[1]若因大肠血虚火炽者，用四物汤送润肠丸，或以猪胆汁导之。

[4]若大便秘结，里实气壮，腹痛坚硬者，用玉烛散。

以上为末，炼蜜丸弹子大，空心，白汤送下。

大猪胆一枚，泻汁和法醋少许，以灌谷道内，如一时顷，当大便，出
宿食恶物甚效。

生地黄 当归 川芎 赤芍药 大黄(酒浸) 芒硝

[2] 猪胆汁导法（灌肠法）
取一个大猪胆，挤出胆汁并加入少许醋调和，灌入肛门内。大约过一顿饭的时间，应当排出大便，对于排出宿食和污秽之物非常有效。
[3] 玉烛散
生地黄、当归、川芎、赤芍药、大黄（酒浸）、芒硝。

[1] If caused by blood deficiency and blazing fire in the Large Intestine, administer Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) to wash down Run Chang Wan (Moisten Intestines Pill), or use Pig Bile Enema.
[2] If caused by Kidney Yin deficiency with dryness from deficient fire, use Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill).
[3] If caused by Qi deficiency of the Stomach and Intestines, use Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction).
[4] If there is severe constipation with excess pathogenic factors inside, robust Zheng Qi (Upright Qi), abdominal pain, and hardness upon palpation, use Yuzhu San (Jade Candle Powder).

[1] Run Chang Wan (Moisten Intestines Pill)
Da Huang (Rhubarb Rhizome and Rhizome), Dang Gui Wei (Angelica Sinensis Root Tail), Qiang Huo (Notopterygium Rhizome and Root) each 5 qian; Tao Ren (Peach Seed), Ma Ren (Hemp Seed) each 1 liang.
Grind the above into powder, make pills using refined honey, size of a bullet. Take on an empty stomach with warm water.
[2] Pig Bile Enema Method
One large pig gallbladder, extract the juice and mix with a small amount of vinegar. Instill into the anus. After about one hour, defecation should occur. This is very effective for expelling retained food and foul matter.
[3] Yuzhu San (Jade Candle Powder)
Sheng Di Huang (Rehmannia Root), Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root), Da Huang (Rhubarb Rhizome and Rhizome, soaked in wine), Mang Xiao (Mirabilite).
Add fresh ginger as a guide, decoct in water and take orally.
[4] Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) and Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) are detailed under "Injury Bleeding".

[Attribute]:
[1] Vomiting black blood due to injury: Initially caused by blunt trauma, causing stagnant blood to flow into the Stomach region. The blood appears black like bean dregs and is vomited out.
[2] For patients with robust constitution and sufficient Zheng Qi (Upright Qi), use Baihe San (Lily Powder); for those with weak constitution and deficient Zheng Qi (Upright Qi), use Jiawei Xiongqiong Tang (Modified Ligusticum and Angelica Decoction).

Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root), Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Bai He (Lily Bulb), Sheng Di Huang (Rehmannia Root), Ce Bai Ye (Biota Tops), Jing Jie (Schizonepeta Spike), Xi Jiao (Rhinoceros Horn - *Note: Substitute with Water Buffalo Horn in modern practice*), Mu Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex), Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root), Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), Zhi Zi (Gardenia Fruit), Yu Jin (Curcuma Longa Rhizome), Da Huang (Rhubarb Rhizome and Rhizome) each 1 qian.
Decoct in water, add urine from a healthy boy and take mixed.
[2] Jiawei Xiongqiong Tang (Modified Ligusticum and Angelica Decoction)
Xiong Qiong (Ligusticum and Angelica roots), Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Bai He (Lily Bulb, soaked in water for one day), Jing Jie (Schizonepeta Spike) each 1 qian.
Use 1.5 zhong of water and 0.5 zhong of wine, decoct until 0.8 zhong remains. Take at any time.
