茯神（二两） 人参 地骨皮 甘草 麦门冬（去心，各二两） 朱砂（飞，二两）
乌犀屑（二两） 桑白皮（取末，一两） 龙脑（三钱，研） 麝香（三钱，研） 马牙硝（三钱，研）
牛黄（五分） 金箔（三十五片） 为末，蜜丸，弹子大，金箔为衣，温水化下。
治痫疾。
川芎（一两） 蜈蚣（黄脚、赤脚，各一条 防风 郁金 猪牙皂角 明矾（各一两）
为末，蒸饼丸，桐子大，空心茶清下十五丸。
治癫痫不问新久，并宜服之。
南星（泡） 乌蛇肉（浸酒一宿，去皮骨焙干） 白矾（各一两） 辰砂（二钱五分）
全蝎（二钱，去尾，炒） 半夏（酒洗，焙，一两） 雄黄（一钱五分） 蜈蚣（半条，去头足，
炙） 僵蚕（炒，一两五钱） 白附子（炮，五钱） 麝香（三分） 皂角（四两） 先将皂角捣
碎，水半升，揉汁，与白矾同熬为末，入各药末，姜汁打面，糊丸，如桐子大，每服三
十丸，姜汤下。
治风痫。
人参 蛤粉 朱砂（各等分） 共为细末，猪心血为丸，如桐子大，每服三十丸，
食远薄荷汤下。
治癫痫诸疾，惊悸，神不守舍。
颗块朱砂（二两，猪心内酒浸） 金箔（二十片） 白茯苓 酸枣仁 罗参 当归（各二两）
银箔（二十片） 琥珀 远志（姜制） 龙齿（各一两） 为末，酒糊丸，桐子大，每服三
十丸，麦冬汤，或枣仁汤下。

治疗风痫。

治疗癫痫各类疾病，以及惊悸、心神不守的症状。
