大黄 朴硝 白僵蚕
上件同为细末，水煎。量虚实用，以利为度。
白矾（一两，飞至半两） 黄丹（一两，炒红色放下，再炒紫色为度）
上二味，为细末。掺疮上，立愈。
将穿山甲，以竹箅子刮去肉，用羊腰窝脂，去皮膜，仍将穿山甲于炭上炙
去山甲上，如此数遍，令酥，为末。随左右眼噙水，鼻内闻嗅一字，一月余见效。
又方
木鳖子（三个，干炒） 木贼（一百二十节） 地龙（二条，去土） 赤龙爪（一百二十个，则勾刺
上为细末。摘去倒睫，每日以纸捻蘸药闻之，一日三、五次。
又方
穿山甲（炮） 地龙（去皮） 蝉壳 五倍子（以上各等份）
上为细末。如用药时，先将拳毛摘尽，后用药一字，随左右鼻内嗅之。次日目下如线样微肿是验也。
炉甘石（二两） 密陀僧（一两） 黄连 朴硝
上方，先将黄连用水熬成汁，入童子小便，再同熬，后下硝，又熬少时，用火 炉甘石红，
黄连汁内淬七次，与密陀僧末同为末。临卧贴之。
大黄、朴硝、白僵蚕。
以上药材共同研磨成细粉，用水煎煮服用。根据患者体质的虚实来决定用量，以大便通畅为度。
白矾（一两，飞制至半两）、黄丹（一两，炒至红色后放下，再炒至紫色为止）。
以上两味药，研磨成细粉。撒在疮口上，立刻痊愈。
将穿山甲放在竹席子上刮去肉，用羊腰窝脂，去掉皮膜，仍将穿山甲放在炭火上炙烤，去除山甲上的油脂，如此反复多次，使其变得酥脆，然后研磨成粉。用药时，随左右眼含漱清水，取一字量的药粉放入鼻内嗅闻，一个多月可见效。
又一方：
木鳖子（三个，干炒）、木贼（一百二十节）、地龙（二条，去土）、赤龙爪（一百二十个，即钩刺）。
以上药物研磨成细粉。用于摘除倒睫，每天用纸捻蘸取药粉放入鼻内嗅闻，一天三到五次。
又一方：
穿山甲（炮制）、地龙（去皮）、蝉壳、五倍子（以上各等份）。
以上药物研磨成细粉。用药时，先将拳毛（眼睑边缘的睫毛）拔尽，然后取一字量的药粉，随左右鼻孔嗅闻。第二天眼下出现线样微肿即为有效。
取青泥中的蛆虫，淘洗干净后熬干研磨成粉。直接干敷于红眼上，效果很好。
炉甘石（二两）、密陀僧（一两）、黄连、朴硝。
以上方剂，先将黄连用水熬成汁，加入童子小便，再一起熬煮，然后加入朴硝，又熬一会儿，用火将炉甘石烧红，投入黄连汁中淬炼七次，与密陀僧粉末共同研磨成细粉。睡前贴敷使用。
铜绿、轻粉、牙硝、脑子（少许）、麝香。
以上药物研磨成细粉。干敷使用。
黄连、绿矾、杏子、甘草、铜绿（各等份）。
以上药物制成粗粉。用水煎煮后清洗患处，效果很好。
治疗暴发性的红眼，并治疗赤瞎（黑睛生翳遮蔽瞳孔）。
铜绿、白土、芒硝。
以上药物分别研磨成粉，制成如皂角子大小的丸剂。每次用白开水研化一丸，用来清洗眼睛，立刻见效。
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao), Bombyx Batryticatus (Baijiangcan).
The above ingredients are ground together into a fine powder and decocted in water. The dosage should be adjusted according to the patient's deficiency or excess, with the goal of achieving bowel movement.
Alumen (Baifan) (1 liang, refined to 0.5 liang), Minium (Huandan) (1 liang, stir-fried until red, then removed from heat, and stir-fried again until purple).
The above two ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Sprinkle onto the sores for immediate healing.
Scaly Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) are scraped clean of flesh using a bamboo sieve. Use sheep kidney fat (Yangyaowozhi), removing the skin and membrane. Place the scales on charcoal to roast, removing the oil from the scales. Repeat this process several times until the scales become brittle and酥 (crisp/crispy), then grind into powder. When applying the medicine, rinse the eyes with clear water, and sniff one "yi" (a small unit of measure) of the powder into the nostrils. Improvement will be seen after more than a month.
Another prescription:
Euphorbia lathyris Seed (Mubiezi) (3 seeds, dry stir-fried), Equisetum Hiemale (Muzei) (120 nodes), Pheretima (Dilong) (2 earthworms, cleaned of soil), Acanthopanax Trifoliatus Thorns (Chilongzhua) (120 thorns/hooks).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. To correct inverted eyelashes, dip a paper twist in the medicine and sniff it into the nose three to five times daily.
Another prescription:
Scaly Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) (prepared), Pheretima (Dilong) (skin removed), Cicada Slough (Chanqiao), Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi) (all in equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. When using the medicine, first pluck out all the cilia (quanmao) at the eyelid margin. Then take one "yi" of the powder and sniff it into the left or right nostril. Mild swelling in a line-like pattern under the eyes the next day indicates efficacy.
Take maggots from green mud, wash them thoroughly, boil until dry, and grind into powder. Apply directly as a dry powder to red eyes; this is very effective.
Calamina (Luganshi) (2 liang), Litharge (Miduoseng), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao).
For the above prescription, first decoct Huanglian in water to obtain juice. Add urine from an uncircumcised boy (Tongzi Xiaobian) and decoct again. Then add Puxiao and decoct briefly. Heat Luganshi until red, quench it seven times in the Huanglian juice. Grind the quenched material together with Miduoseng powder into a fine powder. Apply before sleep.
Malachite (Tonglv), Calomel (Qingfen), Natrii Sulfas (Yaxiao), Borneol (Naozi) (a small amount), Moschus (Shexiang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Apply as a dry powder.
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Vitriolum Viride (Lvfan), Apricot Kernel (Xingzi), Glycyrrhiza Root (Gancao), Malachite (Tonglv) (all in equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Decoct in water and wash the affected area; this is very effective.
Treating sudden onset red eyes, and also treating chi xia (corneal opacity obscuring the pupil).
Malachite (Tonglv), White Clay (Baitu), Mirabilite (Mangxiao).
Grind each of the above ingredients into powder separately. Form pills the size of soap beans. For each use, dissolve one pill in warm water and wash the eyes; immediate effect is achieved.
