知母 黄柏以上各等份。
上锉碎，酒浸透，炒微黄为末，水丸，梧桐子大。如服药前一日，休吃夜饭，来
日空心，立服米饮汤下一百丸。只用一服效，后吃淡白粥一顿。
川楝子（炒） 茴香（炒） 破故纸（炒，以上各半两） 黑牵牛（二钱） 青皮 陈皮（以上各三钱）
广术（四钱） 木香（四钱）
上八味为细末，用好酒打面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。空心食前温酒下三十丸。
治肠风痔漏。
牛头角腮（一只，酌中者） 猪牙皂角（七锭） 穿山甲（四十九片，或圆取，或四方取，或一字
取之） 皮（一两） 蛇蜕皮（一条）
上五味，锤碎，盛在小口瓷器内，盐泥固定，日中曝干，瓶口微露出烟，用文武
火烧红，赤烟微少，取出放冷为细末。如服药日，先一日临卧，细嚼胡桃仁半个如糊，用温
醇糯酒一盏送下，不语便睡，至次日交五更服药，验病年月远近，或秤三钱，五七钱，用水
半大碗，醇糯酒半大盏，相合热，和药服之，至辰时再服。
又一服，再根据前服药，不须用胡桃仁。久病不过七服。忌油腻、鱼、鳖、鸡、兔、猪、犬等
物。大有神效。
治脏毒下血。
椿根白皮（凡引者，去粗皮，酒浸，晒干服）
上为末，枣肉为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三、五十丸，淡酒送。或酒糊丸。
知母、黄柏，以上两味药各取等量。
将上述药物切碎，用酒浸泡至透，炒至微黄后研成细末，用水泛丸，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。如果在服药的前一天晚上停止进食夜宵，第二天早晨空腹时，立即用米饮汤送服一百丸。通常只需服用一次即可见效，之后吃一顿清淡的白粥。

将上述八味药研成细末，用好酒调和面粉做成糊状来制作药丸，制成梧桐子大小。早晨空腹、进食之前，用温酒送服三十丸。
在疝气发作部位边缘的竖纹左右两侧，与经脉相交之处，施灸七壮。
治疗肠风痔漏。
牛头角腮（一只，选择中等大小的）、猪牙皂角（七锭）、穿山甲（四十九片，可以圆形截取，也可以方形截取，或者一字形截取）、皮革（一两）、蛇蜕皮（一条）。
将上述五味药锤碎，放入小口瓷器中，用盐泥密封固定，在阳光下晒干，瓶口微微露出烟气，用文火和武火交替烧至通红，赤烟稍微减少时，取出放冷后研成细末。如果当天需要服药，在前一天晚上临睡前，细嚼半个胡桃仁直至呈糊状，用一盏温热的糯米酒送下，不说话便入睡，等到第二天五更天时分服药。根据病情的年月远近，称取三钱或五到七钱的药粉，用半大碗水和半大盏温热糯米酒混合，调和药粉服用，到了辰时再服用一次。
另有一种服法，再次服药时，依照前面的方法，不需要再用胡桃仁。久病患者不超过七次服药即可。忌食油腻、鱼、鳖、鸡、兔、猪、狗等食物。效果非常显著。
治疗脏毒下血。
椿根白皮（凡是引起腹泻者，需去除粗皮，用酒浸泡，晒干后服用）。
将上述药物研成细末，用枣肉制作成药丸，制成梧桐子大小。每次服用三五十丸，用淡酒送服。或者用酒糊制作药丸。
Rhizoma Anemarrhenae (Zhimu) and Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai), each in equal parts.
Crush the above ingredients, soak thoroughly in wine, stir-fry until slightly yellow, then grind into powder. Form pills with water, sized like sophora seeds. On the day before taking the medicine, refrain from eating dinner; on the next morning, take 100 pills on an empty stomach, washed down with rice drink. Usually, one dose is effective, followed by a meal of plain white porridge.
Fructus Toosendan (Chuanlianzi) (stir-fried), Fructus Foeniculi (Huixiang) (stir-fried), Semen Cuscutae (Poguzhi) (stir-fried), each half tael above; Semen Sterculiae Lychnophorae (Heiqianniu) (2 qian); Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride (Qingpi), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chenpi), each 3 qian above; Rhizoma Curcumae (Ezhu) (4 qian); Radix Aucklandiae (Muxiang) (4 qian).
Grind the above eight herbs into fine powder. Use good wine to make a flour paste for forming pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take 30 pills on an empty stomach before meals, washed down with warm wine.
Apply moxibustion seven moxa cones at the intersection points on the left and right sides of the vertical lines at the edge of the hernia site.
Treat intestinal wind hemorrhoids and fistulas.
Ossis Bovis Cornu Cheek Meat (Niutoujiaosai) (one piece, medium size); Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zhuyazaojiao) (seven pieces); Squama Manis (Chuanshanjia) (49 scales, cut circularly, square, or linearly); Cutis Corii (Pi) (1 liang); Exuvias Bombycis (Shetuipi) (one strip).
Crush the above five ingredients and place them in a small-mouthed porcelain vessel. Seal firmly with salt mud, dry in the sun, allow slight smoke to escape from the bottle mouth, and fire with both mild and strong heat until red. When the red smoke decreases slightly, remove, cool, and grind into fine powder. On the day of medication, the evening before, chew half a walnut kernel into a paste and swallow it with a cup of warm glutinous wine. Remain silent and sleep until the fifth watch of the next morning to take the medicine. Based on the duration of the illness, weigh out 3 qian or 5-7 qian of the powder. Mix with half a large bowl of water and half a large cup of warm glutinous wine, heat together, and take the medicine. Take another dose at Chen hour (07:00–09:00).
For subsequent doses, follow the previous method without using walnut kernels. For chronic cases, no more than seven doses are needed. Avoid greasy foods, fish, turtle, chicken, rabbit, pork, and dog. It has miraculous effects.
Treat internal toxin bleeding from the rectum.
Cortex Ailanthi Alti (Chungenbapi) (for those with diarrhea, remove the rough bark, soak in wine, dry, and take).
Grind the above herb into powder. Form pills with jujube flesh, sized like sophora seeds. Take 30-50 pills per dose, washed down with light wine. Alternatively, form pills with wine paste.
