北地蒺藜（不限数量，阴干）
以上药物研成细末，每次刷牙时使用，用热浆水漱口；另外将粗末熬煮成浆水来刷牙，有极大的神效，无法详尽描述。
治疗寒热交替引起的牙痛
香白芷 当归梢 羊胫骨灰 生地黄（各五分） 麻黄 草豆蔻皮 草龙胆 升麻 黄连（各一钱）
以上药物研成细末，按照前面的方法擦拭，有显著疗效。
治疗脑寒痛及牙痛
藁本（二分） 生地黄 熟地黄 羌活 防己 人参（各三分） 益智仁 当归身（各四分） 香白芷 黄柏（各五分） 羊胫骨灰 吴茱萸 黄连 麻黄（各一钱） 草豆蔻皮（一钱二分） 升麻（一钱五分）
以上药物研成细末，按照前面的方法擦拭。
治疗寒邪、风邪侵犯头部导致的牙齿疼痛
柴胡 防风 升麻 白芷（各二分） 桂枝（二分半） 麻黄（去节） 藁本 苍术（各三分） 当归身（四分） 草豆蔻（五分） 羊胫骨灰 羌活（各一钱五分） 细辛（少许）
以上药物研成细末，先漱口后擦拭为佳。

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First rinse the mouth with warm water, then apply the powder to brush the teeth; this is excellent.

To treat all types of tooth wind pain and dental gangrene (Ya Feng Gan)
Bei Di Ji Li (Tribuli Fructus from the North, any quantity, dried in shade)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use for brushing teeth each time, rinsing with hot grain water externally. The coarse powder boiled in grain water for brushing teeth has great miraculous efficacy, which cannot be fully described.
To treat cold-heat alternating tooth pain
