萝卜子（淘净，蒸，晒，一两） 猪牙皂角（存性，三钱） 上以生姜汁浸，蒸饼，丸如小
绿豆大，每服三五十丸，咽下。劫喘，以姜汁炒，蜜丸，如桐子大，每服七八十
丸，噙下，止之。
木防己（三两） 石膏（鸡子大一块） 桂枝（二两） 人参（四两） 上四味，以水六升，煮取二升，
分温再服。
沉香 葫芦巴（酒浸，炒） 附子（炮） 阳起石（研细，水飞，各一两） 肉桂（半两） 破故纸 舶
茴香（炒） 肉豆蔻（面裹煨） 木香 金铃子（蒸，去皮核，各一两） 硫黄 黑锡（去滓秤，各二两） 上用
黑盏或新铁铫内，如常法结黑锡、硫黄，砂子地上出火毒，研令极细，余药并细末，
和匀。自朝至暮，以研至黑光色为度。酒糊丸，如梧子大，阴干，入布袋内擦令光
莹。每四十丸，空心盐、姜汤或枣汤下，女人艾枣汤下。
丁香 白豆蔻（各半两） 伏龙肝（一两） 上为末，煎桃仁、吴茱萸汤调下一钱。
萝卜子（淘洗干净，蒸熟，晒干，一两） 猪牙皂角（烧至存性，三钱） 以上两味药，用生姜汁浸泡，制成蒸饼丸剂，大小如小绿豆，每次服用三五十丸，直接咽下。治疗急重哮喘，用姜汁炒制，蜂蜜炼为丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用七八十丸，含化咽下，以止住喘息。

沉香 葫芦巴（酒浸，炒制） 附子（炮制） 阳起石（研细，水飞法处理，各一两） 肉桂（半两） 破故纸（补骨脂） 舶茴香（炒制） 肉豆蔻（面粉包裹煨制） 木香 金铃子（蒸，去皮核，各一两） 硫黄 黑锡（去杂质称重，各二两） 以上药物，用黑釉盏或新铁锅，按照常规方法炼制黑锡和硫黄，在砂地上放置以去除火毒，研磨至极细，其余药物也研成细末，混合均匀。从早晨到傍晚，持续研磨直到呈现黑色光泽为止。用酒糊制作丸剂，大小如梧桐子，阴干后装入布袋内摩擦使其光亮莹润。每次四十丸，空腹时用盐汤、姜汤或枣汤送服，女性用艾叶枣汤送服。
丁香 白豆蔻（各半两） 伏龙肝（一两） 以上药物研为细末，煎煮桃仁、吴茱萸汤调服一钱。
柿钱（柿蒂） 丁香 人参（各等分） 以上药物研为细末，用水煎煮，饭后服用。
丁香 柿蒂 青皮 陈皮（各等分） 以上药物研为粗末，每次服用三钱，用水一盏半，煎至七分，去渣温服，不拘时候。
羌活 附子（炮制） 木香 茴香（炒制，各五钱） 干姜（一两） 以上药物研为细末，每次服用二钱，用水一盏半，加盐一撮，煎煮二十沸，连同药渣一起热服。
Radish Seed (Raphani Semen, 莱菔子) (washed clean, steamed, dried, 1 liang) Toothed Soap Pod (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, 猪牙皂角) (charred to retain its nature, 3 qian) The above two herbs are soaked in fresh ginger juice, formed into pills using steamed wheat cake dough, sized like small mung beans. Take 30–50 pills per dose, swallow directly. For acute asthma (asthma), stir-fry with ginger juice, form into honey pills sized like paulownia seeds. Take 70–80 pills per dose, hold in the mouth to dissolve and swallow, to stop wheezing.
Stephania Tetrandra (Mufangji, 木防己) (3 liang) Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 石膏) (one piece, size of a chicken egg) Cinnamon Twig (Guizhi, 桂枝) (2 liang) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) (4 liang) The above four herbs are boiled in 6 sheng of water, reduced to 2 sheng, divided into two warm doses.
Agarwood (Chenxiang, 沉香) Trigonella Foenum-graecum Seed (Huluba, 葫芦巴) (soaked in wine, stir-fried) Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi, 附子) (processed) Yangqishi (Yangqishi, 阳起石) (ground fine, wet-panned, each 1 liang) Cinnamon Bark (Rougui, 肉桂) (half liang) Psoralea Corylifolia Fruit (Poguzhi, 破故纸 / Buguzhi) Sea Fennel (Bohuixiang, 舶茴香 / Huixiang) (stir-fried) Myristica Fragrans Seed (Roudoukou, 肉豆蔻) (wrapped in flour and baked) Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香) Chaenomeles Speciosa Fruit (Jinlingzi, 金铃子) (steamed, skin and seeds removed, each 1 liang) Sulfur (Liuhuang, 硫黄) Black Tin (Heixin, 黑锡) (impurities removed, weighed, each 2 liang) The above herbs are processed in a black-glazed vessel or a new iron pot. Following standard methods, smelt Heixin and Liuhuang. Place on sand ground to eliminate fire toxicity. Grind to an extremely fine powder. Mix with finely powdered remaining herbs evenly. Grind continuously from morning until evening until a black lustrous appearance is achieved. Form into pills using wine paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Dry in shade, place in a cloth bag, and rub until smooth and glossy. Take 40 pills per dose on an empty stomach with salt water, ginger water, or jujube water. Women should take with mugwort and jujube water.
Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) White Cardamom Seed (Baidoukou, 白豆蔻) (each half liang) Dragon's Bone (Fulonggan, 伏龙肝) (1 liang) The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Take 1 qian mixed with decoction of Peach Kernel (Taoren, 桃仁) and Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸).
Persimmon Calyx (Shiqian / Shidi, 柿钱/柿蒂) Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参) (equal parts) The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Decoct in water, take after meals.
Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) Persimmon Calyx (Shidi, 柿蒂) Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, 青皮) Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, 陈皮) (equal parts) The above herbs are ground into coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct in 1.5 sheng of water until reduced to 0.7 sheng, strain, and take warm at any time.
Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo, 羌活) Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi, 附子) (processed) Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香) Fennel Seed (Huixiang, 茴香) (stir-fried, each 5 qian) Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 干姜) (1 liang) The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in 1.5 sheng of water with a pinch of salt for twenty boils. Take hot together with the dregs.
