夫风者，厥阴风木之主也。诸风掉眩，风痰风厥，涎潮不利，半身不遂，失音不
语，留饮飧泄，痰实呕逆旋运，口 抽搦，僵仆目眩，小儿惊悸狂妄，胃脘当心而痛，上支
两胁，咽膈不通，偏正头痛，首风沐风，手足挛急，肝木为病，人气在头。

夫暑者，为少阴君火之主也。诸痛痒疮疡，痈疽肿毒，及胃烦热，嗌干咳喘，唾

。风温病多发，风伤于荣，温伤于卫。血为荣，气为卫。其脉两手多沉，自汗出，身重，多
睡必鼾。三日以里，且宜辛凉解之，或辛温解之。如不已，表证未罢，大不可下。如下则胃
中虚空。四日之外，表热入里，则谵语口干，发疹潮热，直视失溲者，十死八、九。肺金为
病，人气在胸。及小儿疮疹丹 ，但发人气在腹。

夫湿者，为太阴湿土之主也。诸湿肿满，霍乱泄注，
肿骨痛，及腰膝头项痛，风痹痿厥，唾有血，心悬如饥，热痛始作。三阳受之，
一日太阳，二日阳明，三日少阳，可汗而已。如四日太阴，五日少阴，六日厥阴，可下而已
。或七日不愈，再传至十三日，大邪皆去，六经悉和则愈矣，肾水为病。

风邪，是厥阴风木之气的主宰。各种因风引起的肢体震颤、眩晕，以及风痰、风厥，涎沫上涌导致的气道不畅，半身不遂，失音不能言语，体内留滞的水饮导致的完谷不化之泄泻，痰实阻滞引起的呕吐、呃逆和头晕目眩，口眼歪斜及手足抽搐，突然昏倒、僵直仆地及目眩，小儿惊悸、狂乱妄动，胃脘部当心而痛，疼痛向上支撑两胁，咽喉膈膜不通畅，偏头痛或正头痛，头部受风或洗头时受风，手足筋脉拘挛急迫，皆属肝木为病，此时人体正气聚集于头部。

暑邪，是少阴君火之气的主宰。各种疼痛、瘙痒、疮疡，痈疽肿毒，以及胃部烦热，咽喉干燥咳嗽气喘，唾血、便血，身体浮肿，肩胛内部疼痛，心痛，肺胀，腹胀，郁闷不舒。风温病多发，风邪伤及营分，温邪伤及卫分。血属于营，气属于卫。其脉象两手多呈沉象，自汗出，身体沉重，嗜睡且必然打鼾。发病三日以内，适宜用辛凉之法解表，或用辛温之法解表。如果病情未愈，表证仍未解除，绝对不可使用攻下法。如果误用攻下，会导致胃中虚空。发病四日之后，表热传入里部，则出现胡言乱语、口干，发疹、潮热，两眼直视、大小便失禁的，十个人中有八九个死亡。肺金为病，此时人气聚集于胸部。以及小儿患疮疹丹毒，若只让人气聚集在腹部。

湿邪，是太阴湿土之气的主宰。各种因湿引起的肿胀、腹满，霍乱吐泻，身体浮肿骨痛，以及腰膝头项疼痛，风痹、痿证、厥证，唾液中带血，心中空虚感如同饥饿，热痛刚开始发作。三阳经受邪，第一天太阳经，第二天阳明经，第三天少阳经，可用发汗法治愈。如果是第四天太阴经，第五天少阴经，第六天厥阴经，可用攻下法治愈。或者七日不愈，再次传变至第十三日，大邪之气全部去除，六经调和则痊愈，此为肾水为病。

Summerheat pathogen is the master of Shaoyin Sovereign Fire Qi. Various painful, itchy sores and ulcers, carbuncles, malignant swellings and toxic masses, as well as gastric irritability and heat, dry cough and asthma in the throat, hemoptysis, hematochezia, edema, internal pain in the scapula, heart pain, lung distension, abdominal distension, and depression. Wind-warmth diseases occur frequently; wind damages Ying (Nutritive) level, while warmth damages Wei (Defensive) level. Blood belongs to Ying, Qi belongs to Wei. The pulse is mostly deep in both hands, accompanied by spontaneous sweating, heavy body, excessive sleepiness, and inevitable snoring. Within three days of onset, it is appropriate to resolve the exterior using acrid-cool methods or acrid-warm methods. If the condition persists and exterior signs have not resolved, purgation must absolutely be avoided. Purging would leave the stomach empty. Beyond four days, if exterior heat enters the interior, symptoms include delirium, dry mouth, rash, tidal fever, fixed gaze, and urinary incontinence; eight or nine out of ten cases will result in death. Lung Metal pathology occurs when human Qi gathers in the chest. Regarding pediatric smallpox/rash and erysipelas, if only human Qi gathers in the abdomen.
