[Formula Composition] Honghua (3 fen), Jingmiaozi, Xixin (5 fen each), Sheng Dihuang (increase dosage in summer), Shu Dihuang (1 qian each), Gaoben, Chuanxiong (1.5 qian each), Fangfeng (How do we know that the Yang Qi of all meridians has sunk? Because blood has been lost downward), Qianghuo, Duhuo, Zhi Gancao, Chaihu (remove seedlings), Danggui Shen (washed with wine), Gegen (2 qian each), Baishao Yao, Shengma (3 qian each).

[Preparation and Administration] Crush the above herbs into coarse particles. Take 5 qian per dose, add two zhan of water, decoct until one zhan remains, filter out the dregs, and take warm before meals.

[Indications] Treats cold pain below the umbilicus, and red and white leukorrhea.

[Formula Composition] Danggui (2 fen), Chao Yan (3 fen), Xieshao, Shengma (5 fen each), Gancao (6 fen), Chaihu (7 fen), Huangbai (a small amount, as a guiding herb), Fuzi (1 qian), Ganjiang, Liangjiang (1 qian each).

[Preparation and Administration] Make the above herbs into a coarse powder. Take 5 qian per dose, add five zhan of water, decoct until one zhan remains, filter out the dregs, and take warm; alternatively, make them into a fine powder and form pills using wine and paste.

[Case Record] One month after winter, when the ground soil began to thaw slightly, the leukorrhea recurred. The patient felt cold in the vaginal orifice. After taking this prescription, the symptoms stopped immediately.

[Formula Composition] Duhuo, Ganjiang (processed), Gaoben, Fangfeng, Cangzhu (2 fen each), Mahuang (without removing joints), Zhi Gancao, Renshen (remove rhizome), Danggui Shen, Baizhu, Sheng Huangqin, Shengma (5 fen each), Huangqi (7 fen), Liangjiang, Zexie, Qianghuo (1 qian each), Chaihu (4 qian), Xingren (2 pieces), Guizhi (a small amount), Bai Kuihua (7 flowers, remove calyx).

[Preparation and Administration] Crush the above herbs into coarse particles. Except for Huangqin and Mahuang which are processed separately, decoct the remaining herbs together. First, use three and a half zhan of water to decoct Mahuang alone until boiling, skim off the foam, then add the other herbs and decoct until one zhan and seven fen remain. Add Sheng Huangqin and decoct until one zhan remains. Take on an empty stomach; after about one hour, breakfast may be eaten.

[Formula Composition] Huixiang (3 fen), Kufan (5 fen), Liangjiang, Danggui Shao, Jiu Fangji, Mutong (1 qian each), Dingxiang, Muxiang, Chuanwu (processed, 1.5 qian each), Longgu, Chao Yan, Hongsdou, Rougui (2 qian each), Houpo (3 qian), Yanshusuo (5 qian), Quanxie (5 pieces).

[Preparation and Administration] Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Wrap in cotton cloth, leaving threads outside, and insert the pill into the vagina, changing it daily.
