治外感风寒，内伤生冷，增寒壮热，头目昏疼，不问风寒夹食停痰，俱能治之。
半夏 浓朴（姜制） 苍术（各一两） 人参（五钱） 橘红（七钱五分） 藿香叶 草果（去
壳） 茯苓（各五钱） 甘草（炙，二钱五分） 每用五钱，姜三片，乌梅一个，煎六分，
热服，兼治饮食伤脾并疟症。若寒多者，加附子名十味不换金散。
治四时伤寒头疼，体热恶风多汗，呕吐恶心，咳嗽喘满痞闷。
人参 茯苓 甘草 陈皮 藿香 白术 浓朴（姜制） 半夏（各一两） 每服五
钱，生姜、葱、枣，水煎服。
治外感内伤寒邪，头痛发热。
白术 桔梗 人参 甘草 当归 陈皮 枳壳 赤芍药 防风 浓朴 生姜葱白，水煎热服。
治伤寒中暑，大汗后，胃中干，烦燥不眠，脉浮，小便不利、微热烦渴，及表里俱
热，饮水反吐，名曰水逆。或攻表不解，当汗而反下之，利不止，脉浮，表不解，自
利，或一切留饮水停心下，两感中湿，昏躁霍乱，吐泻惊风。
猪苓 茯苓 白术（各五钱） 泽泻（一两） 桂枝（去皮，一钱五分） 为末，每服三
钱，热汤下，夏月大暑，新水调服立愈，加滑石二两尤佳。
治疗外感风寒、内伤生冷食物，导致寒气加重、高热，头部和眼睛昏沉疼痛。无论是风寒夹杂食积停滞或痰饮停聚，均能治疗。

治疗伤寒中暑，大汗之后，胃中干燥，烦躁不眠，脉象浮，小便不利、微热烦渴，以及表里俱热，喝水反而呕吐，称为水逆证。或者解表治疗无效，应当发汗却误用泻下法，导致腹泻不止，脉象浮，表证未解，自发性腹泻，或者一切因留饮水液停聚在心下，两感中湿，神志昏乱躁动、霍乱，吐泻惊风。
猪苓、茯苓、白术（各五钱）；泽泻（一两）；桂枝（去皮，一钱五分）。研为细末，每次服用三钱，用热水冲服，夏季大暑天，用新汲凉水调服立即痊愈，加入滑石二两效果更佳。
Treats external contraction of wind-cold and internal injury from raw/cold food, leading to increased chills and high fever, with dizziness and pain in the head and eyes. It is effective regardless of whether wind-cold is combined with food stagnation or phlegm-fluid retention.
Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [processed with ginger juice], Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (each 1 liang); Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (5 qian); Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum) (7.5 qian); Huoxiangye (Agastaches Herba), Caoguo (Tsaoko Fructus) [dehulled], Fuling (Poria) (each 5 qian); Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [roasted] (2.5 qian). For each dose, use 5 qian of herbs, add 3 slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) and 1 Wumei (Mume Fructus), decoct until reduced to 60% volume, and take hot. It also treats spleen injury due to dietary indiscretion and malaria symptoms. If cold pathogen is predominant, add Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), named Shiwei Buhuanjin San (Ten-Ingredient Unchanging Gold Powder).
Treats headache caused by wind-cold in all four seasons, accompanied by body heat, aversion to wind, profuse sweating, vomiting, nausea, cough, asthma, chest/epigastric fullness and oppression.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Huoxiang (Agastaches Herba), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [processed with ginger juice], Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (each 1 liang). Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), and Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) in water.
Treats external and internal contraction of cold pathogen, resulting in headache and fever.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus). Decoct in water and take hot.
Treats wind-cold complicated by summerheat, following profuse sweating, where the stomach is dry, causing irritability and insomnia, floating pulse, difficulty in urination, slight fever, thirst, as well as exterior and interior excess heat, vomiting after drinking water (known as Shuini / Water Revulsion syndrome). Or when exterior-releasing treatment fails, and purgatives were incorrectly used instead of diaphoresis, leading to persistent diarrhea, floating pulse, unresolved exterior syndrome, spontaneous diarrhea, or any condition involving retained fluid/phlegm obstructing the epigastrium, simultaneous contraction of dampness, delirium, restlessness, cholera-like disorder, vomiting/diarrhea, and convulsions.
Zhuling (Polyporus), Fuling (Poria), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 5 qian); Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) (1 liang); Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) [bark removed] (1.5 qian). Grind into powder, take 3 qian per dose with hot water. In midsummer, mix with fresh cool water for immediate cure; adding Huashi (Talcum) 2 liang is even better.
Treats ban du (toxicity causing macules/rashes).
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (6 fen); Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 qian); Nuomi (Oryza Sativa Glutinosa) (a pinch). Decoct in water and take.
