【方歌】虫偶入耳勿惊慌，烧肉香气近耳旁，独坐夜灯引虫出，
麻油滴耳使虫殃。
【注】百虫偶然误入耳中（如蝇、蚊小虫），以麻油数点滴入
耳窍，虫即死取出。如蜒蚰等物入者，以肉炙香，置于
耳旁，虫闻香自出。夜间暗入者，切勿惊慌响叫，逼虫
内攻，宜端坐点灯光向耳窍，其虫见光自出。若对面有
人，其虫不出，人皆旁避方效。
【方歌】胎毒初患赤游丹，腹肢先后内外参，人服外贴兼砭血，
红轻紫重黑难痊。
【注】小儿赤游丹之证，皆由胎毒所致。欲发之时，先身热，
啼叫，惊搐不宁，次生红晕，由小渐大，其色如丹，游
走无定，起于背腹，流散四肢者顺；起于四肢，流入胸
腹者逆。或初生之后，外用热水洗浴，兼以火烘衣物，
触动内毒，遂成此证。治之者，先宜砭出恶血，看血色
红者轻，紫者重，黑者死。次宜牛、羊肉片，遍贴红晕
处，微干再易，俟肉片不干，换如意金黄散，用蓝靛清
汁调敷，内初服大连翘饮，次服消毒犀角饮。大便秘结
，加生大黄三、五分，若烦躁、唇焦、面赤者，宜服五
福化毒丹；若失治，毒气入里，腹胀坚硬，声音雌哑，
吮乳不下咽者，宜服紫雪散下之。一、二日间，身轻腹
软，热退身凉，砭处肉活，乳哺如常者生，反此者不治
。

组成：连翘（去心） 当归
赤芍 防风
木通 滑石（水飞）
牛蒡子（炒，研） 蝉蜕（去足、翅）
瞿麦 石膏（〔火段〕）
荆芥 甘草（生）
柴胡 黄芩
栀子（生，研） 车前子（各五分）
水二钟，灯心二十根，煎八分，子与乳母同服。
【方歌】大连翘饮赤游丹，归芍防通滑蒡蝉，瞿麦石膏荆芥草，
柴芩栀子共车前。
又方：消毒犀角饮
组成：犀角（镑） 防风（各一钱）
甘草（生，五分） 黄连（生，三分）
水二钟，灯心二十根，煎四分，徐徐服之。
【方歌】消毒犀角饮黄连，防风甘草共和煎，赤游丹毒啼惊搐，
气粗身热服之安。
又方：五福化毒丹
组成：人参 赤茯苓
桔梗（各二两） 牙硝
青黛 黄连
龙胆草（各一两） 甘草（生，五钱）
玄参 朱砂（各三钱）
冰片（五分）
共研细末，炼蜜为丸，如芡实大，金箔为衣。
每服一丸，薄荷、灯心煎汤化服。
【方歌】五福化毒清热速，疮瘤丹毒服即除，参苓桔草硝冰黛，
黄连胆草玄参朱。
又方：如意金黄散（见肿疡门）
紫雪散（见舌部重舌）
【方歌】虫子偶然进入耳朵不要惊慌，用烧肉的香气靠近耳旁，独自坐在夜灯下引导虫子出来，滴入麻油使虫子死亡。
【注】百虫偶然误入耳中（如苍蝇、蚊子等小虫），将几滴麻油滴入耳窍，虫子就会死掉并被取出。如果是蜒蚰（蛞蝓）等物体进入，用肉烤出香味，放置在耳旁，虫子闻到香味会自己出来。夜间暗中进入的，千万不要惊慌大叫，以免逼迫虫子向内部攻击，应该端正坐好，点灯光对着耳窍，虫子见到光就会自己出来。如果对面有人，虫子不出来，人都要避开旁边才有效。
【方歌】胎毒初次患赤游丹，腹部和四肢先后内外都有涉及，内服药物外贴药膏兼用砭石放血，红色轻症紫色重症黑色难治。
【注】小儿赤游丹的证候，都是由胎毒引起的。将要发作的时候，先出现身体发热，啼叫，惊厥抽搐不安，接着产生红晕，由小逐渐变大，颜色像丹砂一样，游走不定，从背部腹部开始，流散到四肢的是顺证；从四肢开始，流入胸腹的是逆证。或者在出生之后，外用热水洗浴，同时用火烘烤衣物，触动体内毒素，于是形成这个病症。治疗的人，先用砭石放出恶血，看血色红色的轻，紫色的重，黑色的死。其次用牛、羊肉片，遍贴红晕处，稍微干了再更换，等到肉片不干时，换成如意金黄散，用蓝靛清汁调匀敷上，内服初期服用大连翘饮，随后服用消毒犀角饮。大便秘结，加生大黄三、五分，如果烦躁、嘴唇焦枯、面色红润的，适宜服用五福化毒丹；如果延误治疗，毒气进入体内，腹胀坚硬，声音嘶哑，吮吸乳汁不下咽的，适宜服用紫雪散泻下。一两天间，身体轻便腹部柔软，热退身凉，砭刺处肌肉恢复活力，吃奶如常的能活，相反的情况则无法救治。

[Prescription Verse] If a bug accidentally enters the ear, do not panic; roast meat and place it near the ear to attract it out; sit alone by a night lamp to guide the bug out; drip sesame oil into the ear to kill the bug.
[Annotation] When various insects accidentally enter the ear (such as flies or mosquitoes), drip several drops of Sesame Oil (Semen Sesami) into the ear canal; the insects will die and can be removed. If creatures like slugs enter, roast meat until fragrant and place it beside the ear; the insects will emerge on their own upon smelling the fragrance. If they enter at night in the dark, do not panic or shout loudly, as this may force the insects deeper into the ear. Instead, sit upright and shine a light towards the ear canal; the insects will exit on their own seeing the light. If there is someone opposite, the insects may not come out; everyone should move aside for it to be effective.
[Prescription Verse] When fetal toxin first manifests as Red Roaming Carbuncle (Chi You Dan), it affects the abdomen and limbs, internally and externally. Internal medication, external application, and bloodletting with stone needles are used; red indicates mildness, purple indicates severity, and black is difficult to cure.
[Annotation] The syndrome of pediatric Red Roaming Carbuncle (Chi You Dan) is caused by fetal toxin. Before onset, there is initial fever, crying, restlessness, and convulsions. Then red rashes appear, starting small and gradually enlarging, colored like cinnabar, wandering without fixed location. Starting from the back and abdomen and spreading to the limbs is a favorable course; starting from the limbs and flowing into the chest and abdomen is an unfavorable course. This condition may also arise after birth due to bathing with hot water and drying clothes with fire, which stirs up internal toxins. Treatment should begin with bloodletting using stone needles; red blood indicates a mild case, purple indicates severe, and black indicates death. Next, apply slices of beef or mutton over the red rash area; replace when slightly dry. When the meat slices are no longer dry, apply Ruyi Jinhuang San (Ruyi Golden Yellow Powder) mixed with clear juice of Indigofera tinctoria Leaf (Qing Dai). Internally, administer Da Lianqiao Yin (Large Forsythia Decoction) initially, followed by Xiaodu Xijiao Yin (Detoxifying Rhinoceros Horn Decoction). For constipation, add raw Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Da Huang) 3-5 fen. For irritability, scorched lips, and flushed face, Wufu Huadu Dan (Five Blessings Toxin-Dissolving Pill) is suitable. If treatment is delayed and toxin enters the interior causing abdominal distension and hardness, hoarseness, and inability to swallow milk, Zixue San (Purple Snow Powder) should be administered to purge. If within one or two days, the body becomes light, abdomen soft, fever subsides, skin cools, flesh at the needle sites recovers vitality, and feeding returns to normal, the patient will survive; otherwise, it is incurable.

[Prescription Verse] Da Lianqiao Yin treats Chi You Dan,
With Danggui, Chishao, Fangfeng, Mutong, Huashi, Niubangzi, Chantian.
Qumai, Shigao, Jingjie, Gancao,
Chaihu, Huangqin, Zhizi, and Cheqian together.

Boil 2 zhong of water with 20 roots of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao) until reduced to 4 fen. Take slowly.
[Prescription Verse] Xiaodu Xijiao Yin contains Huanglian,
Fangfeng and Gancao boiled together.
For Chi You Dan toxicity with crying, convulsions,
Coarse breath and fever, taking it brings peace.

Grind all into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills, size similar to Euryale Seed (Qianshi), coated with Gold Foil.
Take one pill per dose, dissolved in decoction of Mentha Haplocalyx (Bohe) and Juncus effusus (Dengxincao).
[Prescription Verse] Wufu Huadu Dan clears heat quickly,
Eliminating sores, tumors, and carbuncles upon ingestion.
Renshen, Fuling, Jiegeng, Gancao, Yanxiao, Bingpian, Qingdai,
Huanglian, Longdancao, Xuanshen, and Zhusha.
