《延龄图》云∶疗妇人阴宽冷，令急小，交接而快方∶
石硫黄（二分） 青木香（二分） 山茱萸（二分） 蛇床子（二分）
上四物，捣筛，为末，临交接，纳玉门中少许，不得过多，恐撮孔合。
又云∶治妇人阴令成童女法∶
蛇床子（三分） 远志（三分） 石胆（三分） 山茱萸（三分） 青木香（三分） 细
辛（半两） 桂心（二分）
上七味，捣筛为散，置狗胆中，悬于屋内。阴干六十日，药成，捣为末，可丸如枣核大，
着妇人阴中，急小而热，不过三日。
又方∶松上女萝（一分） 石〔（音预）一分〕 石硫黄（一分）
上三味，分等，捣筛为末，纳阴中，当日而急小，甚妙。
又方∶取石硫黄末，二指撮，纳一升汤水中，以洗，阴急小，如十二三女。
《千金方》治阴宽大令迮小方∶
菟丝子（二分） 干漆（一分） 鼠头骨（二枚） 雌鸡肝（三枚，百日阴干。）
四味，丸如小豆，初月七日，合时一丸着阴头，徐徐纳之，三日知，十日小，五十日如
十三女。
《录验方》治女急如童方∶
食茱萸（三两） 特牛胆（一枚） 石盐（一两）
捣茱萸下筛，纳牛胆中，又纳石盐着胆中，阴干百日，戏时取如鸡子黄末，着女阴中，
即成童女也。
《集验方》治童女始交接，阳道违理，及为他物所伤。血流离不止方∶
取釜底黑，断葫摩，以涂之。
又方∶烧发，并青布末，为粉，粉之，立愈。（《葛氏方》麻油和涂。）
《千金方》治小户嫁痛方∶
乌贼鱼骨二枚，烧为屑，酒服方寸匕，日三。
又方∶牛膝五两。一味，以酒五升，煮再沸，去滓，分三服。
《玉房秘诀》云∶妇人初交，伤痛，积日不歇方∶
甘草（二分） 夕药（二分） 生姜（三分） 桂心（一分）
水二升，煮三沸，一服。
《延龄图》记载：治疗妇人阴道松弛寒冷，使其紧缩变小，性交时快感强烈的方子：
石硫黄（二分） 青木香（二分） 山茱萸（二分） 蛇床子（二分）
以上四味药，捣碎过筛，制成粉末，在性交前，取少量纳入阴道内，不可过多，恐怕会导致阴道口收缩闭合。
又记载：治疗使妇人阴道恢复如处女状态的方子：
蛇床子（三分） 远志（三分） 石胆（三分） 山茱萸（三分） 青木香（三分） 细辛（半两） 桂心（二分）
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，放入狗胆中，悬挂在屋内。阴干六十日，药成，捣成粉末，可制成如枣核大小的丸剂，放入妇人阴道内，可使阴道紧缩、变小且发热，不超过三日见效。
又一个方子：松上女萝（一分） 石〔音预〕（一分） 石硫黄（一分）
以上三味药，分量相等，捣碎过筛制成粉末，纳入阴道内，当天即可使阴道紧缩变小，效果极佳。
又一个方子：取石硫黄粉末，用两指撮的量，放入一升热水中，用来清洗，可使阴道紧缩变小，如同十二三岁少女一般。
《千金方》治疗阴道宽大松弛使其变窄变小的方子：
菟丝子（二分） 干漆（一分） 鼠头骨（二枚） 雌鸡肝（三枚，需在百日内的阴干。）
四味药，制成如小豆大小的丸剂，在农历每月初七这一天，合欢时取一丸置于阴道口，缓缓纳入，三天见效，十天变小，五十天后如同十三岁少女。
《录验方》治疗女子恢复如童女状态的方子：
食茱萸（三两） 特牛胆（一枚） 石盐（一两）
将茱萸捣碎过筛，放入牛胆中，再放入石盐于胆中，阴干一百天，房事时取如鸡蛋黄大小的粉末，放入女性阴道内，即刻恢复如童女状态。
《集验方》治疗处女初次性交，阴茎损伤违背常理，以及被其他物体所伤，血流不止的方子：
取锅底黑灰，切断葫芦作为容器盛装，涂抹患处。
又一个方子：烧头发，并与青布末混合制成粉状，撒敷患处，立即痊愈。（《葛氏方》建议用麻油调和涂抹。）
《千金方》治疗“小户嫁痛”（指新婚妇女因阴道狭窄导致的性交疼痛）的方子：
乌贼鱼骨二枚，烧成细屑，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每日三次。
又一个方子：牛膝五两。单味药，用五升酒，煮至再次沸腾，去渣，分三次服用。
《玉房秘诀》记载：妇人初次性交，感到伤痛，日久不愈的方子：
甘草（二分） 芍药（二分） 生姜（三分） 桂心（一分）
水二升，煮至沸腾三次，一次服下。
The *Yanling Tu* states: A prescription for treating vaginal laxity and coldness in women, to make it tight and small, ensuring pleasure during intercourse:
Shi Liuhuang (Sulfur, 2 fen) Qingmuxiang (Indigofera Root, 2 fen) Shanzhuyu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit, 2 fen) Shechuangzi (Cnidium Monnieri Fruit, 2 fen)
Crush and sieve the above four substances into powder. Before intercourse, insert a small amount into the vagina. Do not use too much, lest it cause the vaginal orifice to contract and close.
It also states: A method to restore the vagina to a virgin-like state:
Shechuangzi (Cnidium Monnieri Fruit, 3 fen) Yuanzhi (Polygala Tenuifolia Root, 3 fen) Shidan (Chalcanthite, 3 fen) Shanzhuyu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit, 3 fen) Qingmuxiang (Indigofera Root, 3 fen) Xixin (Asarum Europaeum Rhizome, half liang) Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, 2 fen)
Crush and sieve the above seven ingredients into a powder. Place them inside a dog gallbladder and hang it indoors. Air-dry for sixty days until the medicine is ready. Crush into powder and form pills the size of a jujube pit. Insert into the woman's vagina; this will make it tight, small, and warm, with effects visible within three days.
Another prescription: Songshang Nvluo (Tremella Fuciformis growing on pine trees, 1 fen) Shi [Yu] (Mineral substance pronounced 'Yu', 1 fen) Shi Liuhuang (Sulfur, 1 fen)
Mix the above three ingredients in equal proportions, crush and sieve into powder. Insert into the vagina; it will become tight and small on the same day, which is very effective.
Another prescription: Take powder of Shi Liuhuang (Sulfur), pinch with two fingers, dissolve in one sheng of hot water, and use for washing. The vagina will become tight and small, resembling that of a twelve- or thirteen-year-old girl.
The *Qianjin Fang* provides a prescription for treating wide and lax vaginas to make them narrow and small:
Tusizi (Cuscuta Chinensis Seed, 2 fen) Ganqi (Dried Lacquer, 1 fen) Shutougu (Mouse Skull Bone, 2 pieces) Ciji Gan (Hen Liver, 3 pieces, dried in shade for one hundred days.)
Form pills the size of small beans. On the seventh day of the first lunar month, during intercourse, place one pill at the vaginal introitus and insert it slowly. Effects are seen in three days, shrinkage in ten days, and after fifty days, it resembles that of a thirteen-year-old girl.
The *Luyan Fang* provides a prescription for restoring a woman to a virgin-like state:
Shizhuyu (Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Fruit, 3 liang) Te Niu Dan (Ox Gallbladder, 1 piece) Shiyan (Rock Salt, 1 liang)
Crush the Zhuyu, sieve it, and place it in the ox gallbladder. Add the Shiyan into the gallbladder. Air-dry for one hundred days. During sexual play, take an amount of powder equivalent to a chicken egg yolk and insert it into the female vagina; she will immediately regain a virgin-like state.
The *Jiyan Fang* provides a prescription for treating injuries from initial intercourse where penile trauma occurs abnormally, or injury by other objects, resulting in continuous bleeding:
Take Fu Di Hei (soot from the bottom of a cauldron). Cut open a gourd to hold it, and apply externally to the wound.
Another prescription: Burn human hair and mix with powder of Qingbu (blue cloth) to make a dusting powder. Apply to the wound; healing is immediate. (The *Ge Shi Fang* suggests mixing with Sesame Oil for application.)
The *Qianjin Fang* provides a prescription for "Xiaohu Jiapain" (painful intercourse in newlywed women due to vaginal tightness):
Wuzeiyu Gu (Cuttlefish Bone, 2 pieces). Calcine into fine powder. Administer orally with wine, using a measure of one cun bi (approx. 5 grams), three times daily.
Another prescription: Niuxi (Achyranthes Bidentata Root, 5 liang). Use as a single ingredient. Boil in five sheng of wine until it boils twice. Strain and divide into three doses.
The *Yufang Mijue* states: A prescription for pain and soreness persisting for days after initial intercourse:
Gancao (Licorice Root, 2 fen) Xiaoyao (Peony Root, 2 fen) Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger, 3 fen) Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, 1 fen)
Add two sheng of water, boil three times. Take as a single dose.
