵蛸（三十枚，炒） 鹿茸 牡蛎粉 甘草（各一两） 黄 （半两）
上为末，酒调二钱，日三服。
鹿茸散 治妇人虚冷，小便日夜三、五十行。
鹿茸 乌贼骨 桑寄生 龙骨（各一两） 白芍药 当归 附子（各三分） 桑螵蛸（半两）
上为细末，食前温酒调下二钱。
缩泉丸 治脬气不足，小便频数。（方见前小便门。）
由于膀胱内积热，加上房事损伤，大多会导致血尿。此时应当严格禁止房事，戒除酒类和荤腥食物，饮食清淡，这样才可能治疗并痊愈。如果不遵守这些禁忌，十个人中救不活一个。
小蓟汤、地肤汁都可以治疗尿血。（方剂见本门。）

以上两味药混合均匀，隔水加热温服，空腹连续服用三天即可痊愈。
干生地黄散 治疗妇人尿血不止。
干生地黄（二钱） 侧柏叶 黄芩（各一钱） 阿胶（炒制，八分）
以上药物加水一盏半，生姜三片，煎至七分，温服。
当归散 治疗上述证候。
当归 羚羊角屑 赤芍药（各一钱） 生地黄（一钱） 刺苏叶（三分）
加水一盏半，煎至七分，空腹服用。
当归鹿茸散 治疗妇人因劳损导致的虚弱性尿血。
当归 鹿茸 熟地黄 冬葵子 蒲黄 续断（各等分）
以上药物研为细末，用酒调服二钱，每日三次服用。
肾与膀胱两条经络都虚弱，且有热邪侵袭，就会导致小便涩滞不畅；虚损则导致小便频数。
桑螵蛸散 治疗妇人虚冷引起的小便频数。
桑螵蛸（三十枚，炒制） 鹿茸 牡蛎粉 甘草（各一两） 黄芪（半两）
以上药物研为细末，用酒调服二钱，每日三次服用。
鹿茸散 治疗妇人虚冷，导致白天和晚上排尿三、五十次。
鹿茸 乌贼骨 桑寄生 龙骨（各一两） 白芍药 当归 附子（各三分） 桑螵蛸（半两）
以上药物研为细末，饭前用温酒调服二钱。
缩泉丸 治疗胞气不足，导致的小便频数。（方剂见前小便门。）
Due to heat accumulation in the Bladder (Bladder) combined with injury from sexual intercourse, hematuria (blood in urine) often occurs. At this time, sexual intercourse must be strictly prohibited, alcohol and meat should be avoided, and the diet should be light; only then can treatment lead to recovery. Those who do not observe these prohibitions are rarely saved (one out of ten).
Xiaoji Tang (Little Thistle Decoction) and Difuzhi (Juice of Kochia Fruit) both treat hematuria. (Formula see this section.)
Cheqian Zhi Yin (Plantago Juice Drink) treats persistent hematuria.
Cheqiancao (Plantaginis Herba, Plantain Herb) (Select large leaves, wash clean, dry, crush, and squeeze to obtain one cup of juice) Fentangmi (Mellis, Honey) (One he)
Mix the above two ingredients evenly, warm them in a double boiler, and take on an empty stomach for three consecutive days until cured.
Gan Shengdihuang San (Dried Rehmanniae Radix Powder) treats persistent hematuria in women.
Gan Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Prepared Rehmannia Root) (Two qian) Baiye (Cacumen Platycladi, Arborvitae Twig Tip) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, Scutellaria Root) (Each One qian) Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, Donkey-hide Gelatin) (Stir-fried, Eight fen)
Add one and a half cups of water and three slices of ginger, decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, and take warm.
Danggui San (Angelica Sinensis Powder) treats the aforementioned syndrome.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root) Lingyangjiaoxie (Cornu Saigae Tataricae, Saiga Antelope Horn) Chishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Red Peony Root) Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, Fresh Rehmannia Root) Cisu Ye (Perillae Folium, Perilla Leaf) (Each One qian, except Cisu Ye is Three fen)
Add one and a half cups of water, decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, and take on an empty stomach.
Danggui Lurong San (Angelica Sinensis and Deer Antler Powder) treats weakness and hematuria in women due to overstrain.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root) Lurong (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, Velvet Antler) Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Prepared Rehmannia Root) Kuizi (Semen Malvae, Mallow Seed) Puhuang (Pollen Typhae, Cattail Pollen) Xuduan (Datiscae Radix, Kudingcha Root) (Equal parts)
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with wine to take two qian, three times daily.
When both the Kidney (Kidney) and Bladder (Bladder) meridians are deficient, and heat pathogens invade, urinary difficulty (scanty and painful urination) occurs; when deficient, frequent urination occurs.
Sangpiaoxiao San (Mantis Egg-case Powder) treats frequent urination in women due to deficiency-cold.

Grind the above into fine powder, mix with wine to take two qian, three times daily.
Lurong San (Deer Antler Powder) treats frequent urination (30-50 times day and night) in women due to deficiency-cold.

Grind the above into fine powder, take two qian mixed with warm wine before meals.
