治肠风下血，或在粪前后，并皆治之。
荆芥（二两） 乱发 槐花 槐角（各一两，烧） 甘草（炙） 皮（炒，各一两）
枳壳（去白，三两，炒一两） 共将所烧药同入瓷瓶内，盐泥固济，烧存三分性，出
火毒，同甘草枳壳捣罗为末，每服三钱，水煎，空心服。
一方
治肠风下血。
干樗根白皮 人参（各等分） 为末，每服二钱，空心，米饮下。
又方
用椿根白皮取北引者，去粗皮酒浸晒干，为末，枣肉丸桐子大，每酒服三五十丸。
治五种肠风下血，痔 脱肛下血并服。
槐角（炒，一两） 地榆 黄芩 防风（去芦） 当归（酒浸一宿，焙干，去芦）
枳壳（去白，麸炒，各八两） 为末，酒糊丸，桐子大，每服三十丸，空心米饮下。
治肠风下血，疼痛不止。
黄连 鸡冠花 贯众 川大黄 乌梅（各一两） 甘草（炙，五钱） 为末，每服二
钱，温米饮调下，日三服。
丹溪治脏毒下血，车前草连根一握，生姜一小块，和新水捣烂去渣，取汁候血欲下
时，腰间必觉重，即服此一盏，少顷渐觉冷下腹中，登厕便不见血矣。
一方
治脏毒下血，用黄连四两，酒浸，春秋五日，夏三日冬七日，晒干为末，以乌梅肉
六两同捣为膏，丸桐子大，每服二三十丸，空心白汤下。
治疗肠风下血，无论出血发生在排便前还是排便后，均适用此方。

选用北方产的椿根白皮，刮去粗皮，用酒浸泡后晒干，研为粉末，用枣肉制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次饮酒送服三五十丸。
治疗五种肠风下血，以及痔疮脱肛下血，均可服用此方。

枳壳（去白瓤，麸炒，各八两） 研为粉末，用酒调糊制作丸剂，如梧桐子大小，每次服用三十丸，空腹时用米汤送服。

黄连 鸡冠花 贯众 川大黄 乌梅（各一两） 甘草（炙，五钱） 研为粉末，每次服用二钱，用温热的米汤调服，每日三次。
丹溪治疗脏毒下血，取车前草连根一把，生姜一小块，加入新汲水捣烂，滤去渣滓，取汁液。在感觉血液即将排出时，腰部必定感到沉重，此时立即服用一盏杯的量，片刻后逐渐感觉腹部变冷，上厕所时便不再见血了。
另一方案
治疗脏毒下血，使用黄连四两，用酒浸泡，春秋季五天，夏季三天，冬季七天，晒干后研为粉末，用乌梅肉六两一同捣烂成膏状，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用二三十丸，空腹时用白开水送服。

Take three qian per dose, decoct in water, take on an empty stomach.

Ganchupibai (Phellodendri Cortex, dried, equal parts) Renshen (Ginseng Radix, equal parts) Crush into powder, take two qian per dose, on an empty stomach, swallow with rice water.
Yet another prescription
Use Chuntoubai (Toosendan Fructus/Cortex, specifically from the north), remove the coarse skin, soak in wine, dry in the sun, crush into powder, form pills with jujube meat the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills per dose, swallowed with wine.
Treats five types of intestinal wind with bloody stool, as well as hemorrhoids with prolapse and bloody stool; this formula can be taken for these conditions.
Huaijiao (Sophorae Fructus Immaturus, stir-fried, one liang) Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, radicle removed) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, soaked in wine overnight, dried, radicle removed)
Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, white pith removed, bran-fried, eight liang each) Crush into powder, make pills using wine paste, the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, on an empty stomach, swallow with rice water.
Treats intestinal wind with bloody stool accompanied by unceasing pain.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) Jiguanhua (Celosiae Cristatae Flos) Guanzhong (Cyrtomii Rhizoma) Chuandahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) Wumei (Mume Fructus) (each one liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, five qian) Crush into powder, take two qian per dose, mix with warm rice water and swallow, three times daily.
Danxi treated viscera toxin with bloody stool (Zangdu Xiexue). Take a handful of Cheqiancao (Plantaginis Herba) including roots, a small piece of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), add fresh water, crush thoroughly, filter out the dregs, and extract the juice. When one feels that blood is about to be expelled, there will necessarily be a sensation of heaviness in the waist. Immediately drink one cup of this juice. After a short while, a cooling sensation will gradually spread in the lower abdomen, and upon going to the toilet, no blood will be seen.
Another prescription
Treats viscera toxin with bloody stool. Use four liang of Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), soak in wine: five days in spring and autumn, three days in summer, seven days in winter. Dry and crush into powder. Mix with six liang of Wumei Rou (Mume Fructus pulp) and pound into a paste. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty to thirty pills per dose, on an empty stomach, swallow with plain boiled water.
