黄 （蜜炙，焙） 茯神 人参 生干地黄 远志（去心，各四两） 柏子仁 酸枣
仁（泡七次去壳） 为末，蜜丸，桐子大，每服五十丸，米饮温酒任下。
地黄饮子
治肾气虚弱，语言謇涩，足膝痿厥。
见中风门。
还少丹
见阳痿门。
补腰膝，壮精骨，强肾阴，乌髭发。
冬青子（即女贞实，冬至日采，不拘多少，阴干，蜜酒拌蒸，过一夜，粗袋擦去
皮，晒干，为末，瓦瓶收贮，或先熬旱莲膏旋配用） 旱莲草（夏至日采，不拘多少，
捣汁熬膏，和前药为丸） 一方加桑椹干为丸。或桑椹熬膏和入。临卧酒服。
此足少阴药也。女贞甘平，少阴之精，隆冬不凋，其色青黑，益肝补肾；旱莲甘寒
汁黑，入肾补精，故能益下而荣上，强阴而黑发也。李时珍曰∶女贞上品妙药，古方罕用何哉！
除风湿，起 嬴，驻容颜，乌髭发，却病延年。
嫩桑叶去蒂洗净曝干一斤为末，巨胜子，即黑芝麻，淘洗四两，白蜜一斤，将芝
麻擂碎，熬浓汁和蜜，炼至滴水成珠，入桑叶末为丸。一方，桑叶为末，用芝麻蒸捣，
等分蜜丸，早盐汤、晚酒下。
此足少阴手足明阳药也，桑乃箕星之精，其木利关节，养津液，故凡熬药俱用桑
柴，其叶甘寒，入手足阳明，凉血燥湿除风巨胜，甘平色黑，益肾补肝，润腑脏，填精
髓，八谷之中惟此为良。夫风湿去，则筋骨强，精髓充，则容颜泽，却病乌髭宜也。歌
曰∶扶桑扶桑高入云，海东日出气氤氲，沧海变田几亿载，此树遗根今尚存，结子如丹
忽如漆，绿叶英英翠可扪，真人采窃天地气，留与红霞其吐吞，濯磨入鼎即灵药，芝
术区区未可群，飨松已有人仙去，我今朝夕从此君，叶兮叶兮愿玉汝，绿阴里面有桃律。
一方加入辰砂。
黄（蜜炙，焙干）四两，茯神四两，人参四两，生干地黄四两，远志（去心）四两，柏子仁四两，酸枣仁（浸泡七次后去壳）四两。将这些药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大，每次服用五十丸，可用米汤或温酒送服，任选其一。
地黄饮子
治疗肾气虚弱，导致语言謇涩不利，足膝痿软厥冷。

补益腰膝，强壮精骨，增强肾阴，使胡须头发变黑。
冬青子（即女贞实，冬至日采集，数量不限，阴干，用蜜酒拌匀蒸制，过夜后放入粗布袋中擦去外皮，晒干，研为细末，用瓦瓶收贮；或者先熬制旱莲膏，随后配合使用）旱莲草（夏至日采集，数量不限，捣碎取汁熬成膏，与前药混合制成丸剂）。另一方加入桑椹干制成丸剂，或者将桑椹熬膏后加入。临睡前用酒送服。
此方属于足少阴肾经的药物。女贞子味甘性平，为少阴之精气，隆冬时节不凋谢，其色青黑，能益肝补肾；旱莲草味甘性寒，汁液黑色，入肾经补益精髓，所以能补益下部而荣养上部，强健阴气并使头发变黑。李时珍说：女贞子是上品的妙药，古方中很少使用，为什么呢？
祛除风湿，起死回生（此处“起嬴”疑为“起羸”，指恢复瘦弱之体），驻留容颜，使胡须头发变黑，预防疾病，延年益寿。
嫩桑叶去除蒂头洗净后曝晒干燥一斤，研为细末；巨胜子，即黑芝麻，淘洗四两；白蜜一斤。将芝麻擂碎，熬制浓汁并与蜂蜜混合，炼至滴水成珠的程度，加入桑叶细末制成丸剂。另一方，将桑叶研为细末，用芝麻蒸熟捣烂，与桑叶等分，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，早晨用盐汤送服，晚上用酒送服。
此方属于足少阴肾经及手足阳明经的药物。桑树是箕星的精气所化，其木质利于关节，滋养津液，所以凡是熬制药材都使用桑柴，其叶味甘性寒，入手足阳明经，能凉血、燥湿、祛风。巨胜子（黑芝麻）味甘性平，色黑，能益肾补肝，润泽脏腑，填补精髓，在八谷之中只有它最为优良。风湿祛除，则筋骨强健；精髓充盈，则容颜光泽，预防疾病、使须发变黑是适宜的。歌诀说：扶桑树高耸入云，东海日出雾气氤氲，沧海变为农田历经亿万载，这棵树的遗根至今尚存，结出的果实红如丹砂又黑如漆，绿叶繁茂翠绿可触摸，真人窃取天地之气，留给红霞吞吐，研磨入鼎即为灵药，灵芝白术区区之辈不可与之成群，餐食松子已有人仙离去，我如今早晚与此君相伴，叶子啊叶子愿如玉般美好，绿荫里面有桃律。
One formula adds Cinnabar (Chensha).
Huang [Note: Likely missing character, context implies a root herb like Huangjing or similar, but text says "Huang" only] (honey-fried, baked) 4 liang, Fushen (Poria with Hostwood) 4 liang, Renshen (Ginseng Root) 4 liang, Sheng Gan Dihuang (Raw Prepared Rehmannia Root) 4 liang, Yuanzhi (Polygala Root) (remove heart) 4 liang, Baiziren (Biota Seed) 4 liang, Suanzaoren (Ziziphus Seed) (soaked seven times, shell removed) 4 liang. Grind these herbs into fine powder, make pills with honey, size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, wash down with rice drink or warm wine, as preferred.
Dihuang Yinzi (Rehmannia Decoction)
Treats kidney qi deficiency, resulting in slurred speech and flaccidity/coldness of the feet and knees.

Tonifies waist and knees, strengthens essence and bones, fortifies kidney yin, darkens beard and hair.
Dongqingzi (Wintergreen Berry, i.e., Nvzhenzi/Ligustrum Lucidum Fruit) (harvested on Winter Solstice, quantity unrestricted, dried in shade, mixed with honey and wine, steamed, left overnight, rubbed in coarse bag to remove skin, sun-dried, ground into powder, stored in earthenware jar; or first prepare Hanliancao paste for subsequent mixing) Hanliancao (Eclipta Herba) (harvested on Summer Solstice, quantity unrestricted, crushed for juice, boiled into paste, mixed with previous herbs to form pills). Another formula adds Sangshengan (Mulberry Fruit Dry) to form pills, or boils mulberry fruit into paste and mixes it in. Take before sleep with wine.
This belongs to the Foot Shaoyin Kidney channel herbs. Nvzhenzi is sweet and neutral, essence of Shaoyin, does not wither in deep winter, color green-black, benefits liver and tonifies kidney; Hanliancao is sweet and cold, black juice, enters kidney to tonify essence, thus can benefit lower and nourish upper, strengthen yin and darken hair. Li Shizhen said: Nvzhenzi is a superior miraculous drug, why is it rarely used in ancient formulas?
Expels wind-dampness, restores emaciation, preserves complexion, darkens beard and hair, prevents disease, prolongs life.
Young Sangye (Mulberry Leaf) remove pedicel, wash clean, sun-dry 1 jin, grind into powder; Jushengzi, i.e., Heima (Sesamum Indicum Seed), wash 4 liang, white honey 1 jin. Crush sesame, boil thick juice, mix with honey, refine until drops form pearls, add Sangye powder to form pills. Another formula: Sangye powder, steam and crush sesame, equal parts, honey pills. Morning take with salt water, evening take with wine.
This belongs to Foot Shaoyin and Hand-Foot Yangming channel herbs. Sang tree is essence of Ji Star, its wood benefits joints, nourishes fluids, so all decoctions use Sangchai (Mulberry Branch), its leaves are sweet and cold, enter Hand-Foot Yangming channels, cool blood, dry dampness, expel wind. Jushengzi is sweet and neutral, black color, benefits kidney and liver, moistens viscera, fills essence and marrow, among eight grains only this is excellent. When wind-dampness is expelled, sinews and bones become strong; when essence and marrow are filled, complexion becomes lustrous; preventing disease and darkening hair/beard is appropriate. Song says: Fusang tree reaches high into clouds, east sea sunrise misty vapor, blue sea turns to fields for billions of years, this tree's remnant roots still exist today, fruits red as cinnabar then black as lacquer, green leaves lush emerald touchable, true person steals heaven and earth qi, leaves for red clouds to swallow, grinding into tripod becomes spiritual medicine, Lingzhi and Baizhu cannot group together, those who eat pine nuts have gone immortal, I now morning and evening accompany this lord, oh leaf, oh leaf wish you jade-like, inside green shade there is Tao Lv.
