《僧深方》云∶禁精汤主失精羸瘦，酸消少气，视不明，恶闻人声方∶
韭子（二升） 生粳米（一升）
二物，合于器中熬之，米黄黑及热，急以淳佳酒一斗投之，绞取七升，服一升，日三，
二剂便愈。
《新录方》治失精方∶
取韭根捣取汁服五合，日二。
又方∶石榴皮捣为散，饮服方寸匕，日二。
又方∶韭子一升，桑螵蛸十四枚，水五升，煮取二升，三服，亦为散酒服。
《葛氏方》云∶治男女梦与人交接，精便泄出，此内虚积滞，邪气感发，治之方∶
韭子（一升） 粳米（一升）
水四升，煮取升半，一服。
又方∶龙骨二分，术四分，桂二分，天雄一分，捣末酒服五分匕，日三。
又方∶两足内踝上一夫，脉上名三阴交，灸二十一壮，梦即断。

《诸病源候论》说：肾虚被邪气侵袭，邪气客居在阴部，就会梦见男女交接，导致肾虚弱不能控制精液，所以因梦境感应而遗精。
《短剧方》另外记载治疗男女风邪的方法：男子梦见女子，女子梦见男子，悲伤忧愁愤怒怨恨，喜怒无常，有的半年或数月……（原文此处有缺漏）

以上四味药，过筛后用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每天三次，效果神奇良好。
又说：韭子汤治疗遗精的方子：
韭菜子（一升） 龙骨（三两） 赤石脂（三两）
以上三味药，用水七升煮取三升半，分三次服用。
《集验方》治疗梦遗精出的方子：
韭菜子（一升，炒制）
仅这一味药，捣碎过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每天两次，效果神奇。
《医门方》治疗梦中交接泄精，刚睡着就射精，身体干枯消瘦如骨立的方子：
白龙骨（八分，研细） 韭菜子（一升半）
制成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕的药量，每天两次。可加至一方寸半，每天两次。
《极要方》说：小便失精及夜间梦遗精出的方子：
韭菜子（一升，炒制） 麦门冬（二两） 菟丝子（二合） 车前子（二合） 川芎（二两） 龙骨（二两）
以上药物，用水八升煮取二升，分为四次服用，每天三次。
《玉房秘诀》说：治疗频繁梦交失精的方子：
龙骨 牡蛎 甘草 桂枝（各三两） 大枣（一枚）
用水六升，煮取二升半，分三次服用。
《僧深方》说：禁精汤主治遗精消瘦，酸软消渴少气，视力不明，厌恶听到人声的方子：
韭菜子（二升） 生粳米（一升）
这两味药，放在容器中一起熬煮，直到米变成黄黑色且热，迅速倒入优质好酒一斗，绞取汁液七升，每次服用一升，每天三次，服用两剂即可痊愈。
《新录方》治疗遗精的方子：
取韭菜根捣取汁液服用五合，每天两次。
另一个方子：石榴皮捣成散剂，用饮水送服一方寸匕的药量，每天两次。
又一个方子：韭菜子一升，桑螵蛸十四枚，水五升，煮取二升，分三次服用，也可以制成散剂用酒送服。
《葛氏方》说：治疗男女梦中与人交接，精液随即泄出，这是内部虚损积滞，邪气感发所致，治疗的方子：
韭菜子（一升） 粳米（一升）
用水四升，煮取半升，一次服用。
又一个方子：龙骨二分，白术四分，桂枝二分，天雄一分，捣成末用酒送服五分匕的药量，每天三次。
又一个方子：在两足内踝上方一夫距离处，脉搏跳动的位置名为三阴交穴，灸二十一壮，梦遗即可断绝。
又一个方子：合拢手掌并拢大拇指使两个指甲靠近，用一炷香灸两个指甲交界角处，让艾火进入指甲三分之一处，灸三壮。
又说：治疗男女精液平常自行流出，或者闻到看到喜欢的东西感动便已勃起泄精，这是肾气缺乏不能禁止控制的方子：

The *Bingyuan Lun* (Treatise on the Causes and Manifestations of Diseases) states: When Kidney deficiency is invaded by pathogenic factors, and these pathogens lodge in the Yin region, one will dream of sexual intercourse. This causes the Kidney to become weak and unable to control the essence, leading to seminal emission triggered by dreams.
The *Duanju Fang* (Short Drama Prescriptions) separately records treatments for wind-pathogens affecting men and women: Men dreaming of women, women dreaming of men; experiencing sorrow, worry, anger, and resentment; with unpredictable shifts between anger and joy; lasting for half a year or several months... Yangshangjisheng (Radix Dipsaci, 3 liang), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 3 liang), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi, 1 liang; another version says 3 liang), Yinyu (Herba Epimedii, 1 liang), Tianxiong (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 1 liang, processed), KT Gen (Root of [Specific Herb], 1 liang), Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, 1 liang).
These ten ingredients are together pounded and sifted. Take half a fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, three times daily. When preparing the medicine, do not let women, chickens, or dogs see it, nor let them see the patient.
It also states: Longgu San (Dragon Bone Powder) treats seminal emission in men that resists hundred treatments:
Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, large as a finger, with texture like red brocade), Xuncao (Herba Agastachis, 2 liang), Rougui (Cortex Cinnamomi, 2 liang), Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, 2 liang).
These four items are sifted. Take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily. It is divine and excellent.
It also states: Jiu Zi Tang (Leek Seed Decoction) treats seminal emission:
Jiu Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi, 1 sheng), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, 3 liang), Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, 3 liang).
These three items are boiled in seven sheng of water until three and a half sheng remain. Divide into three doses.
The *Jiyan Fang* (Prescriptions from Collected Experiences) treats nocturnal seminal emission:
Jiu Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi, 1 sheng, roasted).
This single item is pounded and sifted. Take one fangcun bi with wine, twice daily. It is divinely effective.
The *Yimen Fang* (Prescriptions from the Medical Gate) treats nocturnal emission during dreams of sexual intercourse, where ejaculation occurs upon falling asleep, resulting in a dry, emaciated body resembling sticks:
Bai Longgu (White Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, 8 fen, ground), Jiu Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi, 1.5 sheng).
Make into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine, twice daily. Increase to one and a half fangcun bi, twice daily.
The *Jiyao Fang* (Essential Prescriptions) states: For urinary incontinence of essence and nocturnal seminal emission:
Jiu Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi, 1 sheng, roasted), Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis, 2 liang), Tusizi (Semen Cuscutae, 2 he), Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis, 2 he), Xiongnu (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 2 liang), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, 2 liang).
Boil these in eight sheng of water until two sheng remain. Divide into four doses, taken three times daily.
The *Yufang Mijue* (Secret Secrets of the Jade Chamber) states: Treat frequent nocturnal emissions due to dream intercourse:
Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi), Muli (Concha Ostreae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi) (each 3 liang), Dazao (Fructus Jujubae) (one piece).
Boil in six sheng of water until two and a half sheng remain. Divide into three doses.
The *Seng Shen Fang* (Monk Shen's Prescriptions) states: Jingjing Tang (Essence-Containing Decoction) primarily treats seminal emission with emaciation, acidic thirst with shortness of breath, unclear vision, and aversion to human voices:
Jiu Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi, 2 sheng), Sheng Jingmi (Raw Oryza Sativa Grain, 1 sheng).
Place these two items in a vessel and roast them until the rice turns yellow-black and hot. Quickly pour in one dou of fine wine, strain to obtain seven sheng. Take one sheng, three times daily. Two doses will result in recovery.
The *Xinlu Fang* (Newly Recorded Prescriptions) treats seminal emission:
Take Leek roots, pound them to extract juice, and take five he, twice daily.
Another prescription: Pound Pomegranate peel into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with water, twice daily.
Another prescription: Semen Allii Tuberosi (1 sheng), Sangpiaoxiao (Oötheca Mantidis, 14 pieces), boil in five sheng of water until two sheng remain. Take in three doses. Alternatively, make into a powder and take with wine.
The *Ge Shi Fang* (Master Ge's Prescriptions) states: Treats men and women who dream of sexual intercourse with others, causing immediate seminal emission. This is due to internal deficiency and accumulation/stagnation, triggered by pathogenic influences. The treatment prescription is:
Jiu Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi, 1 sheng), Jingmi (Oryza Sativa Grain, 1 sheng).
Boil in four sheng of water until half a sheng remains. Take once.
Another prescription: Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, 2 fen), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 4 fen), Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi, 2 fen), Tianxiong (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 1 fen). Pound into powder and take with wine, five fen bi, three times daily.
Another prescription: At the point named Sanyinjiao (SP6, located one fu distance above the medial malleolus on the pulse), moxa twenty-one zhuang. Nocturnal emission will cease.
Another prescription: Join palms and thumbs so the nails are close. Apply one moxa cone to the corner where the two nails meet, allowing the heat to penetrate one-third into the nail. Moxa three zhuang.
It also states: Treats cases where semen spontaneously leaks out normally, or becomes erect and emits upon seeing/hearing desired objects. This is due to insufficient Kidney Qi failing to restrain. The prescription is:
Bajitian (Radix Morindae Officinalis), Shihu (Caulis Dendrobii), Huang [Qi/Polygala] (equal parts).
Pound and take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily.
Another prescription: Lurong (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, 1 liang), Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi, 1 chi), Jiu Zi (Semen Allii Tuberosi, 1 sheng), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 1 piece), Zexie (Rhizoma Alismatis, 3 liang). Pound into powder and take five fen bi, three times daily.
Another prescription: Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan), roast until color changes, pound into powder. Take one fangcun bi, three times daily.
Another prescription: Rooster liver and Carp bile. Apply to the glans penis.
