仁（二十四枚，汤浸，去皮尖及双仁者） 上七味，以水五升，先煮麻黄一二沸，去上沫，内诸
药煮取一升八合，去滓，温服六合。
大黄（酒煨，大便利勿用） 黄连（酒炒） 黄芩（酒炒） 甘草（炙） 桔梗（各二钱） 柴胡 升麻 连
翘当归身（各一钱） 上 咀，作一服，水二钟，煎至一钟，去滓，食后温服。忌酒湿面大料物，及生冷硬物。

檀香 安息香（另末，无灰洒一升熬膏） 沉香 麝香（研） 丁香 荜茇（各二两） 龙脑（研） 苏合香
油（入安息香膏内，各一两） 薰陆香（别研，一两） 上为细末，入研药匀，用安息香膏并炼白
蜜和剂，每服旋丸如梧桐子大。早朝取井华水，温冷任意，化服四丸，老人、小儿
化服一丸，温酒化服亦得，并空心服之。

鳖甲 当归（炒制，各一两） 桂心 白芍 续断 川芎 牛膝 肉苁蓉 沉香 柏子仁 枳壳（各六钱半） 五味子 熟地黄（各半两） 以上药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小，每次服用四五十丸，米汤送下，饭后服用。
白术 青木香 乌犀角（锉屑） 香附子（炒制，去毛） 朱砂（研磨，水飞法处理） 诃黎勒（煨制，取皮） 白檀香 安息香（另研为末，无灰酒一升熬成膏） 沉香 麝香（研磨） 丁香 荜茇（各二两） 龙脑（研磨） 苏合香油（加入安息香膏内，各一两） 薰陆香（别处研磨，一两） 以上药材研为细末，将研磨好的药物混合均匀，用安息香膏和炼制的白蜜调和成药，每次现搓丸如梧桐子大小。早晨取井华水，温度冷热随意，化开服用四丸，老人、小儿化开服用一丸，用温酒化开服用也可以，均空腹服用。

Cinnamon Twig (Guizhi) (remove coarse bark, 1 liang 6 qian 6 fen excess), Peony Root (Shaoyao), Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang) (sliced), Licorice Root (Gancao) (roasted), Ephedra Stem (Mahuang) (each 1 liang, remove nodes), Jujube (Dazao) (4 pieces), Apricot Seed (Xingren) (24 pieces, soaked in hot water, remove skin tips and double-kernel ones). The above seven ingredients: use five sheng of water, first boil Mahuang for one or two boils, remove the foam on top, add the other herbs, decoct to obtain one sheng eight he, remove dregs, take six he warm.
Rhubarb Root (Dahuang) (stir-fried with wine, do not use if stool is loose), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) (stir-fried with wine), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin) (stir-fried with wine), Licorice Root (Gancao) (roasted), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng) (each 2 qian), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Angelica Sinensis Root Body (Dangguishen) (each 1 qian). The above [ingredients] are crushed, prepared as one dose, use two zhong of water, decoct to one zhong, remove dregs, take warm after meals. Avoid alcohol, damp flour, strong spices, and cold/raw/hard foods.
Turtle Shell (Biejia), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (stir-fried, each 1 liang), Cassia Bark (Guixin), White Peony Root (Baishao), Dipsacus Root (Xuduan), Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Cistanche Stem (Congrong), Agarwood (Chenxiang), Biota Seed (Baiziren), Bitter Orange (Zhiqiao) (each 6 qian 5 fen), Schisandra Berry (Wuweizi), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudi) (each half liang). The above are ground into powder, made into pills with honey, size of paulownia seeds, each dose 40-50 pills, taken down with rice drink, after meals.
Atractylodes Rhizome (Baizhu), Aquilaria Wood (Qingmuxiang - *Note: likely refers to a specific aromatic herb contextually, often interpreted as Illicium or similar in some contexts, but literal translation used*), Black Rhinoceros Horn (Wuxijiao) (shavings), Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfuzi) (stir-fried, remove hairs), Cinnabar (Zhusha) (ground, washed with water), Chebula Fruit (Helile) (roasted, use peel), Sandalwood (Baitanxiang), Benzoin Resin (Anxixiang) (separately ground into powder, boiled with one sheng of non-ash wine into paste), Agarwood (Chenxiang), Musk (Shexiang) (ground), Clove (Dingxiang), Long Pepper (Bibo) (each 2 liang), borneol (Longnao) (ground), Styrax Oil (Suhexiangyou) (added into Anxixiang paste, each 1 liang), Frankincense (Xunluxiang) (separately ground, 1 liang). The above are ground into fine powder, mixed evenly with the ground medicines, and kneaded into a mass using Anxixiang paste and refined white honey. Roll into pills the size of paulownia seeds as needed. In the morning, take well-water (Jinghua water), temperature at will, dissolve and take four pills; elderly and children dissolve and take one pill; dissolving and taking with warm wine is also acceptable. Take all on an empty stomach.
