歌诀说：蛇皮断状，像疹子没有尖头，真元已散，九日后归泉下。蛇皮替种，本来没有治法，只是在见点时，有攒簇不成颗粒的象，速用清解攻托之法，令郁遏之气得以伸展。
这就是分消的方法，大概密甚者可稍疏，细甚者可稍长，急宜早治。如果延迟早晚，毒有定候，便难治了。

The verse states: Pathogenic fire flares up and rebels, arrogantly occupying high positions; linked like hooks and rings, the shape is mostly fragmented.
Guaizi Shape (Melon Seed Shape)

The verse states: Qi cannot fill, Blood cannot harmonize; the body loses its true form, the pustule sac is half-empty.
Dieqian Shape (Stacked Coin Shape)

The verse states: Three or four layers resemble stacked coins, six or seven layers resemble wandering silkworms; if not as tight as pepper skin, safety can still be maintained.
Canzhongbu Shape (Silkworm Seed Spread Shape)

The verse states: Like spreading silkworm seeds, faintly visible between the skin; when the time comes (around day 6-7), life departs to the Yellow Springs.

The verse states: Primordial Qi has already leaked, accumulated toxins are violent; gathering where gaps appear, not following the original path.
Ke Shape (Nest/Hollow Shape)

The verse states: True Yuan has formed, but fierce toxins knot together; the root nest swells violently, color resembling gray coal, snakes, and scorpions.
Jiantou Shape (Arrowhead Shape)

The verse states: The mechanism of transformation is reversed, solitary and high, overflowing; hooked blisters rise, color resembling gray coal, miserable and sad.
Shepi Duan Shape (Snake Skin Broken Shape)

The verse states: The broken snake-skin appearance resembles a rash without a tip; True Yuan has scattered, returning to the springs after nine days. For the "Snake Skin Replacement Seed" type, there is originally no treatment method; however, at the stage of seeing the spots, if there is a clustering phenomenon that fails to form distinct grains/pustules, one must quickly use clearing, resolving, attacking, and supporting methods to allow the stagnant Qi to expand.
This is the method of separate elimination. Generally, those that are very dense may become slightly sparse, and those that are very fine may grow slightly larger. Early treatment is urgent. If delayed even by a morning or evening, the toxin will have a fixed prognosis, making it difficult to treat.
