治疗疳积病，症见腹部膨隆、食欲减退、身体消瘦、头发干枯。
黄连、芜荑仁（炒）、麦芽（炒）、神曲（炒，各五钱）、青皮、使君子（各二钱五分）。
以上药物研为细末，用粟米糊调和，制成如萝卜子大小的丸剂。每次服用二三十丸，用米汤送服。
治疗小儿因过早添加辅食而损伤脾胃，导致日渐消瘦、腹部胀大、腹泻、四肢细小不能行走、发热。
黄连、神曲（炒，各一两）、麦芽（炒，五钱）、木香（二钱）、槟榔（两个，不可用火烤）、使君子肉（五钱）。
以上药物研为细末，用面糊调和，制成如萝卜子大小的丸剂。每次服用二三十丸，用熟水送服。
治疗小儿五种疳积，症见腹中有痞块、有虫、面色发黄、腹部胀大、眼睑闭合畏光、四肢枯细、肠鸣泄泻、头发干枯竖立、潮热、口干、小便如米泔水样。多服此方效果显著。
胡黄连、川黄连、芦荟（各一两）、芜荑仁、木香、青黛（各五钱）、青皮、使君子肉、槟榔（各七钱五分）、蝉蜕（四钱，去足和土）、干虾蟆（二个，醋炙）、麝香（一钱）。
以上药物研为细末，用一个猪胆汁和粟米糊调和，制成如小绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用根据患儿年龄大小决定剂量，用米汤送服。
治疗疳积病伴有发热、食积、虫积、肉积、腹胀。
白术（一两）、三棱（炒）、蓬术（炒，即莪术）、青皮（炒）、陈皮、神曲（炒）、麦芽（炒）、槟榔、龙胆（各五钱）、黄连、胡黄连、川楝子（去核）、使君子（去壳，各四钱）、木香（二钱）、干虾蟆（二个）。
以上药物研为细末，用面糊调和，制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用十五丸，空腹时用米汤送服。
治疗小儿各种疳积，具有杀虫止泻功效。
胡黄连、川黄连、芦荟、白芜荑仁、木香、青皮、雷丸（红色者不用）、鹤虱（炒，各五钱）。
以上药物研为细末，用粟米糊制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用米汤送服。
Treats *gan* disease (childhood malnutrition syndrome) with symptoms of abdominal distension, poor appetite, emaciation, and dry hair.
*Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian), *Pruni Semen* (Wuyi Ren, fried), *Hordei Fructus Germinatus* (Maiya, fried), *Medicated Leaven* (Shenqu, fried, each 5 qian), *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus* (Qingpi), *Quisqualis Fructus* (Shijunzi, each 2.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with millet paste to form pills the size of radish seeds. Take 20–30 pills per dose, administered with rice water.
Treats pediatric cases where early introduction of solid foods damages the Spleen and Stomach, leading to progressive emaciation, abdominal distension, diarrhea, thin limbs unable to walk, and fever.

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of radish seeds. Take 20–30 pills per dose, administered with boiled water.
Treats five types of *gan* disease in children, presenting with abdominal masses, intestinal parasites, sallow complexion, abdominal distension, closed eyelids with photophobia, emaciated limbs, borborygmus with diarrhea, dry and erect hair, tidal fever, dry mouth, and urine resembling rice washings. This formula is highly effective when taken in sufficient quantities.

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with one pig gallbladder bile and millet paste to form pills the size of small mung beans. Adjust the dose according to the child’s age, administered with rice water.
Treats *gan* disease accompanied by fever, food stagnation, parasitic accumulation, meat stagnation, and abdominal distension.

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 15 pills per dose on an empty stomach, administered with rice soup.
Treats various types of *gan* disease in children, with effects of expelling parasites and stopping diarrhea.
