【方歌】胎惊丹毒面初生，形如水痘根微红，时出时隐延颈项，
继发丹毒赤游同。
【注】此证因孕母受惊，传袭子胎。婴儿初生之后，周岁以上
，忽两眼胞红晕，面色青黯，烦热夜啼，或面如燕脂，
此属伏热在内，散发于面，状如水痘，根脚微红，时出
时隐，延及项项，继发丹毒。初用四圣散洗目，其形色
顺逆，治法皆同赤游丹。若此患延及胸乳，痰喘抽搐，
此属火毒攻里，防变惊风，宜服百解散、五和汤救之。
方剂：四圣散
组成：木贼 秦皮
红枣子 灯心
黄连（各五钱）
共研粗末，每用二钱，水一钟，煎七分，去渣，频
洗两目。
【方歌】四圣散治热毒侵，木贼秦皮枣灯心，再入黄连研粗末，
煎汤去渣洗目频。
又方：百解散
组成：干葛（二两五钱） 升麻
赤芍（二两） 甘草（生，一两五钱）
黄芩（一两） 麻黄（炙，七钱五分）
肉桂（拣薄者，刮去粗皮，二钱五分）
共研粗末，每服二钱，水一钟，姜二片，葱一根，
煎七分，不拘时温服。
【方歌】百解惊丹毒内攻，煎服不致变惊风，干葛麻黄芩桂草，
升麻赤芍共姜葱。
又方：五和汤
组成：大黄 枳壳（麸炒）
甘草（炙，各七钱五分） 赤茯苓
当归（酒洗，各五钱）
共研粗末，每服二钱，水一钟，煎七分，不拘时服
。
【方歌】五和甘草并当归，赤苓枳壳大黄随，惊丹延乳添抽搐，
煎服火毒即刻推。
【方歌】胎惊丹毒在婴儿初生时出现，形态像水痘但根部微微发红，皮疹时而出现时而隐没并蔓延至颈部，随后继发的症状与赤游丹（一种游走性的丹毒）相同。
【注】此病症是因为孕妇受到惊吓，病气遗传给胎儿。婴儿出生后，在一周岁以内，突然两眼眼睑出现红晕，面色青暗，烦躁发热并在夜间啼哭，或者面部颜色像胭脂一样红润，这属于体内伏热散发于面部，形状像水痘，根部微红，时出时隐，蔓延至颈部，后续发展为丹毒。初期使用四圣散清洗眼睛，其形色顺逆的判断及治疗方法都与赤游丹相同。如果此病蔓延至胸部和乳房，出现痰多气喘、抽搐等症状，这属于火毒攻入体内，担心转变为惊风（小儿惊厥），适宜服用百解散、五和汤来救治。
方剂：四圣散
组成：木贼、秦皮、红枣子、灯心草、黄连（各五钱）
共同研磨成粗末，每次取二钱，用水一钟（约200-300毫升），煎煮至七分满，滤去药渣，频繁清洗双眼。
【方歌】四圣散治疗热毒侵袭，包含木贼、秦皮、枣子和灯心草，再加入黄连研磨成粗末，煎汤去渣后频繁洗眼。
又一方：百解散
组成：干葛根（二两五钱）、升麻、赤芍（二两）、甘草（生用，一两五钱）、黄芩（一两）、麻黄（蜜炙，七钱五分）、肉桂（挑选薄者，刮去粗皮，二钱五分）
共同研磨成粗末，每次服用二钱，用水一钟，生姜两片，葱一根，煎煮至七分满，不拘泥时间温服。
【方歌】百解散治疗惊风和丹毒内攻，煎服可防止转变为惊风，包含干葛、麻黄、黄芩、肉桂、甘草，以及升麻、赤芍，配合生姜和葱白。
又一方：五和汤
组成：大黄、枳壳（麸炒）、甘草（蜜炙，各七钱五分）、赤茯苓、当归（酒洗，各五钱）
共同研磨成粗末，每次服用二钱，用水一钟，煎煮至七分满，不拘泥时间服用。
[Formula Song] Fetal convulsion and erysipelas appear at the newborn stage, resembling chickenpox with slightly red roots; appearing and disappearing intermittently, spreading to the neck, subsequent manifestations are identical to Chiyou Dan (migratory erysipelas).
[Note] This condition arises from maternal fright transmitted to the fetus. After birth, within the first year of age, the infant suddenly presents with red halos around the eyelids, a cyanotic and dark complexion, irritability, fever, and night crying, or a face reddish like rouge. This belongs to latent heat inside the body dispersing to the face, resembling chickenpox with slightly red bases, appearing and disappearing intermittently, extending to the neck, subsequently developing into erysipelas. Initially, use Sisheng San (Four Saints Powder) to wash the eyes; the judgment of favorable/unfavorable forms and treatment methods are the same as for Chiyou Dan. If the condition spreads to the chest and breasts, accompanied by phlegm, wheezing, and convulsions, this belongs to fire-toxin attacking inward, fearing transformation into Jingfeng (pediatric convulsion); it is appropriate to administer Baijie San (Hundred Resolutions Powder) and Wuhe Tang (Five Harmonies Decoction) to rescue.
Formula: Sisheng San (Four Saints Powder)
Composition: Equiseti Herba (Muzei), Fraxini Cortex (Qinpi), Ziziphi Jujubae Fructus (Hongzaizi), Junci Medulla (Dengxin), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (each 5 qian).
Grind together into coarse powder. For each use, take 2 qian, add one zhong (approx. 200-300 ml) of water, decoct until reduced to 70%, filter dregs, and frequently wash both eyes.
[Formula Song] Sisheng San treats heat-toxin invasion, containing Equiseti Herba, Fraxini Cortex, Ziziphi Jujubae Fructus, and Junci Medulla; adding Coptidis Rhizoma ground into coarse powder, decoct soup, filter dregs, and frequently wash eyes.
Another Formula: Baijie San (Hundred Resolutions Powder)
Composition: Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen) (2 liang 5 qian), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao) (2 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (raw, 1 liang 5 qian), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (1 liang), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (prepared with honey, 7 qian 5 fen), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui) (select thin pieces, scrape off rough bark, 2 qian 5 fen).
Grind together into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add one zhong of water, two slices of fresh ginger, and one stalk of scallion, decoct until reduced to 70%, take warm without restriction on time.
[Formula Song] Baijie San treats internal attack of convulsion and erysipelas, decocting and taking prevents transformation into convulsion; contains Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Ephedrae Herba, Scutellariae Radix, Cinnamomi Cortex, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, along with Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, fresh ginger, and scallion.
Another Formula: Wuhe Tang (Five Harmonies Decoction)
Composition: Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike) (bran-fried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (prepared with honey, each 7 qian 5 fen), Poria (Chifuling), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (washed with wine, each 5 qian).
Grind together into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add one zhong of water, decoct until reduced to 70%, take without restriction on time.
[Formula Song] Wuhe Tang contains Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Angelicae Sinensis Radix, along with Poria, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma; when convulsion and erysipelas spread to the breast accompanied by convulsions, decocting and taking immediately pushes away fire-toxin.
