〔《大》〕治面部生疮，或鼻脸赤，风刺，粉刺，用尽药不效者，惟有此药可治，神妙不可言。每
以少许，临卧时洗面令净，如面油用之。数日间疮肿处自平，赤亦自消。如风刺、粉刺，一夕见效，
仍涂药，勿近眼处。
生硫黄 香白芷 栝蒌仁 腻粉（各半钱） 全蝎（七枚） 蝉蜕（五枚洗） 芫青（七枚，去翅足）
上为细末。麻油、黄蜡，约度如合面油法，火熬溶，取下离火，入诸药在内，每用少许涂面上。
〔《山》〕面疮。水调平胃散涂之。
〔《千》〕治脸上热疮，涎出，以蒲黄敷上瘥。
〔东〕洗面药方。治面有 点，或生疮及粉刺之类，并去皮肤燥痒垢腻，润泽肌肤。
皂角（三斤，去皮弦子，另捣） 糯米（一升二合） 绿豆（八合，拣净，另捣） 楮实子（五两）
三柰子 缩砂（连皮，半两） 白芨（二两，肥者锉） 甘松（七钱） 升麻（半两） 白丁香（五钱，
腊月收拣，净）
上七味，同为细末讫，和绿豆、糯米粉及皂角末，一处搅匀，用之效。
面油摩风膏
麻黄（二分） 升麻根（二钱，去皮） 羌活（去皮，一两） 防风（二钱） 归身（一钱） 白芨（一钱）
白檀（五分）
上以绵裹定前药，于银石器中用油五两同熬得所，澄清去渣，以黄蜡一两，再煎熬为度。
莹肌如玉散
白丁香（一两） 香白芷（七钱） 升麻（半两） 白芨（一两） 麻黄（去节二钱） 白牵牛（一两）
当归梢（半两） 白附子（二钱半） 白蒺黎（一两） 楮实子（四钱） 白茯苓（三钱） 连翘（一钱半）
白蔹（一两） 小椒（一两）
上为细末。每用半钱，多少洗之。
涂 黯，不令生疮。
猪苓 麻黄 桂枝 白蒺藜 白附子 连翘 防风 香白芷 白蔹 当归身 升麻根 白芨
上等分，为细末。洗面用之，临卧，唾调少许涂面上。
〔《肘》〕疗面多 黯如雀卵色。以 羊胆一枚，酒二升，煮三沸。涂拭之，三日瘥。治面上
粉刺。捣菟丝子绞汁涂之。
〔《竹》〕白附丹。治男子妇人面上黑斑点。
白附子（一两） 白芨 白蔹 白茯苓 密陀僧 白石脂 定粉（各等分。研）
上为细末。用洗面药洗净，临睡用人乳汁，如无用牛乳或鸡子清调和．丸如龙眼大，窨干。
逐旋用温浆水磨开敷之。
【《大》】治疗面部生疮，或者鼻部及脸颊发红、有风刺（一种皮肤赘生物）、粉刺，用尽各种药物都无效的情况，只有此药可以治疗，效果神妙不可言。每次取少量，在临睡前将脸洗净后使用，就像涂面油一样。几天后，疮肿处自然平复，红色也会自行消退。如果是风刺、粉刺，一夜之间就能见效，之后继续涂抹药物，注意不要靠近眼睛部位。

【东】洗面药方。治疗面部有色斑，或生疮及粉刺等症，并能去除皮肤干燥、瘙痒、污垢油腻，使肌肤润泽。
皂角（三斤，去掉皮和筋络，单独捣碎） 糯米（一升二合） 绿豆（八合，拣选干净，单独捣碎） 楮实子（五两）
三柰子 缩砂（带皮，半两） 白芨（二两，选用肥大的锉碎） 甘松（七钱） 升麻（半两） 白丁香（五钱，腊月收集拣选，干净）
以上七味药，一同研成细末后，与绿豆粉、糯米粉及皂角末混合，搅拌均匀，使用有效。
麻黄（二分） 升麻根（二钱，去皮） 羌活（去皮，一两） 防风（二钱） 归身（一钱） 白芨（一钱）
白檀（五分）
以上药材用棉布包裹固定，放入银器或石器中，用五两油同熬至适宜程度，澄清去渣，加入一两黄蜡，再次煎熬至合适状态。
白丁香（一两） 香白芷（七钱） 升麻（半两） 白芨（一两） 麻黄（去节二钱） 白牵牛（一两）
当归梢（半两） 白附子（二钱半） 白蒺藜（一两） 楮实子（四钱） 白茯苓（三钱） 连翘（一钱半）
白蔹（一两） 小椒（一两）
以上药材研成细末。每次取半钱，根据情况适量清洗面部。
涂抹治疗色斑，防止生疮。

【《肘》】治疗面部多色斑如雀卵色。取羊胆一枚，酒二升，煮开三次。涂抹擦拭，三天痊愈。治疗面上粉刺。捣碎菟丝子绞汁涂抹。
白附子（一两） 白芨 白蔹 白茯苓 密陀僧 白石脂 定粉（各等分，研磨）
以上药材研成细末。先用洗面药洗净面部，临睡前用人乳汁调和，若无可用牛奶或鸡蛋清调和，制成如龙眼大小的丸剂，阴干。
使用时逐渐用温浆水磨开敷贴。
[From *Da*] For treating sores on the face, or redness of the nose and cheeks, wind thorns (a type of skin excrescence), and acne, when all other medicines have failed, only this medicine can be used; its efficacy is miraculous and beyond description. Take a small amount before going to bed after washing the face clean, applying it like facial oil. Within a few days, the swelling and sores will naturally flatten, and the redness will subside. For wind thorns and acne, improvement can be seen overnight. Continue applying the medicine, but avoid the eye area.
Sheng Liuhuang (Raw Realgar), Xiang Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), Gualou Ren (Trichosanthes Seed), Nifen (Calomelas) (each half qian), Quanxie (Whole Scorpion) (seven pieces), Chantui (Cicada Slough) (five pieces, washed), Yuanqing (Blister Beetle) (seven pieces, wings and legs removed).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use sesame oil and beeswax, estimating the quantity as for making facial oil. Melt over fire, remove from heat, add the medicinal powders, and apply a small amount to the face each time.
[From *Shan*] Facial sores. Apply Pingwei San (Pingwei Powder) mixed with water.
[From *Qian*] For treating hot sores on the face accompanied by salivation, apply Puhuang (Lygodii Spora) to heal.
[Dong] Face-washing prescription. Treats spots on the face, sores, acne, etc., and removes dryness, itching, dirt, and grease from the skin, moisturizing the complexion.
Zaojiao (Soap Pod) (three jin, skin and strings removed, pounded separately), Nuomi (Glutinous Rice) (one sheng two he), Ludou (Mung Bean) (eight he, selected clean, pounded separately), Chushizi (Broussonetia Fruit) (five liang), Sannaizi (Sanpinaca Root), Suosha (Amomum Villosum, with skin) (half liang), Baiji (Bletilla Rhizome) (two liang, large ones sliced), Gansong (Nardostachys Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (half liang), Baidingxiang (Stercoris Mustelae) (five qian, collected in the twelfth lunar month, clean).
Grind the above seven herbs into a fine powder. Mix with mung bean powder, glutinous rice powder, and soap pod powder, stir evenly, and use for effectiveness.
Mianyou Mofeng Gao (Facial Oil Wind-Rubbing Ointment)
Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (two fen), Shengmaggen (Cimicifugae Radix) (two qian, peeled), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) (peeled, one liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (two qian), Guishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (one qian), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma) (one qian), Baitan (Santalum Album Lignum) (five fen).
Wrap the above drugs in cotton, boil in five liang of oil in a silver or earthenware vessel until suitable. Clarify and remove dregs. Add one liang of beeswax and simmer again to the appropriate consistency.
Yingji Ruyu San (Jade-Like Skin Brightening Powder)
Baidingxiang (Stercoris Mustelae) (one liang), Xiang Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (seven qian), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (half liang), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma) (one liang), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, nodes removed) (two qian), Baiqianniu (Pharbitidis Semen) (one liang), Dangguishaoo (Radix Angelicae Sinensis tip) (half liang), Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) (two qian half), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus) (one liang), Chushizi (Broussonetiae Fructus) (four qian), Baifuling (Poria) (three qian), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) (one qian half), Bailian (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) (one liang), Xiaojiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (one liang).
Grind into a fine powder. Each time use half qian, wash the face with an appropriate amount.
Apply to treat melasma, preventing sores.
Zhuling (Polyporus), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus), Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Xiang Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Bailian (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shengmaggen (Cimicifugae Radix), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma).
Equal parts, grind into a fine powder. Use for face washing. Before bed, mix a small amount with saliva and apply to the face.
[From *Zhouhou*] For treating many spots on the face resembling bird egg colors. Take one sheep gallbladder and two sheng of wine, boil three times. Apply and wipe; heals in three days. For facial acne, crush Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), squeeze out juice, and apply.
[From *Zhulü*] Baifu Dan (Baifu Pill). Treats black spots on the faces of men and women.
Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) (one liang), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Bailian (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Baifuling (Poria), Miduoseng (Lithargyri), Baishizhi (Kaolinite), Dingfen (Cerussa) (equal parts, ground).
Grind into a fine powder. Wash the face with face-washing medicine first. Before sleep, mix with human breast milk; if unavailable, use cow's milk or egg white. Form pills the size of a longan fruit and dry in shade.
When using, gradually grind open with warm grain water and apply.
