末，用黑豆去皮生杵，取粉一升，醋糊共搜杵为丸，如鸡头大，每服一丸，温酒
磨下。
天麻（明净者，酒浸） 白附子 牛膝 木鳖子（各半两） 乌头（一钱，炮） 川羌活（半两） 地龙
（去土，一分） 乳香 没药（各二钱） 朱砂（一钱） 上以生南星末一两，无灰酒煮糊为丸，如鸡
头大，朱砂为衣，薄荷汤磨一丸，食前服。
桔梗（一两） 甘草（二两） 上二味，以水三升，煮取一升，分温再服，则吐脓血也。
葶苈（熬令黄色，捣一丸如弹子大） 大枣（十二枚） 上先以水三升，煮枣取二升，去枣，内
葶苈煮取一升，顿服。
甘草（四两，炙） 干姜（二两，炮） 水三升，煮取一升五合，分温再服。
当归 胆草 羌活 川芎 栀子 大黄（煨） 防风（各等分） 为末，蜜丸，如芡实大，
每服一丸，煎竹叶汤入砂糖化下。
酒黄芩（二钱） 白芷（一钱半） 羌活 防风 柴胡（各一钱） 川芎（一钱二分） 荆芥（八分） 甘草（五
分） 水煎，食后服。

桔梗（一两） 甘草（二两） 以上两味药，用水三升，煎煮取汁一升，分两次温服，服药后则会吐出脓血。
葶苈子（炒至黄色，捣碎成一丸如弹子大小） 大枣（十二枚） 以上先用水三升，先煮大枣取汁二升，去掉枣肉，加入葶苈子继续煎煮取汁一升，一次性服下。
甘草（四两，炙烤过） 干姜（二两，炮制过） 水三升，煎煮取汁一升五合，分两次温服。
当归 龙胆草 羌活 川芎 栀子 大黄（煨制） 防风（以上各等分） 研磨成粉末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如芡实般，每次服用一丸，煎煮竹叶汤并加入砂糖溶化后送服。
酒黄芩（二钱） 白芷（一钱半） 羌活 防风 柴胡（以上各一钱） 川芎（一钱二分） 荆芥（八分） 甘草（五分） 用水煎煮，饭后服用。
羌活 川芎 防风 苍术 秦艽 红花 肉桂 细辛 续断 病位在上部者加片姜黄、桂枝、威灵仙；病位在下部者加牛膝、防己、萆薢、木通；筋痹加木瓜、柴胡；脉痹加石菖蒲、茯神、当归；肉痹加白茯苓、陈皮、木香、砂仁；皮痹加紫菀、杏仁、麻黄；骨痹加独活、泽泻。
Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (select large white ones, remove skin and umbilicus) Strychni Semen (remove shell) White Rosin Resina Pini (Baijiaoxiang) Trogopterori Faeces (Wulingzhi) (each 1.5 liang) Blatta orientalis (Wu mao chong) (five specimens, remove head, feet, and wings, stir-fry with vinegar) Grind into powder. Use peeled black soybeans, pounded raw to extract one sheng of powder. Mix with vinegar paste, knead and pound into pills, sized like a chicken's head. Take one pill per dose, ground down with warm wine for administration.
Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma) (select clear and pure ones, soak in wine) Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi) Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) Strychni Semen (Mubiezi) (each 0.5 liang) Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Wutou) (1 qian, processed) Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Chuan Qianghuo) (0.5 liang) Pheretima (Dilong) (remove soil, 1 fen) Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang) Myrrhae Resina (Moyao) (each 2 qian) Cinnabaris (Zhusha) (1 qian) Take the above ingredients along with 1 liang of Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Sheng Nanxing) powder. Boil with non-ash wine to make a paste for binding. Form into pills sized like a chicken's head. Coat with Cinnabaris powder. Take one pill ground in Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang), taken before meals.
Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng) (1 liang) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (2 liang) Take the above two herbs. Boil in three sheng of water until one sheng remains. Divide into two warm doses. Administration will induce vomiting of pus and blood.
Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen (Tingli) (stir-fry until yellow, pound into one pill the size of a marble) Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) (twelve pieces) First, boil the jujubes in three sheng of water to obtain two sheng of liquid. Remove the jujubes. Add Descurainiae Semen and boil until one sheng remains. Take in one dose.
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (4 liang, honey-fried) Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang) (2 liang, processed) Boil in three sheng of water until one sheng and five he remain. Divide into two warm doses.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) Gentianae Radix (Danshen/Dancao) Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi) Rheum Palmati Radix (Dahuang) (roasted) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (equal parts each) Grind into powder. Form into pills using honey, sized like Euryale Seed (Qianshi). Take one pill per dose, administered with decoction of Bamboo Leaves (Zhuye) sweetened with rock sugar.
