【方歌】溃疮误犯马汗伤，焮痛紫肿疮四旁，急砭肿处出紫血，
乌梅嚼烂涂敷良。患者烦热毒攻腹，强弱量服马苋汤，
更有驴涎入疮者，冬瓜青皮末敷疮。
【注】此证系溃疮未合，误入马汗之毒，以致疮口四旁，忽复
焮痛紫肿。宜急砭肿处，令出紫血，乌梅嚼烂，涂于疮
上。若患者烦闷发热，恐毒入腹，以致不救，急用醇酒
浓煎马齿苋饮之，尽醉为效。但马齿苋其性寒滑，凡疮
溃未合，气血未复，而又受此汗毒，必量人壮弱，用一
两或五钱。更有驴涎入疮者，形证与马汗毒同，宜冬瓜
片下青皮，晒干研末敷之，熬汤洗之亦可；毒甚者亦用
马齿苋酒饮之立效。
【方歌】蛇咬伤时即饮醋，仍宜用绳扎患处，再服五灵共雄黄，
肿消口合自如故。
【注】凡被蛇咬伤者，实时饮好醋一、二碗，使气不随血走，
以绳扎伤处两头。若昏困，宜用五灵脂五钱，雄黄二钱
五分，共为末，酒调二钱灌之。少时咬处出黄水，水尽
则肿消，以雄黄末掺之，口合而愈。
【方歌】蜈蚣咬伤用雄鸡，倒控鸡涎手蘸之，抹搽伤处痛立止，
甚饮鸡血最相宜。
【注】此伤取雄鸡倒控少时，以手蘸鸡口内涎抹搽伤处，其痛
立止；甚者，生鸡血乘热饮之，立效。
【方歌】蝎螫急取大蜗牛，捣烂涂之痛立休，蚕咬须将苎根捣，
取汁搽涂患即瘳。
【注】凡蝎螫，取大蜗牛一个，捣烂涂之，其痛立止。一时不
得蜗牛，即将螫处挤去毒水，急用膏药烤热贴之，亦能
止痛。蚕咬者，用苎根捣汁涂之即愈。
【方歌】溃烂的疮口误触马汗导致受伤，疮口周围红肿热痛且呈紫色，应立即用砭石在肿胀处刺破放出紫黑色的血，将乌梅嚼烂后涂抹敷于患处效果良好。如果患者感到烦热，担心毒邪攻入腹部，应根据患者体质的强弱适量服用马齿苋汤。如果有驴涎进入疮口的情况，可用冬瓜青皮研成的细末外敷疮口。
【注】此证候是由于溃疡疮口尚未愈合，误入马汗中的毒素，导致疮口四周突然发生红肿热痛和紫色肿胀。适宜立即用砭石针刺肿胀部位，令其排出紫黑色的血液，并将乌梅嚼烂，涂抹在疮口上。若患者出现烦闷发热，恐怕毒邪内陷入腹，从而导致死亡，应紧急用纯酒浓煎马齿苋让患者饮用，直至喝醉为见效标准。但是马齿苋药性寒凉滑利，凡是疮口溃烂未愈合、气血尚未恢复，又遭受这种马汗毒素的人，必须根据人体强壮或虚弱程度，使用一两或五钱的剂量。此外，若有驴涎进入疮口，症状表现与马汗毒素相同，宜取冬瓜片下的青皮，晒干后研成粉末外敷，或者熬汤清洗也可以；毒邪严重的也可用马齿苋酒饮用，能立即见效。
【方歌】被蛇咬伤时立即饮用醋，仍适宜用绳子扎住患处，再服用五灵脂和雄黄粉，待肿胀消退、伤口愈合后即可恢复正常。
【注】凡是被蛇咬伤者，实时饮用好醋一至两碗，使毒气不随血液扩散，并用绳子扎住受伤处的两端。如果出现昏迷困倦，适宜用五灵脂五钱、雄黄二钱五分，共同研成细末，用酒调匀后灌服二钱。过一会儿咬伤处流出黄色液体，待黄水排尽则肿胀消退，撒上雄黄粉末，伤口闭合而痊愈。
【方歌】蜈蚣咬伤使用雄鸡，倒提雄鸡使其流出唾液，用手蘸取鸡唾液涂抹擦拭伤口，疼痛立即停止，严重者可饮用鸡血最为适宜。
【注】此类损伤取雄鸡倒提片刻，用手蘸取鸡口中的唾液涂抹擦拭伤口，其疼痛立即停止；病情严重的，生饮鸡血并在温热时饮用，能立即见效。
【方歌】蝎子蜇伤急忙取大蜗牛，捣烂后涂抹，疼痛立即停止；蚕咬必须将苎麻根捣碎，取汁液涂抹患处即可痊愈。
【注】凡是蝎子蜇伤，取一个大蜗牛，捣烂后涂抹，其疼痛立即停止。一时得不到蜗牛，就将蜇伤处挤出毒水，紧急用膏药烤热后贴敷，也能止痛。被蚕咬伤者，用苎麻根捣汁涂抹即可痊愈。
[Formula Song] When an ulcerated wound is mistakenly contaminated with horse sweat, causing injury, the area surrounding the wound becomes red, swollen, hot, and painful with a purple hue. One should urgently use a Bian stone (a type of surgical stone for pricking) to prick the swollen area and release dark purple blood. Chewing dried plum (Wumei) until it becomes a paste and applying it to the wound is effective. If the patient experiences irritability, heat, and fear that the toxin is attacking the abdomen, Ma Chi Xian Tang (Purslane Decoction) should be administered in amounts proportional to the patient's strength. In cases where donkey saliva enters the wound, the green skin of winter melon (Donggua), ground into powder, should be applied to the wound.
[Note] This condition arises when toxins from horse sweat enter an unhealed ulcerative wound, causing sudden redness, swelling, heat, pain, and purple discoloration around the wound edges. It is appropriate to urgently prick the swollen area with a Bian stone to allow dark purple blood to flow out, then chew dried plum (Wumei) and apply it to the wound. If the patient suffers from restlessness and fever, fearing the toxin has entered the abdomen leading to death, one should urgently decoct purslane (Ma Chi Xian) in strong wine and have the patient drink it until intoxicated for efficacy. However, purslane is cold and slippery in nature. For patients with unhealed ulcers and deficient Qi and Blood who have been exposed to this horse sweat toxin, the dosage must be adjusted according to whether the person is robust or weak, using either 1 liang or 5 qian. Additionally, if donkey saliva enters the wound, the symptoms are identical to those of horse sweat toxicity. One should take the green skin found under winter melon slices, dry it, grind it into powder, and apply it topically; alternatively, decocting it for washing is also suitable. For severe toxicity, drinking purslane wine can produce immediate results.
[Formula Song] Upon being bitten by a snake, immediately drink vinegar. It is still advisable to tie a rope tightly around the affected area, then administer a mixture of Trogopterus Dung (Wu Ling Zhi) and Realgar (Xiong Huang). Once the swelling subsides and the wound closes, normal function will return.
[Note] For anyone bitten by a snake, drink one to two bowls of good quality vinegar immediately to prevent the toxin from spreading with the blood, and tie a rope around both ends of the injured area. If the patient becomes unconscious or drowsy, mix 5 qian of Trogopterus Dung (Wu Ling Zhi) and 2.5 qian of Realgar (Xiong Huang) into a fine powder, mix with wine, and administer 2 qian orally. After a short while, yellow fluid will exude from the bite site; once the fluid is exhausted, the swelling will subside. Sprinkle Realgar powder on the wound, which will close and heal.
[Formula Song] For centipede bites, use a rooster. Hold the rooster upside down to collect its saliva, dip your hand in it, and smear the saliva onto the wound to stop pain immediately. In severe cases, drinking fresh chicken blood is most appropriate.

[Formula Song] For scorpion stings, quickly obtain a large snail, crush it, and apply it to stop pain immediately. For silkworm bites, crush the root of Ramie (Zhu Gen), extract the juice, and apply it to the affected area for recovery.
[Note] For any scorpion sting, take one large snail, crush it, and apply it; the pain will stop immediately. If a snail is unavailable at the moment, squeeze out the toxic fluid from the sting site and urgently apply a heated plaster, which can also relieve pain.
