一类是因父母素有杨梅结毒(梅毒),传染给胞胎,导致婴儿出生时上半身或下半身出现赤烂,甚至颜色呈紫黑色;
对于属于恶候遗毒的病例,内服换肌消毒散,外用清凉膏或鹅黄散敷贴;

Congenital absence of skin in newborns has two main etiologies: one is transmission from parents suffering from syphilis; the other is prematurity, where the fetus is born before full term. The condition presents with missing skin, erythema and ulceration, and unbearable pain.
For cases caused by residual venereal toxins (syphilis), administer HuANJI Xiaodu San internally and apply Qingliang Ehuang Fen externally. Once the toxin is resolved and the body structure is complete, the skin will naturally grow firm and intact.
[Annotation]
Infants born without skin present with two types of syndromes:
One type results from parents having had Yangmei Jiedu (chancre of syphilis) previously, which infects the fetal sac. Consequently, upon birth, the infant may exhibit erythema and ulceration on either the upper or lower body, or even a purplish-black discoloration.
The other type results from premature delivery due to insufficient gestational months, causing the entire body's skin to be macerated, red, tender, and shiny.
For cases attributed to malignant conditions and residual toxins, administer Huanji Xiaodu San internally, and apply Qingliang Gao or Ehuang San externally.
For cases of deficient fetal origin (congenital weakness), administer Danggui Yin internally, and apply rice flour externally.
"Resolution of toxin and completion of form" refers to the elimination of toxic qi, after which the skin will gradually regenerate, becoming complete and robust.
