以上二十四味药合应二十四节气，总重一百零八两，各取一年气候之成数，寓意生生不息之妙理。将各药分别处理后制成细末，将鹿角胶用酒化开，与炼蜜混合制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用，男子九十丸，女子八十丸，空腹时用滚开的白开水送服。忌食煎炸炙烤食物、葱、蒜、萝卜。据称南方人服用此方有效。
固真育子丸屡有奇效。

Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix, heart removed, five liang), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed, five liang), Huaishengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, fresh, Huai origin), Huaishudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, prepared, Huai origin, plump and sinking in water, five liang each), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, radix removed, five liang), Ganzhou Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus, stems removed), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, washed clean, steamed with wine, pounded into cakes, dried, five liang), Chuan Bajitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix, heart removed, five liang), Chuan Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, radix removed, washed with wine, five liang), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, stir-fried with aged earth, five liang), Baifuling (Poria, peel removed, soaked in cow's milk, dried, five liang), Baifushen (Poria with hostwood, peel and heart removed, soaked in human milk, dried, five liang), Luanjiao (Cornu Cervi Corium, authentic, five liang), Lujiaoshuang (Cornu Cervi Degelatinatum, five liang), Baiziren (Platycladi Semen, stir-fried, shell removed, clean, five liang), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried with ginger juice, five liang), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus, core removed, clean, five liang), Roucongrong (Cistanches Herba, inner heart and membrane removed, five liang), Lianrui (Nelumbinis Plumula, those that have bloomed are not used, clean, five liang), Shayuan Jili (Astragali Complanati Semen, stir-fried, five liang), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried, clean, two liang), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, radix removed, soaked in Licorice and Juncus effusus decoction, heart removed, clean, two liang), Bei Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, stems removed, two liang), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis, roots removed, two liang).
The above twenty-four herbs correspond to the twenty-four solar terms, totaling one hundred and eight liang, reflecting the numerical perfection of a year's climate, symbolizing the wonder of endless generation. Process each herb separately into powder. Dissolve the Luojiao (Cornu Cervi Corium) in wine, mix with refined honey, and form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. For each dose, men take ninety pills, women take eighty pills. Take on an empty stomach with boiling plain water. Avoid fried, roasted foods, scallions, garlic, and radishes. It is noted that this formula is effective for people in the South.
Guzhen Yuzi Wan (Solidify True Essence and Nurture Offspring Pill) has repeatedly shown miraculous effects.
Lianruixu (Nelumbinis Plumula filament, those unopened are best, harvest gradually and dry gradually, do not let them turn black, clean use, four liang), Sheng Qianshi (Euryales Semen, raw, large ones, five hundred pieces, shell removed), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Dentis Mamuthi, five qian), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus, bright red ones, core removed, clean flesh, three liang), Fupenzi (Rubiae Fructus, clean, two liang), Shayuan Jili (Astragali Complanati Semen, stir-fried, four liang, must be authentic, fake ones are ineffective).
First, crush the Jili (Astragali Complanati Semen), decoct with water to make a paste, filter out the dregs. Dry the dregs again, mix with the other herbs into powder. Combine with refined honey and the Jili paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take ninety pills per dose on an empty stomach with salted water prepared by baking/warming. It is noted that this formula is effective for people in the North.
