〔云〕夺命散治产后血晕入心经，语言颠倒，健忘失志。
没药 血竭（等分）
上研细为末，产后用童便与细酒各半盏，煎一二沸，调下二钱，良久再服，其恶血自下行。
（一妇人产后谵妄，如有神灵，诸药不效，用此服而愈。）
又方 治产后败血冲心，发热狂言奔走，脉虚大者。
干荷叶 生地黄 牡丹皮（等分）
上三味，浓煎汤，调蒲黄二钱匕，一服即定。
郭氏论产后乍见鬼神者何？答曰∶心主身之血脉，因产耗伤血脉，心气虚则败血得积，上干于心，
心不受触，遂致心中烦躁，卧起不安，乍见鬼神，言语颠倒。医人不识，呼为风邪，如此但服调
经散每服加龙胆一捻，得睡即安。
没药 琥珀（并细研） 桂心（各一钱） 芍药 当归（各一分） 麝香 细辛（各三分）
上为末，每服半钱，生姜汁温酒各少许调服。
〔《大》〕治方产一日见鬼，言语颠倒。用苏合香丸一钱，以童便调服即醒。
〔云〕治产后发热，狂言奔走，脉虚大者。四物汤加柴胡。如不愈，加甘草、柴胡、生地黄
等分，煎服亦可。
〔《广》〕治产后血晕，心闷不识，神言鬼语，气急欲绝。
芍药 甘草 丹参（各一两） 生地汁 生姜汁（各一升） 白蜜（一合）
上水二升，先煮三味，取八合，下地黄、生姜汁蜜调，分为二次服。
〔《大》〕治产后败血，及邪气入心，如见祟物，颠狂。用大辰砂一二钱，研极细，用乳汁三
四茶匙许调，仍握紫项活地龙一条入药，候地龙滚三滚，取出地龙不用，不令带药出，但欲得地
龙身上涎耳。入无灰酒与前乳汁和合七八分盏，重汤温，遇疾作，分三二服。
柏子仁散治产后狂言乱语，皆由内虚，败血挟邪攻心。
柏子仁 远志（去心） 人参 桑寄生 防风 琥珀（另研） 当归（炒） 生地（焙）

上为粗末，先用白羊心一个切片，以水一大盏半，先煮至九分，去羊心，入药末五钱，煎至六
分去渣，无时服。
【云岐子】论述：夺命散用于治疗产后血晕邪气侵入心经，导致言语错乱、健忘且意志丧失。
配方：没药、血竭（各等分）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研成细末。产妇服用时，取童子尿和细酒各半盏，煎煮一两次沸腾，调服二钱药末。过一段时间后再次服用，恶露自然下行。
（案例：一位妇人产后出现谵妄症状，如同被神灵附体，各种药物无效，使用此方后痊愈。）
另一处方：治疗产后败血冲犯心脏，伴有发热、胡言乱语、奔跑躁动，脉象虚大的情况。
配方：干荷叶、生地黄、牡丹皮（各等分）。
制法与用法：将这三味药浓煎成汤剂，调入蒲黄二钱匕，服用一次即可安定。
郭氏讨论产后突然看见鬼神的原因是什么？回答说：心主宰身体的血脉，因分娩耗伤血脉，心气虚弱则败血得以积聚，上扰于心。心不能承受这种干扰，于是导致心中烦躁，坐卧不安，突然看见鬼神，言语错乱。医生如果不认识这是病机，误称为风邪，这种情况下只需服用调经散，每服加龙胆草一小撮，若能入睡即平安无事。
配方：没药、琥珀（均研细）、桂心（各一钱）、芍药、当归（各一分）、麝香、细辛（各三分）。
制法与用法：制成粉末，每次服用半钱，用生姜汁和温酒少许调和服用。
【《产宝》】治疗刚分娩一天就看见鬼魂，言语错乱。用苏合香丸一钱，以童子尿调服即可苏醒。
【云岐子】治疗产后发热，胡言乱语，奔跑躁动，脉象虚大者。使用四物汤加入柴胡。如果未愈，加入甘草、柴胡、生地黄各等分，煎服也可以。
【《广济方》】治疗产后血晕，心胸闷塞不知人事，说神说鬼的话，气息急促几乎断绝。
配方：芍药、甘草、丹参（各一两）、生地汁、生姜汁（各一升）、白蜜（一合）。
制法与用法：用水二升，先煎煮前三味药，取八合药液，加入地黄汁、生姜汁和蜂蜜调和，分为两次服用。
【《产宝》】治疗产后败血，以及邪气侵入心脏，如见祟物，癫狂。用大辰砂一二钱，研磨极细，用乳汁三四茶匙调和，同时握住一条紫项活地龙放入药中，等待地龙翻滚三圈后，取出地龙不再使用，不要让它带出药物，只要得到地龙身上的涎水即可。将所得涎水与无灰酒及前述乳汁混合约七八分盏，隔水加热温热，在发病时，分两三次服用。
柏子仁散治疗产后胡言乱语，这都是由于内部虚弱，败血挟带邪气攻心所致。
配方：柏子仁、远志（去心）、人参、桑寄生、防风、琥珀（另研）、当归（炒）、生地黄（焙）、甘草（各等分）。
制法与用法：制成粗末，先用一个白羊心切片，加水一大盏半，先煮至九分满，去掉羊心，加入药末五钱，煎至六分满，去渣，随时服用。
[Yun Qizi] Discussion: Duoming San (Life-Saving Powder) is used to treat postpartum blood dizziness where pathogenic factors invade the Heart Meridian, resulting in disordered speech, forgetfulness, and loss of will.
Ingredients: Myrrha (Myrrha), Dragon's Blood (Sanguis Draconis) (equal parts).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. For postpartum administration, take half a cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy and half a cup of refined wine, boil for one or two boils, mix with two qian of the powder, and administer. After a while, administer again; the lochia will naturally descend.
(Case: A woman suffered from postpartum delirium, appearing as if possessed by spirits, with no effect from various medicines. She was cured using this prescription.)
Another Prescription: Treats postpartum敗血 (retained blood) rushing to the Heart, accompanied by fever, rambling speech, running about restlessly, and a deficient and large pulse.
Ingredients: Dried Lotus Leaf (Nelumbinis Folium), Raw Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix), Moutan Cortex (Moutan Cortex) (equal parts).
Preparation and Administration: Decoct these three herbs strongly to make a soup, mix in two qian bi of Pteridii Spora (Puhuang), and one dose will settle the condition.
Guo discussed the cause of suddenly seeing ghosts and spirits after childbirth. The answer is: The Heart governs the blood vessels of the body. Childbirth consumes and injures the blood vessels; when Heart Qi is deficient, retained blood accumulates and harasses the Heart upwards. The Heart cannot tolerate this disturbance, leading to inner irritability, restlessness in lying down and rising, sudden visions of ghosts and spirits, and disordered speech. If physicians do not recognize this pattern and mistakenly call it Wind Pathogen, simply administering Tiaojing San (Regulating Menstruation Powder) with a pinch of Gentiana Scabra Root (Gentianae Radix) added per dose will bring peace once sleep is achieved.
Ingredients: Myrrha (Myrrha), Amber (Succinum) (both finely ground), Cinnamon Twig (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (each 1 qian), White Peony Root (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Angelica Sinensis Root (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1 fen), Musk (Moschus), Asarum Root (Asari Radix) (each 3 fen).
Preparation and Administration: Make into a powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with a little ginger juice and warm wine.
[Chanbao] Treats seeing ghosts on the first day after delivery, with disordered speech. Use Suhexiang Wan (Styrax Pill) 1 qian, mixed with urine from an uncircumcised boy for administration; the patient will wake up immediately.
[Yun Qizi] Treats postpartum fever, rambling speech, running about restlessly, and a deficient and large pulse. Use Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) plus Bupleurum Root (Bupleuri Radix). If not cured, add Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Bupleurum Root (Bupleuri Radix), and Raw Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix) in equal parts, decoct and administer.
[Guangjifang] Treats postpartum blood dizziness, chest oppression with unconsciousness, speaking words of gods and ghosts, rapid breathing almost to the point of death.
Ingredients: White Peony Root (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Salvia Root (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix) (each 1 liang), Juice of Raw Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix Sucus), Ginger Juice (Zingiberis Recensis Sucus) (each 1 sheng), White Honey (Mel Album) (1 he).
Preparation and Administration: Use 2 sheng of water, first decoct the first three herbs to obtain 8 he of liquid. Add Rehmannia juice, ginger juice, and honey, mix well, and divide into two doses for administration.
[Chanbao] Treats postpartum retained blood and evil qi invading the Heart, such as seeing malevolent entities, mania, and madness. Use 1-2 qian of Cinnabar (Cinnabaris), grind extremely fine, mix with 3-4 tea spoons of milk. Hold a live earthworm with a purple neck in the medicine, wait for the earthworm to roll three times, then remove the earthworm without letting it take out the medicine; only the saliva from the earthworm is desired. Mix this saliva with unfermented wine and the aforementioned milk to make about 7-8 fen zhang, warm in a double boiler, and divide into 2-3 doses during attacks.
Baizi Ren San (Seed of Platycladi Seed Decoction) treats postpartum rambling and confused speech, which is caused by internal deficiency, where retained blood carries pathogenic factors to attack the Heart.
Ingredients: Seed of Platycladi Seed (Platycladi Semen), Polygala Root (Polygalae Radix) (heart removed), Ginseng Root (Ginseng Radix), Mulberry Mistletoe Stem (Taxilli Herba), Saposhnikovia Root (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Amber (Succinum) (ground separately), Fried Angelica Sinensis Root (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baked Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Preparation and Administration: Make into coarse powder. First, slice one white sheep heart, add 1.5 da zhang of water, decoct until 90% remains, remove the sheep heart, add 5 qian of the herb powder, decoct until 60% remains, strain, and administer at any time.
