治失心。
郁金（七两，须四川蝉肚者真） 明矾（三两） 为末，薄糊丸，桐子大，每六十丸，
汤水任下。昔有妇人癫狂数年不愈，后遇至人，授此方，初服觉心胸中有物脱去，神气
洒然，再服顿苏，此药善去郁痰，凡病得之忧惊，痰裹心窍者最宜。
当归 大黄（各一两） 芒硝（七钱） 甘草（五钱） 每二两水一大碗，姜三片，枣十枚，
煎至一半，温服。若阳狂奔走，骂詈不知亲疏，此阳有余，阴不足。大黄、芒硝去胃中
实热，当归补血益阴，甘草缓中，加姜枣者引入胃也。以大利为度，《经》所谓∶微者
逆之，甚者从之。此之谓也。
常服治心疾良验。
人参 石菖蒲 远志 茯神 茯苓 辰砂（飞） 南星 半夏曲 真铁粉（各等分）
为末，姜汁糊丸，桐子大，辰砂为衣，每服十丸加至三十丸，夜卧姜汤下。
治心恙及邪祟。
猪心血 朱砂（一两） 干青靛花（一匙） 将猪心血靛花研匀，朱砂和丸，桐子大，每
二十丸，茶酒下。甚者不过三服。
先服此一剂伐邪。
竹茹（一钱） 半夏曲（八分） 枳实 橘红 甘草（炙，各五分） 山楂（炒黑，一钱五分）
玄明粉 灯草（各三分） 加姜枣，水煎服。
第二次服方，可服三剂，又服前方一剂，又再服此方三剂。人参（一钱五分） 黄
（五分） 归身（一钱） 百合（二钱五分） 生酸枣仁（三分） 熟酸枣仁（四分） 贝母 小草（各一钱）
麦冬（五分） 甘草梢（三分） 白芍药（吴茱萸炒过八分） 茯神 酒红花（二分）
加姜枣，水煎服。
第三方 服前二方半月，觉神气稍完，继服此药。紫河车一具，洗净砂锅煮
烂，入盐少许，与服后，半月勿服药，觉少减，又服前方一剂，第二方三剂，将二药间服。
治疗失心疯。
郁金（七两，必须是四川产的蝉肚郁金才正宗） 明矾（三两），研成细末，用稀薄面糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用六十丸，用汤水或清水送服。从前有一位妇人患癫狂症多年不愈，后来遇到高人传授此方，初次服用感觉心胸中有物脱落，精神清爽；再次服用后立刻苏醒。此药善于去除郁结之痰，凡是因忧思惊恐致病，痰浊蒙蔽心窍的患者最为适宜。
当归 大黄（各一两） 芒硝（七钱） 甘草（五钱）。每取药二两，加水一大碗，生姜三片，大枣十枚，煎煮至药液剩下一半时，温服。如果患者阳气过盛而狂奔乱走，骂人且不知亲疏远近，这是阳有余而阴不足。大黄、芒硝清除胃中的实热，当归补血益阴，甘草缓和药性，加入姜枣是为了引导药力入胃。以大便通畅泻下为度，《黄帝内经》所说的：病情轻的逆其病势治疗，病情重的顺其病势治疗，指的就是这种情况。
经常服用对治疗心脏疾病有良好疗效。
人参 石菖蒲 远志 茯神 茯苓 辰砂（飞过的） 天南星 半夏曲 真铁粉（各等分），研成细末，用姜汁调糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，用辰砂做外衣，每次服用十丸，逐渐增加至三十丸，睡前用姜汤送服。
治疗心病及邪祟干扰。
猪心血 朱砂（一两） 干青靛花（一匙），将猪心血和靛花研磨均匀，加入朱砂混合制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次二十丸，用茶水和酒送服。严重的不过三次即可痊愈。
先服用这一剂以祛除邪气。
竹茹（一钱） 半夏曲（八分） 枳实 橘红 甘草（炙过的，各五分） 山楂（炒黑，一钱五分） 玄明粉 灯心草（各三分），加入生姜和大枣，用水煎服。
第二次服用的方子，可以连续服用三剂，然后再服用前面那个方子一剂，接着再服用这个方子三剂。人参（一钱五分） 黄芪（五分） 当归身（一钱） 百合（二钱五分） 生酸枣仁（三分） 熟酸枣仁（四分） 贝母 小草（各一钱） 麦冬（五分） 甘草梢（三分） 白芍药（用吴茱萸炒过，八分） 茯神 酒红花（二分），加入生姜和大枣，用水煎服。
第三个方子，在服用前两个方子半个月后，感觉精神元气稍有好转，继而又服用此药。紫河车一个，洗净后用砂锅煮烂，加入少许盐，与患者同服。服药后半个月内不要再吃其他药物，如果感觉症状减轻，再服用前面的方子一剂，第二个方子三剂，交替服用这两种药。
Treatment for "Shixin" (Loss of Heart/Mind, a condition characterized by severe mental confusion or psychosis).
Jinyin (Curcumae Radix, 7 liang; authentic only if from Sichuan and resembling a cicada's belly) and Mingfan (Alumen, 3 liang), ground into fine powder. Form pills with thin starch paste, size of *Cocculus trilobus* seeds. Take 60 pills per dose, swallowed freely with water or decoction. In the past, a woman suffered from mania and madness for years without cure. Later, she met an enlightened master who taught her this prescription. Upon initial intake, she felt as though something was expelled from her chest and heart, and her spirit became refreshed. After a second dose, she fully recovered. This medicine is excellent at dispersing stagnant phlegm and is most suitable for illnesses caused by worry and fright, where phlegm obstructs the orifices of the Heart.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (1 liang each), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 7 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 5 qian). For every 2 liang of herbs, add one large bowl of water, 3 slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and 10 dates (Dazao). Decoct until half remains, then take warm. If the patient runs wildly due to excess Yang, curses, and does not recognize relatives or strangers, this indicates excess Yang and insufficient Yin. Dahuang and Mangxiao clear excessive heat in the Stomach; Danggui nourishes Blood and benefits Yin; Gancao moderates the middle Jiao. Ginger and Jujube are added to guide the medicine into the Stomach. The goal is profuse bowel movement. As stated in the *Classic*: "For mild conditions, treat against the disease; for severe conditions, follow the disease." This refers to that principle.
Regular use yields good results for treating Heart diseases.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Fuling (Poria), Chensha (Cinnabar, washed), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma), Banxiaqu (Pinelliae Fermentatum), Zhen Tie Fen (Authentic Iron Powder) (equal parts). Grind into powder, form pills with ginger juice paste, size of *Cocculus trilobus* seeds, coat with Chensha. Take 10 pills initially, increasing up to 30 pills. Swallow with ginger decoction before sleep.
Treatment for Heart ailments and evil influences (Xiechong).
Zhuxinxue (Porcine Heart Blood), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 liang), Gan Qingdianhua (Dry Indigo Flower, 1 spoon). Grind Porcine Heart Blood and Indigo Flower evenly, mix with Cinnabar, and form pills, size of *Cocculus trilobus* seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, with tea and wine. Severe cases may be cured in no more than three doses.
First, take this single dose to suppress evil influences.
Zhuru (Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam, 1 qian), Banxiaqu (Pinelliae Fermentatum, 8 fen), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, 5 fen each), Shan Zha (Crataegi Fructus, charred black, 1.5 qian), Xuanmingfen (Mirabilite), Dengcao (Junci Medulla, 3 fen each). Add ginger and jujube, decoct in water, and take orally.
For the second course of treatment, take this formula for three doses, then take the previous formula once, and then return to this formula for three doses.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 1.5 qian), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 5 fen), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 qian), Baihe (Lilii Bulbus, 2.5 qian), Sheng Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, raw, 3 fen), Shu Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, processed, 4 fen), Beimu (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus), Xiaocao (Smilacis Chinae Rhizoma, 1 qian each), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, 5 fen), Gancaoshao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma tip, 3 fen), Baishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with Evodiae Fructus, 8 fen), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Jiuhonghua (Carthami Flos, soaked in wine, 2 fen). Add ginger and jujube, decoct in water, and take orally.
Third Formula: After taking the first two formulas for half a month, if you feel your spirit and vitality have slightly recovered, continue with this medicine. Take one whole Ziheche (Placenta Humana), wash it clean, and boil it until soft in a clay pot. Add a little salt and consume it. Do not take any other medicines for half a month after consumption. If symptoms decrease slightly, take one dose of the previous formula and three doses of the second formula, alternating between these two medicines.
