〔怔忡提纲〕 此证原由木郁生，上炎相火逼宫城，神魂震荡难安谧，因水凌心病亦成。
金鼎汤（方见神惊）
小半夏加茯苓证
桂枝茯苓甘草大枣证
真武证（真武汤见伤寒） 水气凌心辨要详，治宜半夏合苓姜，病深桂枣兼甘茯，再重须投真武汤。
〔痿证提纲〕 痿证原由肾气生，其根专要取阳明，实虚寒热终宜辨，润养宗筋法可行。
虎潜丸
（证附） 足不能行何药医，琐阳知柏共陈皮，羯羊虎骨兼龟板，牛膝姜归芍地施。
加减四 丸
（证附） 病属肾虚用鹿茸，木瓜牛膝肉苁蓉，菟丝熟地宜增入，五味兼施法可从。
六君子加味汤
（证附） 人参二术共陈皮，柏夏苓甘紫菀施，痿证气虚痰并盛，从知此药总能医。
六味丸加味方
（证附） 茯苓泽泻共丹皮，山药山萸熟地施，病治血虚兼火盛，再加术柏效尤奇。
当归补血汤加味方
（证附 方见头痛） 气血俱虚辨要详，足因痿 不安康，当归补血汤堪用，竹沥还加汁合姜。
〔阳痿提纲〕 宗筋弛懈有由生，肾冷精寒或受惊，得病根原须识定，立方对证性能呈。
赞育丹
（证附） 精寒肾冷有成方，巴戟山萸杜仲良，羊藿苁蓉参桂附，杞归术韭共蛇床。
桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤
（证附） 惊恐旋逢伤肾时，宗筋弛懈病情危，法宜桂芍姜甘枣，龙牡兼施取效奇。

【阳痿病提纲】宗筋弛缓懈怠有其产生的原因，或是肾冷精寒，或是受到惊吓，得病的根源原委必须认识确定，立方的药物对证性能才能呈现。
赞育丹
（证候附注）精寒肾冷有现成的方子，巴戟天、山茱萸、杜仲良好，淫羊藿、肉苁蓉、人参、桂枝、附子，枸杞、当归、白术、韭菜共配蛇床子。
桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤
（证候附注）惊恐突然逢遇损伤肾脏之时，宗筋弛缓懈怠病情危急，治法适宜桂枝、白芍、生姜、甘草、大枣，龙骨、牡蛎兼施取得疗效奇妙。
[Outline of Palpitations] This syndrome originally arises from Liver Qi stagnation, with Ministerial Fire flaring upward and forcing upon the Heart Palace, causing the Shen (Spirit) and Hun (Ethereal Soul) to tremble and making it difficult to remain tranquil. It is also caused by Kidney Water flooding over the Heart.

Xiao Banxia Jia Fuling Tang Syndrome
Guizhi, Fuling, Gancao, Dazao Tang Syndrome
Zhenwu Tang Syndrome (Zhenwu Tang see *Shanghan Lun*): The key points for differentiating Water Qi flooding the Heart must be detailed. Treatment should employ Banxia combined with Fuling and Shengjiang; for deeper disease, Guizhi, Dazao, Gancao, and Fuling should be added; if the condition is severe again, Zhenwu Tang must be administered.
[Outline of Wei Syndrome] Wei Syndrome originally arises from Kidney Qi deficiency. Its root lies specifically in addressing the Yangming Meridian. Deficiency, excess, cold, and heat must ultimately be differentiated, and methods to moisten and nourish the Zongjin (Major Sinews) are feasible.
Hujian Wan
(Attached Case) What medicine treats inability to walk? Suoyang, Zhimu, Huangbai, and Chenpi together; Sheep bone, Tiger bone, and Gui Ban (Tortoise Shell) combined; Niuxi, Jiang (Ginger), Danggui, Baishao, and Dihuang applied.
Jiajian Sijunzi Wan
(Attached Case) For diseases belonging to Kidney deficiency, Lurong (Deer Antler) can be used; Mugua, Niuxi, and Rongzhu (Cistanche); Tusizi and Shudihuang are suitable to add; Wuweizi combined, the method can be followed.
Liujunzi Jiawei Tang
(Attached Case) Renshen, Baizhu, Cangzhu, and Chenpi together; Huangbai, Banxia, Fuling, Gancao, and Ziwan applied; Wei syndrome due to Qi deficiency with abundant Phlegm, from this it is known that this medicine can generally treat it.
Liuwei Wan Jiawei Fang
(Attached Case) Fuling, Zexie, and Danpi together; Shanyao, Shanzhuyu, and Shudihuang applied; treating disease involving Blood deficiency with flourishing Fire, adding Baizhu and Huangbai yields particularly miraculous effects.
Danggui Buxue Tang Jiawei Fang
(Attached Case (Formula see "Headache")) Differentiation of simultaneous Qi and Blood deficiency requires detail; the feet are unwell due to Wei weakness; Danggui Buxue Tang is applicable; Zhu Li (Bamboo Sap) plus juice combined with Jiang (Ginger).
[Outline of Impotence] Relaxation and flaccidity of the Zongjin have their causes; either Cold Kidney with Essence Cold or Shock/Startle. The original root of the disease must be clearly identified, so that the properties of the prescribed formula against the syndrome can manifest.
Zanyu Dan
(Attached Case) There is an existing formula for Essence Cold and Kidney Cold: Bajitian, Shanzhuyu, and Duzhong are good; Yinianhuo, Rongzhu, Renshen, Guizhi, and Fuzi; Gouqi, Danggui, Baizhu, Jiucai (Chinese Chive), and Shechuangzi together.
Guizhi Longgu Muli Tang
(Attached Case) When shock and fear suddenly occur damaging the Kidney, relaxation of the Zongjin makes the condition critical. The method should employ Guizhi, Shaoyao, Jiang, Gancao, and Dazao; Longgu and Muli combined yield miraculous effects.
