夫金丹延命上古流传之秘术也其妙不外乎阴阳真一交 而成苟非心志之专遇明师授受之
真焉能夺造化之机而延寿命于无疆也（噫）今之
学长生者莫不以草木金石修合自称玄妙以为真丹盖
异类杂物与人身自不相契岂有假补真而能成功者也殊不知人禀天地真一之气阴阳纯粹之精能
顺时养育以真一补气则真气和合而寿命自延矣丹经云竹破还将竹补哺鸡当以卵为又云阳衰阴
补树衰上培又云抽将坎位（中心）
实点化离宫腹内阴此皆以真补真之喻也岁辛丑寓岱狱得遇真人道及内丹真诀又示三丰张

进红铅内丹一册而玩味之则昔日之疑一旦豁然而贯通矣（噫）红铅真阳也秋石真阴也以阴阳真
一之气滋补元气斯婴儿之见老毋情性和合真一合而元气凝寿命延长立可必矣子嘉其妙遂专意
修合服有灵验而身体康强有病悉去乃知红铅妙术真夺造化之机岂他金石草木可仿佛其万一耳
呜呼吾何幸恭遇明师之真传也故书此以俟后之同志者有所征信云望道散人识

上红铅秋石乳汁各制为末乳汁和为丸如黍米大每服一丸沉香乳香汤送下如觉醉只服乳汁
俟苏醒照前服之服尽三钱再服后药
用无病室女月经首行者为最次二三者为中四五为下取法以黑铅打一具如
月信动时即以此具置阴户上以软绢兜住如有即取之约一二钟许沉底红如朱砂者此为母气真元
也其面上有黄色浮起此为发水即用棉纸轻轻拖渗去只将沉底荡干听用
金丹是上古流传的延命秘术，其奥妙不外乎阴阳真一之气相交合而成。如果不是心志专一，遇到明师传授真诀，怎能夺得天造地设的玄机而将寿命延长至无穷呢？（唉）如今学习长生之道的人，没有不以草木金石配合修炼自称为玄妙的，认为这就是真丹。殊不知异类杂物与人身本不相契合，哪有借助外物补益真气而能成功的呢？却不知道人禀受了天地真一之气、阴阳纯粹之精，若能顺应时节养育，以真一之气补气，则真气调和，寿命自然延长。丹经说：“竹破还将竹补”，“哺鸡当以卵为”。又说：“阳衰阴补，树衰上培”。又说：“抽将坎位（中心）实，点化离宫腹内阴”。这些都是以真补真的比喻。
岁次辛丑年，我寓居岱狱时，得遇真人谈及内丹真诀，又出示了三丰张真人进献的红铅内丹一书。玩味其中内容，昔日疑惑顿时豁然贯通。（唉）红铅是真阳，秋石是真阴。以阴阳真一之气滋补元气，使婴儿般的纯真与老母的情性相和合，真一之气凝结，寿命延长便立竿见影了。我嘉许其妙处，于是专心配合服用，确有灵验，身体康强，疾病悉除。这才知道红铅妙术真正夺得了造化之机，岂是其他金石草木所能比拟万一的呢？呜呼，我何幸能恭遇明师的真传！所以写下此文，以期待后来志同道合者有所考证信奉。望道散人识。
红铅（晒干一钱）、秋石（一钱）、人乳（晒干一钱）。
以上三味药各制成粉末，用人乳调和做成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用沉香、乳香汤送服。如果感觉像喝醉了一样，只服用人乳，等待苏醒后照前法服用。服尽三钱后，再服用后面的药方。
采用无病处女初次行经的血最为上乘，第二次第三次为中等，第四次第五次为下品。取血方法是用黑铅打制一个器具，当月信来时，立即将此器具置于阴户之上，用软绢兜住。如有经血流出即收取，约一两个时辰左右，沉淀底部红如朱砂者，此为母气真元。其面上有黄色浮起，此为发水，即用棉纸轻轻拖渗去除，只将沉底部分荡干备用。
The Golden Elixir (Jindan) is a secret technique for prolonging life passed down from ancient times. Its wonder lies not in anything other than the interaction and union of the True One Qi of Yin and Yang. Unless one's will is focused and one encounters a enlightened master to transmit the true method, how can one seize the mechanism of creation and extend life indefinitely? (Alas) Nowadays, those who study the way of longevity all claim mystery by compounding herbs and minerals, believing them to be the true elixir. It is unknown that foreign substances are inherently incompatible with the human body; how can supplementing with external things truly succeed? They do not realize that humans inherit the True One Qi of Heaven and Earth and the pure essence of Yin and Yang. If one nurtures oneself according to the seasons and supplements with the True One Qi, the true qi will harmonize, and life will naturally prolong. The elixir classics say: "If bamboo breaks, repair it with bamboo"; "To feed a chick, use an egg." It also says: "When Yang declines, supplement with Yin; when a tree declines, nourish its top." It further says: "Draw from Kan (the center) to fill, transform Li within the abdomen." These are all metaphors for using truth to supplement truth.
In the Xin Chou year, while residing at Dai Prison, I met a True Person who spoke of the true secrets of Internal Alchemy and showed me a book on the Red Lead Internal Elixir presented by the True Person Sanfeng Zhang. Pondering over it, my past doubts were instantly resolved. (Alas) Red Lead is True Yang, and Autumn Stone is True Yin. By nourishing the Original Qi with the True One Qi of Yin and Yang, the innocence of an infant and the temperament of an old mother harmonize. When the True One Qi condenses, extending life becomes immediate. I appreciated its marvel and devoted myself to compounding and taking it. It proved effective, restoring robust health and eliminating all diseases. Thus, I realized that the Red Lead technique truly seizes the mechanism of creation, far surpassing what other minerals or herbs could achieve. Alas, how fortunate I am to have received the true transmission from an enlightened master! Therefore, I record this to await future like-minded individuals for verification. Red Lead (dried, 1 qian), Autumn Stone (1 qian), Human Milk (dried, 1 qian).
Process each of the above three ingredients into powder. Mix with human milk to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take one pill per dose, delivered with decoction of Chenxiang (Aquilaria Wood) and Ruxiang (Frankincense). If one feels intoxicated, take only human milk. Wait for recovery, then resume previous dosage. After consuming three qian, take the subsequent prescription.
Use the first menstrual flow of a healthy virgin as the best grade; the second and third flows are medium grade; the fourth and fifth are lower grade. To collect: forge a vessel from black lead. When menstruation begins, place this vessel over the vulva and secure it with soft silk. Collect the blood for about one to two hours. The sediment at the bottom, red like cinnabar, is the True Yuan of Mother Qi. The yellow substance floating on top is "Fa Shui" (emissive water); gently absorb it away with cotton paper. Only keep the dried sediment for use.
