为末，用葱汤洗疮，疮湿干搽。疮干香袖调搽，兼治小儿疳疮。
男子下元阴湿久冷，阴囊瘙痒疼痛，成疮流水，及治妇人阴湿，子宫久冷。
牡蛎 蛇床子 破故纸 紫梢花 干荷叶 官桂（各等分） 每用一两半，水一小
锅，入葱自数茎煎八分，先熏后洗，却用后津调散。
治妒精，妇人阴湿疮，浓汁淋漓臭烂。
黄连 款冬花（各等分） 麝香（少许） 为细末，先以煎汤洗，软帛拭者，津调敷之，忌生汤洗。
治妇人阴疮。杏仁不拘多少（烧存性）麝香（少许） 为细末。如疮口深用小绢袋
盛药系口，炙热置阴内。
以生蟹取黄涂之效。又方，干荷叶一斤，水煮浓汁洗。又方，生紫苏擦之。又
方，人乳汁敷。
治疯犬咬。先口噙浆水洗净，用绵拭干贴药，更不再发，大有神效。
天南星（生） 防风（等分） 为细末，干上，再不溃脓，功难尽述。
治癫犬咬。先用人溺洗去血水，次用核桃壳三个，将干人粪填满，罨于伤处，外以
艾于核桃上灸之，二七壮，即愈，永不再发。又方，用斑蝥七枚，去头足翅，以糯米
少许，于新瓦上同炒，以米黄香为度，去米
不用，以斑蝥研碎，好酒调下，能饮酒人，再进一杯，看伤上下。以分食前食后服。当
日必有毒物从小便出，如小狗状。如未下，次日再进。如又不下，又进之，以毒物出为
度，若进至七服，虽毒不下，亦无害矣。服药后，腹中必不安，小便茎中刺痛，不必
虑，此毒为药，攻将下耳。又方，胎发烧存性，新香附，野菊花研细，酒调服尽醉。患
病患头有红发三根，速拔去。
一方
治犬咬。以人尿洗净，以头垢敷伤处，又用热牛粪涂于外。又方，用杏仁烂嚼罨伤
处，以帛缚定立好。又方，紫苏叶嚼碎涂。又方，先用盐水洗，用蓖麻子去壳，井水研
成膏，贴伤处。又方，虎骨 灰敷之，亦好。
犬咬破伤风肿。人参于桑柴火上烧存性，敷之良愈。又方，苍耳叶酒调服。又
方，杵金丝荷叶，砂糖调匀敷上。
七月七日采集防风草，烧成灰后用热水淋滤取汁清洗患处。
治疗下注疳疮（指下部发生的疳疮）腐蚀发臭，腐烂疼痛难以忍受。
蜜陀僧、黄丹、黄柏（用蜂蜜炙烤）、孩儿茶、乳香（各三钱）、麝香（少许）、轻粉（一钱半）。
研为细末，用葱汤清洗疮面，若疮面湿润则干撒药粉；若疮面干燥则用香油调匀后涂抹，同时也可治疗小儿疳疮。
治疗男子下元阴部潮湿长久寒冷，阴囊瘙痒疼痛，形成疮疡流水，以及治疗妇人阴部潮湿、子宫长久寒冷。
牡蛎、蛇床子、破故纸（补骨脂）、紫梢花、干荷叶、官桂（各等分）。每次取一两半，用水一小锅，加入数茎葱白煎至八分满，先熏蒸后清洗，然后用唾液调匀散剂敷用。
治疗妒精（指嫉妒导致的情志病或相关症状），妇人阴部潮湿生疮，脓液浓稠淋漓、发臭腐烂。
黄连、款冬花（各等分）、麝香（少许）。研为细末，先用煎好的汤剂清洗，用软布擦拭后，用唾液调匀敷贴，忌用生水清洗。
治疗妇人阴部疮疡。杏仁不限数量（烧至存性，即外部焦黑内部保留药性），麝香（少许）。研为细末。如果疮口较深，用小绢袋盛装药物系好口，加热后放入阴道内。
就是肉芽凸出，像蛇头一样长达数寸的情况。
用硫黄末外敷，即可收缩回去。
用活螃蟹取蟹黄涂抹，效果显著。另一方法，用干荷叶一斤，水煮浓缩汁液清洗。又一方，用生紫苏叶擦拭患处。又一方，用人乳汁敷贴。
治疗疯狗咬伤。先在口中含浆水洗净伤口，用棉絮拭干后贴敷药物，以后不再发作，大有神效。

治疗狂犬（癫犬）咬伤。先用人的尿液洗去血污，然后取三个核桃壳，将干燥的人粪填满，敷盖在受伤处，外面用艾条在核桃上灸治，十四壮（二七壮），即可痊愈，永远不再发作。另一方法，用斑蝥七枚，去掉头、足、翅，与少许糯米一起在新瓦上同炒，炒至米呈黄色香气为止，去掉米粒不用，将斑蝥研碎，用好酒调服。能喝酒的人，再进一杯，根据伤势上下情况，分饭前饭后服用。当天必定有毒物从小便排出，形状像小狗。如果未排出，次日再服。如果仍未排出，继续服用，以毒物排出为度。如果服用至七次，即使毒物未排出，也没有害处。服药后，腹中必然不安，小便尿道刺痛，不必忧虑，这是毒药被药力攻逐下行所致。又一方，将胎发烧至存性，配新香附、野菊花研细，用酒调服至醉。患者头部若有三根红发，迅速拔除。

治疗狗咬伤。用人尿洗净，用头垢敷于伤口，又用热牛粪涂于外部。又一方，用杏仁嚼烂敷于伤口，用布绑紧立即好转。又一方，紫苏叶嚼碎涂抹。又一方，先用盐水清洗，用蓖麻子去壳，井水研磨成膏，贴敷伤口。又一方，用虎骨灰敷贴，也很好。
治疗犬咬导致的破伤风肿胀。人参在桑柴火上烧至存性，外敷，疗效良好。又一方，苍耳叶用酒调服。又一方，捣碎金丝荷叶，用砂糖调匀敷上。
On the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, collect *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikoviae Radix), burn it to ash, and wash the affected area with water filtered through the ash.
Treats lower-jiao chancre (chancre occurring in the lower body) characterized by erosion, foul odor, rotting tissue, and unbearable pain.
*Mituoseng* (Lithargyri Pulvis), *Huangdan* (Minii Oxidum Rubrum), *Huangbai* (Phellodendri Cortex, honey-fried), *Haiercha* (Camelliae Semen), *Ruxiang* (Olibanum), each 3 qian; *Shexiang* (Moscus), a small amount; *Qingfen* (Calomelas), 1.5 qian.
Grind into fine powder. Wash the sore with scallion decoction; if the sore is moist, apply the dry powder; if dry, mix with sesame oil for application. This also treats pediatric chancre.
Treats men's lower origin dampness and chronic coldness, itching and pain of the scrotum, formation of sores with discharge, as well as women's vaginal dampness and chronic uterine coldness.
*Muli* (Concha Ostreae), *Shechuangzi* (Cnidii Fructus), *Poguzhi* (Psoraleae Fructus), *Zishaohua* (Corallium Rubrum), *Ganheyeh* (Nelumbinis Folium Dryum), *Guangui* (Cinnamomi Ramulus), equal parts. Use 1.5 liang per dose. Boil with one small pot of water and several stalks of scallion until reduced to 80%. Fumigate first, then wash. Finally, mix the powder with saliva for topical application.
Treats "jealousy essence" (a condition related to emotional distress affecting genital health) and women's vaginal dampness with sores, featuring thick, dripping pus, foul odor, and rotting tissue.
*Huanglian* (Coptidis Rhizoma), *Kundonghua* (Farfarae Flos), equal parts; *Shexiang* (Moscus), a small amount. Grind into fine powder. First wash with decoction, wipe gently with soft cloth, then apply mixed with saliva. Avoid washing with raw water.
Treats women's vaginal ulcers. *Xingren* (Armeniacae Semen Amarum), quantity as needed (burned to retain efficacy), *Shexiang* (Moscus), a small amount. Grind into fine powder. If the ulcer cavity is deep, place the medicine in a small silk bag, tie it, heat it, and insert it into the vagina.
This refers to flesh protruding like a snake head, several inches long.
Apply sulfur powder; the protrusion will retract immediately.
Grind *Beimu* (Fritillariae Bulbus) into powder, mix with water, and irrigate. It will form a scab and heal after several days.
Apply yellow from fresh crab; this is effective. Another method: boil 1 jin of dried lotus leaves to make a concentrated decoction for washing. Another method: rub with fresh Perilla leaves. Another method: apply human breast milk.
Treats bites from mad dogs. First rinse the wound with fermented rice water held in the mouth, wipe dry with cotton, and apply medicine. It will not recur again, with great efficacy.
*Tannanxing* (Arisaematis Rhizoma, raw), *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikoviae Radix), equal parts. Grind into fine powder and sprinkle dry on the wound. It prevents suppuration, and its merits are beyond description.
Treats bites from rabid dogs (epileptic dogs). First wash away blood with urine. Then take three walnut shells, fill them with dry human feces, and apply to the wound. Moxibustion is performed on the walnuts using mugwort for fourteen moxa cones (two se Zhuang). It heals completely and never recurs. Another method: use seven *Banmao* (Mylabris), remove heads, feet, and wings. Stir-fry with a little glutinous rice on a new tile until the rice turns yellow and fragrant. Remove the rice, grind the *Banmao*, and administer with good wine. Those who can drink alcohol may take an additional cup. Dose according to the location of the injury, taken before or after meals. On the day of administration, toxic matter must be excreted via urine, resembling a small dog shape. If not excreted, repeat the next day. Continue until the toxin is expelled. Even if taken up to seven doses without expulsion, it causes no harm. After taking the medicine, abdominal discomfort and stinging pain in the urethra are expected; do not worry, as this indicates the toxin is being driven downward by the medicine. Another method: calcinate fetal remains, combine with fresh *Xiangfu* (Cyperi Rhizoma) and wild chrysanthemum flowers, grind finely, and take with wine until intoxicated. Extract three red hairs from the patient's head immediately.
Another prescription
Treats dog bites. Cleanse with human urine, apply head dandruff/scabs to the wound, and cover externally with hot cow dung. Another method: chew almonds thoroughly and apply to the wound, binding firmly with cloth for immediate improvement. Another method: crush and apply fresh Perilla leaves. Another method: wash with salt water first, then shell castor seeds, grind with well water into a paste, and apply to the wound. Another method: apply tiger bone ash, which is also good.
Treats swelling from tetanus following dog bites. Burn *Renshen* (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) over mulberry wood fire until charred but retaining efficacy, and apply externally for excellent results. Another method: take *Canger* (Xanthii Folium) leaf powder mixed with wine. Another method: mash golden silk lotus leaves, mix with sugar, and apply topically.
