【方歌】箭头入肉钳不出，解骨丸纳羊脂敷，燋铜毒箭金汁解，
射菵中人蓝汁涂。
【注】箭头嵌入肉内，钳不出者，宜解骨丸纳伤口内，外用羊
肾脂细嚼贴之。觉痒忍之，极痒箭头渐冒，撼动拔出，
即以人尿洗之，贴陀僧膏，日换，伤口自敛。又有毒箭
二种，交广蛮夷用燋铜作箭镞甚毒，人若中之，才伤皮
肉，便闷脓沸烂而死，急饮金汁，外亦用金汁抹之。若
金汁一时不得，即灌人粪汁并外敷之，非此不能解毒也
。又一种以毒药喂箭，名为射菵，人若中之甚毒，急用
葛氏方，用蓝靛汁一碗灌之，外亦用涂抹伤处；一法用
大豆、猪、羊血，内服外敷，解毒亦效。又箭镞不出者
，捣鼠肝涂之，或鼠脑捣涂即出。
方剂：解骨丸
组成：蜣螂（研） 雄黄（研）
象牙末（各等分）
共和匀炼蜜为丸，如黍米大，纳伤口处。
【方歌】解骨丸能拔箭镞，蜣螂雄黄功效速，象牙末加蜜炼丸，
大如黍米纳伤处。
又方：陀僧膏（见溃疡门）
【方歌】铁针入肉随气游，走向心胸险可愁；乌鸦翎灰酒调服，
膏贴针出始免忧。
【注】凡铁针误入肉中，无眼者不动，有眼者随气游走，若走
向心窠胸膛者险。急用乌鸦翎数根，炙焦黄色，研细末
，酒调服一钱或二钱俱可，外用神圣膏贴三、五次，其
针自出。前法用在一、二日间效。
方剂：神圣膏
组成：用车脂辇油，不拘多少，研如膏，调磁石末，摊纸上，
如钱许贴之，每日二换。
【方歌】箭头嵌入肉中，用钳子夹不出来时，将解骨丸放入伤口内，外用羊脂敷贴；被烧焦铜制成的毒箭射伤，可用金汁解毒；被名为“射菵”的毒物射中，用蓝靛汁涂抹。
【注】箭头嵌入肉内，无法用钳子取出的，适宜将解骨丸纳入伤口内部，外用羊肾脂细细嚼碎后贴敷。感到瘙痒时要忍住，当极度瘙痒时箭头会逐渐冒出，晃动后即可拔出，随即用人尿清洗伤口，贴上陀僧膏，每日更换，伤口自然愈合。又有两种毒箭，是交州、广州一带蛮夷人使用烧焦的铜制作箭镞，毒性极大，人若被射中，刚损伤皮肉，就会感到胸闷、脓液沸腾溃烂而死，此时急需饮用金汁，外部也涂抹金汁。如果一时得不到金汁，就灌服人粪汁并外敷，不用这两种方法就不能解毒。又有一种是用毒药喂养箭矢，名叫“射菵”，人若被射中，毒性极烈，急需使用葛氏方，用一碗蓝靛汁灌服，外部也涂抹在受伤处；另一种方法是用大豆、猪血、羊血，内服外敷，解毒也很有效。另外，如果箭镞取不出来的，捣碎鼠肝涂敷，或者捣碎鼠脑涂敷，箭镞即可出来。
方剂：解骨丸
组成：蜣螂（研碎）、雄黄（研碎）、象牙末（各等分）
共同混合均匀，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如黍米，放入伤口处。

【方歌】铁针误入肉中会随气机游走，走向心胸部位危险令人忧愁；乌鸦羽毛灰用酒调服，贴上膏药针出才免除忧虑。
【注】凡是铁针误入肉中，没有眼孔的不动，有眼孔的会随气机游走，如果走向心窝胸膛部位则很危险。急需使用几根乌鸦翎毛，烤至焦黄色，研成细末，用酒调服一钱或二钱都可以，外部用神圣膏贴敷三到五次，铁针自然排出。前面的方法用在一两天内效果显著。
[Prescription Verse] When an arrowhead is embedded in the flesh and cannot be extracted with forceps, insert Jiegud Wan (Bone-Resolving Pill) into the wound and apply sheep fat externally. For injuries caused by poisoned arrows made of scorched copper, use Jinzhi (Human Feces Juice) to detoxify; for injuries from a substance called Shebang (Poisoned Dart), apply Lan Zhi (Indigo Paste) topically.
[Annotation] When an arrowhead is embedded in the flesh and cannot be removed by forceps, it is appropriate to insert Jiegud Wan (Bone-Resolving Pill) into the wound cavity. Externally, chew sheep kidney fat thoroughly and apply it as a patch. Endure the sensation of itching; when the itching becomes extreme, the arrowhead will gradually protrude. Shake it loose and extract it. Immediately wash the wound with human urine, apply Tuoseng Gao (Monk’s Plaster), change daily, and the wound will heal naturally. There are two types of poisoned arrows used by the barbarians in Jiaozhou and Guangzhou, made from arrowheads of scorched copper, which are extremely toxic. If struck, even slight skin and muscle damage leads to chest oppression, boiling pus, ulceration, and death. Urgently drink Jinzhi (Human Feces Juice) and apply it externally. If Jinzhi is unavailable at the moment, administer human feces juice orally and apply it externally; without these, detoxification is impossible. Another type involves arrows fed with poison, named Shebang (Poisoned Dart). If struck, the toxicity is severe. Urgently use Ge Shi Fang (Ge’s Prescription): drink one bowl of Lan Dian Zhi (Indigo Dye Juice) and apply it topically to the injury site. Alternatively, use soybeans, pig blood, and sheep blood, administered internally and applied externally, which is also effective for detoxification. Furthermore, if the arrowhead cannot be extracted, apply crushed rat liver or crushed rat brain topically, and the arrowhead will emerge.
Formula: Jiegud Wan (Bone-Resolving Pill)
Composition: Dung Beetle (ground), Realgar (ground), Ivory Powder (equal parts each).
Mix uniformly, refine honey to form pills the size of millet seeds, and insert into the wound site.
[Prescription Verse] Jiegud Wan (Bone-Resolving Pill) can extract arrowheads; Dung Beetle and Realgar act swiftly. Add Ivory Powder, refine with honey to make pills, size of millet seeds, insert into the wound.
Another Formula: Tuoseng Gao (Monk’s Plaster) (See Ulcer Section)
[Prescription Verse] An iron needle entering the flesh wanders with Qi; moving toward the heart and chest is dangerous and worrisome. Crow feather ash taken with wine resolves it; applying plaster allows the needle to exit, ending worry.
[Annotation] Whenever an iron needle accidentally enters the flesh, those without an eye do not move, while those with an eye wander with Qi. If it moves toward the heart pit or chest, it is perilous. Urgently use several crow feathers, roast until yellowish-brown, grind into fine powder, and take 1 qian or 2 qian mixed with wine. Externally, apply Shensheng Gao (Divine Holy Plaster) three to five times, and the needle will discharge spontaneously. The aforementioned method is effective within one or two days.
Formula: Shensheng Gao (Divine Holy Plaster)
Composition: Use Che Zhi Nian You (Vehicle Fat Cart Oil), quantity不拘 (unrestricted), grind into a paste, mix with Cishi Mo (Magnetite Powder), spread on paper, size of a coin, apply, change twice daily.
