僵蚕（炒去丝） 黄柏 白芷（各三分） 佛耳草（有寒嗽者用之，如无不用） 上水煎服。
麻黄（去节） 草豆蔻（各一钱半） 黄 桂枝（各二钱） 吴茱萸 白芷（各四分） 本（三分）
羌活（八分） 当归身 熟地黄（各五分） 升麻（一钱） 上为细末，先用水漱洗，以药擦之。
防风（一钱） 升麻（七分） 炙甘草（三分） 细辛（二分） 草龙胆（酒洗，四分） 上水一盏，煎五分，
去滓，以匙抄在口中滞痛处，少时立止。
生地黄（酒洗，三分） 升麻 牡丹皮（半钱） 当归身（三分） 拣黄连（三分，如连不好，更加二分，
夏倍之） 上五味，同为细末，水煎至一半，候冷呷之。
羌活 防风 川芎 独活 石膏 荆芥 升麻 干葛 生地黄 细辛 白芷
赤芍药 黄芩 甘草 上加薄荷煎服。
茵陈 连翘 半夏 荆芥穗 麻黄 升麻 黄芩 牡丹皮 射干 羌活 独活
大黄（炮） 薄荷 僵蚕（各二钱半） 细辛（半两） 牵牛（一两） 为细末，每服三钱，水一盏，先
煎汤熟，下药末搅一搅，急泻出，食后，连滓热服。
麻黄（去除节段）、黑附子（炮制，各三分）、羌活、苍术（各五分）、黄芪（一分）、防风、甘草、升麻、白僵蚕（炒制并去除丝状物）、黄柏、白芷（各三分）、佛耳草（若有寒性咳嗽症状则使用，若无则不用）。以上药材用水煎煮后服用。
麻黄（去除节段）、草豆蔻（各一钱半）、黄芪、桂枝（各二钱）、吴茱萸、白芷（各四分）、藁本（三分）、羌活（八分）、当归身、熟地黄（各五分）、升麻（一钱）。以上药材研磨成细末，先用水漱口清洗患处，然后用药物擦拭。
防风（一钱）、升麻（七分）、炙甘草（三分）、细辛（二分）、草龙胆（酒洗，四分）。以上药材用一盏水，煎至五分，滤去药渣，用勺子舀取药液涂抹在口中滞涩疼痛处，片刻即可停止疼痛。
生地黄（酒洗，三分）、升麻、牡丹皮（半钱）、当归身（三分）、精选黄连（三分，如果黄连质量不好，再加二分，夏季加倍用量）。以上五味药材共同研磨成细末，用水煎煮至一半量，待冷却后含漱饮用。
羌活、防风、川芎、独活、石膏、荆芥、升麻、干葛（即葛根）、生地黄、细辛、白芷、赤芍药、黄芩、甘草。以上药材加入薄荷一起煎煮后服用。
茵陈、连翘、半夏、荆芥穗、麻黄、升麻、黄芩、牡丹皮、射干、羌活、独活、大黄（炮制）、薄荷、白僵蚕（各二钱半）、细辛（半两）、牵牛子（一两）。以上药材研磨成细末，每次服用三钱，用一盏水，先将水煮开，再放入药末搅拌，迅速排出（指服药后迅速腹泻），饭后连同药渣一起热服。
升麻（一钱）、麻黄、生地黄、当归梢、白芷、草豆蔻、羊胫骨灰、草龙胆、黄芪、黄连（各等分）。以上药材研磨成粉末，用于擦拭患处。
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang).
Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄) [devoid of nodes], Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Hei Fuzi, 黑附子) [prepared, each 3 fen], Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Cangzhu, 苍术) [each 5 fen], Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 黄芪) [1 fen], Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻), Bombyx Batryticatus (Bai Jiangcan, 白僵蚕) [stir-fried and devoid of silk-like threads], Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) [each 3 fen], Petasitae Flos (Fo'er Cao, 佛耳草) [use if there is cold cough; do not use otherwise]. Decoct these herbs in water and take orally.
Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄) [devoid of nodes], Cardamomi Fructus Rotundus (Caodoukou, 草豆蔻) [each 1 qian 5 fen], Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 黄芪), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi, 桂枝) [each 2 qian], Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) [each 4 fen], Ligustici Rhizoma (Gaoben, 藁本) [3 fen], Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活) [8 fen], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dangguishen, 当归身), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudihuang, 熟地黄) [each 5 fen], Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻) [1 qian]. Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. First rinse the mouth with water, then apply the medicine by rubbing.
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) [1 qian], Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻) [7 fen], Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata (Zhi Gancao, 炙甘草) [3 fen], Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛) [2 fen], Gentianae Radix (Caolongdan, 草龙胆) [wine-washed, 4 fen]. Decoct the above herbs in one cup of water until reduced to half a cup. Strain the dregs. Use a spoon to scoop the liquid onto the stagnant and painful areas in the mouth; pain will cease shortly.
Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) [wine-washed, 3 fen], Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻), Moutan Cortex (Mudanpi, 牡丹皮) [half qian], Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dangguishen, 当归身) [3 fen], selected Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [3 fen; if quality is poor, add another 2 fen; double the dosage in summer]. Grind the above five herbs together into a fine powder. Decoct in water until half remains. Wait for it to cool, then sip slowly.
Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Actaeos Radix (Duhuo, 独活), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 石膏), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie, 荆芥), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻), Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gange, 干葛), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang, 生地黄), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草). Add Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe, 薄荷) and decoct in water for oral administration.
Artemisiae Scopariae Herba (Yinchen, 茵陈), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao, 连翘), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui, 荆芥穗), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩), Moutan Cortex (Mudanpi, 牡丹皮), Belamcandae Rhizoma (Shegan, 射干), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活), Actaeos Radix (Duhuo, 独活), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) [prepared], Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe, 薄荷), Bombyx Batryticatus (Bai Jiangcan, 白僵蚕) [each 2 qian 5 fen], Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛) [0.5 liang], Pharbitidis Semen (Qianniu, 牵牛) [1 liang]. Grind into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose. With one cup of water, boil the water first, then add the powder, stir briefly, and administer rapidly to induce purging. Take hot with dregs after meals.
Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻) [1 qian], Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang, 生地黄), Angelicae Sinensis Radix Tip (Dangguishao, 当归梢), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷), Cardamomi Fructus Rotundus (Caodoukou, 草豆蔻), Ossus Tibiae Ovinae Cinis (Yangjingguhui, 羊胫骨灰), Gentianae Radix (Caolongdan, 草龙胆), Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 黄芪), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) [equal parts]. Grind into powder and apply by rubbing.
