房、紫草、灯心、笋尖、桑虫、鸡冠血、酒酿之类，随候采用。

少，盖固表重而补中轻也。惟中气虚甚者，不在此例。
血热症，宜紫草茸、酒炒芩连、川芎、天虫、桔梗、麦冬、玄参、 石膏、陈皮、
丹皮、生地、红花、赤芍、当归、粘子、穿山甲、桑虫、露蜂房、角刺、烧人粪、金
汁、人牙、地龙、笋尖之类，随候采用。
气虚证，适宜选用川芎、僵蚕、桔梗、甘草、陈皮、蝉蜕、穿山甲，以及酒酿、胡荽、笋尖、桑蚕、鸡冠血、羊头脑等药物或食物，根据具体病情灵活选用。
